Ordered online chest freezer. Delivery showed up with only ONE person to deliver. Finally got in house damaged with 2 huge dents. Called immediately and had to send pictures of damage. They said will respond in 48 hours no onexresponded 2 days later called and escalated waited again. Our of the blue no emails no calls the truck pulls in refuses to take as not wrapped in original way dropped off. R U KIDDING ME Called again wrapped it in boxes and taped back up. Escalated again 2 days no calls no emails... called again. So frustrated FREEZER STILL HERE WAITING PICK UP NOW 12 DAYS! NEVER ORDER ONLINE if you csnt carry it back!

Bought some undergarment items from Walmart online. Found out that one of my orders, George Men's Woven Boxers 3-Pack were small size. I never ordered small size because I only use large size and I was thus surprised to receive a small size item from Walmart. I took it back to Walmart Customer Service but was told to call a toll- free number which kept on singing to my ears with no one answering.
I then went on line to my account and to my surprise the George's Boxers was the only items out of the all my order that is not eligible for return Walmart did not give any reason for this policy. This is the first time that I will experience this type of bad customer service from Walmart and I will advice online shoppers to stay away from Walmart. I mean you have to keep your customers happy but that does seem to be the policy at Walmart.

I ordered $100 worth of groceries. I get a weird sounding phone call from a guy who said it arrived, and a email that also said it arrived. Yet I heard no car. Maybe they drive an electric,, yet when I go check no groceries, I proceed to call to find out whats going on. No one knows anything, I am told just to wait. All three agent had a south asian accent, not that matter, but it sounds like they call centre is in India, how does this make sense for grocery deliver, this should be local. What horrible organization Walmart is turning into. I try not to simply to amazon, to spread my business, but they do it so well, walmart is the worst every

Ordered an upright freezer on line... 1) Delivery could not find my address 2) took me three days to find it showed as delivered? But where? Finally found where it was, tried to rearrange delivery through Walmart... no help at all, looked up local number and arranged delivery. Finally a week later received the freezer and it was damaged... a huge dent in the side of it. Sent an e-mail to help centre of Walmart, received a do no reply e-mail that questions would be answered in 3 to 4 days... Still no reply and seems I am locked out of managing my order in my account to cancel my order. Totally frustrated and dont know where I go from here.

Purchased an item from Walmart.ca. Was a defective item so I asked for a refund. Walmart told me it came from a third party seller and I must contact the seller directly, even though at the time of purchase, the refund policy says I can return it directly to any nearby Walmart store.

I tried to contact the third-party sellers by myself and then realized my email address was wrong. So I connected with Walmart again ask them to correct my email address and let the third-party know about that. Months later no one ever contacted me for a refund.

Then I called back to Walmart to figure out what went on. Walmart told me my email address was never updated, and the third-party seller can not reach to me. I contacted Walmart for 3 times just to correct an email address and yet they can not do it.

One of the Walmart agents even said "you should not provide the wrong email address to begin with". Yep, it was all my fault to shop with Walmart.ca!

I would give it a 0 star if I can. Right now I am still holding a defective item and can not get my money back! Fk you Walmart!

Ignored after $180 online grocery order GONE completely wrong.

Of the $180, received $80 worth, have contacted Walmart all week and ignored.

I do not recommend Walmart Canada - horrible service, orders are not completed correctly, produce products are below average, rotten, poor.

Missing half the order and 3 days later still waiting for my money back.

Sick in my stomach by this company.

I would not even want to give them 1 star. The service is horrible. The phone resolution is of no use. Talk to management and they are useless too. So much stress. Just avoid and buy at Amazon

Order 1: Receiving a gift from family member: A bassinet for the new baby (yet to come!) Waiting for the online order to arrive. Got notification that it was not delivered because the driver could not find the location. Called in UPS and confirmed address and exact intersection and instructions on how to get to the front door (it's a regular house, not complicated).

Two days later we get confirmation it's been delivered. Ummmm, the package is not here. Called back, and they realized they delivered to an entirely different address; the address wasn't even REMOTELY close in resemblance. How do you make that mistake? Anyway, they said they will speak to UPS and investigate. Talked to UPS, they said, whoops we delivered to wrong place so just talk to Walmart directly. And so we did, once, twice, three times... 10 times. Every time, same situation "We're expediting it and you should hear in 2-10 business days (they gave a different business day count every time).

MY wife was so stressed by this time because she is pregnant and close to due date and the item is a BASSINET FOR THE BABY. She doesn't need this kind of stress. She actually cried on the phone. They gave a lousy 10$ voucher. One of the agents actually had the audacity to ask for a good review in the phone survey. Needless to say we gave a very real survey feedback. Finally after 10+ calls we said just give the gifter a refund and we'll take our business elsewhere.

Order 2: Ordered a stroller set. It got lost in transit. Made many calls to resolve the issue. Kept getting the run around. Finally they said they escalated the issue and will call me in 24-48 hours. No calls for 5 days. I get an email saying I've been issued a refund. Confused, I call back and they said item was lost so they refunded me. Well, I didn't ask for a refund. I paid for the item because I needed it. They didn't and couldn't tell me why a refund was issue when it wasn't requested.

Worst experience ever, bought a stroller online in January 2020 and came detective. We were not able to drop it at a Walmart store because of covid until July 2020. I have an RMA number, an escalation number and not even today, September 8th I haven't received my money back.

I call every week to check on the status and I'm told the same thing: " the escalation team has no information on how the item was returned", an information that I'm asked every time I call, do you think this is just one of their tactics to buy more time or never refund me?

Never buying again from them!

I am 71 and have been shopping at Walmart stores since they opened in Canada. I purchased a Raft Boat Set from the Delta store about 3 months ago and it nearly killed my 11 year old grandson when we were out on a lake! The thing leaks! I went to return it, but could not find the receipt. I checked online and it seemed I could return it anyway, so I went down to return it. I was told No and I asked their staff member to write me a note saying I had been in and she refused the item, she said "no!". I then talked with her supervisor and again she refused to return it or write me a note. I did not want to come back the next day and be told I needed to return it yesterday, so I wanted a note to say I was in! I then went online and found out if I had the transaction date I could request a receipt to be reprinted. So I went through my credit card statements and came up with 3 likely dates, went in and tried them. They did not work. Went home and found another credit card statement and phone in and had it checked. No luck! I do not know what to do now! I do not like going into your store as I feel it is unhealthy for seniors. The item is worth $28 and has Walmart on the box so it is a Walmart Only product, so by refusing the return, they are saying I stole the item. At Princess Auto I would have no problems at all. At Home Depot I would get a Gift card for $28. I have complained to head office and they said the store manager would contact me, but they did not! I have emailed the manager and no response!

I have had problems with their credit card and have not been able to talk to anyone. I am put on wait as "they have heavier than normal calls" Not for 2 weeks! I wanted them to check if the sale was on my Walmart credit card. I had a card that stopped working and got a new card, so I cannot access the old card that may have the sale on it.

An absolute joke dealing with Walmart about a 3rd party seller.
The web site says refunds will be done through the store. Took back 2 shirts and they would only refund one. Made up some "policy" that only one item per order could be refunded. Then dealing with them on line was worse. Told on three occasions they would contact me about the refund. Never once did. Promised a call from a supervisor, never did. Third party offered a $6 refund on a $23 shirt. Walmart finally promised a $4.01 refund. Still haven't received a penny and have a crappy shirt that doesn't fit to show for all my troubles. Never again Walmart!

I purchased 3 wallpapers online on August 12th and to be delivered on the 20th. I received an email that the item was delivered to me on the 17th of August which obviously was a mistake. I then called them and told me to wait because arrival date is not until the 20th. So I waited and still never received my order. I called again been told they were going to escalate the concern and contact the courier. I then called the courier and was promised this was going to be delivered on the 25th of August. And, again, never received anything. Waited until the following week still nothing! I contacted Walmart- every agent I spoke to just told me the concern will be escalated further and to wait longer! To add to that both tracking site of Walmart and the courier has not been updated since the arrival date of my order of August 20th. Nobody seems to know what is going on and where the items have gone. It is now September, I guess the expected delivery date is really sometime next year. After a long wait I get an email that they are unable to deliver the items. How can the items be shipped and all of the sudden unable to be delivered after nearly 3 weeks? I will be ordering this elsewhere where I am guaranteed I will be receiving my order at a reasonable time frame.

I was in Walmart upper James and fennel Saturday aug 22 I asked 3 different staff but no help I found it myself the back splash. I was laughing to myself and as two associates walked by I laughed great customer service the customer has to find it themselves. The sales associate said well if you don't like the service get out of the store and as the other guy went into the back room said it loud enough for me to hear called me $#*!. I worked retail and if I had done this I would not have a job to go to. Head office was no help and the store told me they were talked to but head office knew nothing of this. This store has changed dramatically in 2 years and staff was wonderful but now seems they are too bored to help customers.

Order items from WALMART and apparently the items are from other seller not WALMART and had been contact the seller many times but didn't get any response and somehow walmart sent me an email assume I received the items and ask me to provide review, which I did but because of negative review they rejected me and sent me another email to provide Review again. Well they only take good reviews. Wow...! That's false info for consumers...

After numerous phone calls and emails, there has been no follow up for a purchase made July 4th. I have yet to hear back. Walmart.ca says the shipping label needs to come from third party company and third party company says I need to contact Walmart. This is not satisfactory customer service considering that "returns are not a problem".

I bought from a third party seller in walmart.ca and I received the wrong item. (the value of the item that I received was about 20% of the value of the item I ordered, and payed for).
2 months and 9 calls lather, Walmart said that they can't help me, I need to contact the third party seller but they can't give to me the email address (of the seller).
1 other call later, walmart explain to me a way to ask refund from the third party seller. Now I need to wait again...
I will not buy from Walmart.ca again.

I ordered 2 crib mattresses online walmart.ca and it said they would be delivered on July 30th 2020 and it's now into August and I have called customer service 3x and they said they are in transit but they can't find them, and they can't give me a refund. Will never ever order from walmart.ca ever again. My order is lost and I'm out my money. I would recommend not buying online from them.

Spent almost an hour to shop online walmart and at the checkout it said half of the order could not be shipped because of height or whatnot but when you order a bathmat and hummingbird feeder and it says IT CANT BE SHIPPED like what the hell
POOR customer relations you will never get me in your store

I am appalled at the lack of protocols in the store. I was in this morning at the uptown location after picking up my groceries because I had return items. Then I thot I would quickly look at the shoes as I was in dire need.
I noticed none of the employees are wearing masks nor are they giving the customers the required 6 feet distance throughout the store when passing down isles. I encountered several employees not allowing any social distancing at all, not with customers, nor among themselves.
Since I am in the high risk category, I was especially upset I was in the shoe department at 10 am this morning. There was a supervisor who was loading up a display and this older tiny lady employee with red short hair wanted to get by me to talk to her supervisor that was saying something to her. I was in the center of the shoe isle, near a pole and she said "Let me squeeze by you" without allowing me to move and distance. I said "can you give me 6 feet please"
She ignored me, pushed by me, (brushing my side to push by me) to go around the pole. I said "Hey, thats not 6 feet?!" and she looked back at me and made a smartassed face of dissapproval. I then asked her manager "Do you not have protocols for distancing in the store?" He said "Yes we do!"
I said, "well, what just happened there?" He did not look up and proceeded to continue to do what he was doing, seemingly annnoyed that I asked.

I wear a mask everywhere I go because I am high risk and considerate of others this is the crap I have to endure in these stores. I will not be going back.
DISGRACEFUL.
I am damned pissed off.
