In trying to be environmentally responsible - which I guess was last year's woke mantra - I have always taken my reusable cloth bags when shopping at Walmart. Now, at check out, even though the clerk is wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer regularly and touching all of the items I (and many other customers) have already touched, they refuse to touch or pack my reusable bags. Strange things is, they have absolutely no problem touching and packing my items as long as I shell out 15 cents per plastic bag - which I am sure is saving the planet and not going into the CEOs pocket! Meanwhile, while I try to quickly pack my $400 + worth of groceries which has all been shoved into a tiny 2' x 2' space, 3 or 4 Walmart employees stand around with spray bottles and paper towels waiting to wipe everything down. What if I was a senior citizen or a handicapped person trying to do this without assistance. I expressed, on two separate occasions, how I was displeased with this sudden lack of service and they said it was Canada Health's mandate. I suggest this is baloney. That I know of, Safeway also does business in accordance with the same mandate that Walmart does and they simply ask customers to wash their bags regularly but will still pack them. I have always appreciated how difficult the Walmart clerk's job is and have always told them that I appreciate their service. I also use the self check out whenever possible. To me, this substantial change, all in the name of COVID, is just an excuse to provide less service to their customers. If Walmart is going to keep this policy, then they should be giving customers who now have to pack their own bags, a $15 dollar per hour discount since they are now forcing the customer to do the clerk's job! I cannot be the only customer who is getting tired of COVID being used as an excuse to provide less customer service.

No Refund after 3 Months

I successfully proved that Walmart has stolen my money and with many documents provided to Nicolai Salcedo, he said, Walmart cannot do anything more. Then, they blocked me on Twitter and Facebook.

Ordered online in Sep but picking location has No item No order information. Called numerous times customer service and emailed, No reply or call. Still in Nov waiting for item or Refund too bad experience Walmart.Ca. Loudly say NO Walmart.Ca and shopping with Amazon they are 110% better regarding shopping delivery and Returns if any problem happens.

Returning a 3rd party item will NOT work. The patio table we ordered was not the size advertised and does not fit our tiny balcony and cost over $300. We have been unable to return it in person or by phone for two months.

Returned an item in Mail, their warehouse received it in 3 days. Up until now, 3 F***ing Months the refund hasn't processed yet!
Very very poor customer service! Would not recommend.

Disgusted with Walmart

This is the second time I've ordered online from Walmart and the second time I've had to chase down my purchase. The first time it took 7 weeks to track down a digital thermometer, which eventually showed up damaged. This time was a Keurig coffee maker, which didn't show up at all. I wasted hours of my time following up with both TForce and Walmart (who basically accused me of lying), only to receive an email telling me they've reimbursed my money. No consideration for the time wasted or the fact that I still don't have my product. To make matters worse, I tried to fill out the satisfaction survey, only to find out it had already been completed! I've asked 3 times to have a manager contact me because I have concerns about Walmart filling out their own satisfaction reviews, but never heard back from anyone. A complete waste of time and a total scam. I have been a loyal Walmart customer for many years, but this is enough to make me never shop there again.

Bought lots of groceries, BUT cashier disallowed the 1 flyer for a valid price match.
NO MORE Price Match, unbeknownst to me, cashier showed notice behind plexiglass of NO MORE 'Match prices with valid competitor's flyers'. Called H. O cust. Serv., "Michael" not aware of this. Put me on hold TWICE. Then confirmed what I told him. Says came from "Corporate", can do nothing.
Called local Surrey, B. C. Walmart #1205 cust. Serv. Mgr. Corinne where denied Price Match. Told no longer matches prices b/c of more Rollbacks (things I don't buy!) and no exceptions. Walmart's Oct. 15th/20 newly founded policy in this pandemic, competitive consumer business STINKS!
Corporate bigwigs DUMB to change their long-time known Price Match NOW. You dropped the ball, will shop at stores which does eagerly take competitors valid prices in flyers! Bad business move Walmart!
Imagine, over 1.49 difference in price from competitor
*See pic, their produce sells near double... how petty of big chain Walmart!
YOU loss a customer. Will go across the street. And tell friends to too!
(P.S. Walmart does NOT have the lowest prices & lousy return policies as well)

I preordered 2 games last year and when they were finally on the way to be delivered, for some reason the delivery person was denied and did not even leave a sticker for a pick-up location. Instead, it was sent back to Walmart and I was supposed to get a refund... That was in April it's now October. I've called once a month since then, spoken to customer service, and every time I get told that it will be looked into and a supervisor will contact me via email or phone in a couple of days. This never occurred. This is the last time I ever order something from this $#*!ty company online.

The item I ordered did not arrive
The item I ordered did not arrive. When looking at Walmart website; item shows as delivered. When I looked up using the shipping tracking number, it was for an item/location that was not mine and was over a year old. Phoned Walmart and they told me to contact the seller. I emailed the seller ( Choice Computer Technologies) and did not hear back. Phoned Walmart again a week later and resubmitted an email contact to the seller. This was been going on for over a month now. The call center for Walmart is in India and their customer service is worst I have ever seen. Keep you on hold; hang up on you; have language barriers and even their supervisors/managers are absolutely not knowledgeable. This will be my last online purchase I ever make through Walmart. Very, very sad.

Incompetent company

When you order something online and it says in stock, Walmart should respect that order and not tell you after 20 days they are out of stock. I'm done with Walmart, Amazon is the way to go.

Happy to hear that Walmart does not price match anymore. This will now speed up check out lines. Too many unorganized people (looking for price match flyers) frustrate waiting customers trying to check out. Many unhappy penny collectors say that they won't shop at walmart anymore, thumbs up! Many have left their shopping carts at the line up including myself because of slow check out and have left the store. Sales will not drop, so go ahead coupon collectors and matchers, go aggravate others elsewhere if you must!

My husband called in the morning at around for a refill prescription. He spoke to the pharmacist and the pharmacist informed him that the medication will be ready for pick up in the afternoon. I came to pick up the medication at around 5PM. The lady in the counter informed me that they do not have the stock of the medication. I told the lady that we were informed it will be ready in the afternoon and that we called early in the morning. Then, the pharmacist informed me to wait for 5 minutes and the medication will be ready. More than 5 minutes after she called me and told me I have to pay almost $200.00 for a medication that is covered by OHIP because our pediatrician wrote a letter to the government (the second time around). We have no issues refilling the medication last month. I did not sign anything last month, now they wanted me to sign because the cancel the letter our doctor wrote to them!
Then, they ask me to wait again, back and forth they again informed me that they do not have enough medications! This time I already waited for over an hour. The situation became so ridiculous and one of the assistant pharmacist informed me to go to another pharmacy for me to get the medication! After I waited for over and hour and that they have the medication but not enough. I told them I will come back for the rest of the medication. They informed me that their suppliers do not stock the medication any longer. As if its my problem! I told me to call the doctor and ask for an alternative medication or they can get another supplier... I do not care! I came to them for a refill, we always have issues with this pharmacy, if not the staff, the processes in placed. I work in healthcare too and we do everything for our patients but this pharmacy? They are only for profit not compassion, and very rude. No organization and poor communication to patient.
I even overheard one of the staff informed her colleague that she will walk out because her reliever did not arrive yet and her work hours is done. No professionalism!
I only go there because Square one is open most of the holiday season and close late. But the service is awful and the staff are rude.

I ordered in walmart.ca and did not realize it was a third part seller. Estimated Delivery was September 9. It's October 13th and never received the items. Called Walmart numerous times and keep getting the same answer. All I want is for them to refund my payment and cancel the order. The seller doesn't respond to any kind of communication. Walmart shouls step in and refund the money and then they can go after the seller. And to top it all, I used the Walmart rewards Mastercard and they can't even put the charge on hold or in dispute. NO BUYER PROTECTION AT ALL!

Customer service sux

I ordered groceries on line at walmart.ca most of the order came. There were 6 items missing. I got online to see if I could get my items and was told they could only issue a refund. The total for the items was 47.15 without taxes the guy told me that they'll refund 45.11 including taxes. I was typing to show him that it was wrong and he disconnected the chat. I am very disappointed and angry. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I don't have all the items that I need and the stores are closed. I won't be ordering from walmart again.

I did not have receipt as to many bills to keep so went to the Langelier street store in Montreal and she refused to give me a gift cart for return products. What i found sick was that she did the same to the person in front of me and gave her credit.

Buyers beware! Do not buy anything online from Walmart.ca, especially not from their third-party sellers. It has been 7 months now since I have ordered an item off Walmart.ca. I received an email saying that my item was out for shipment and should be on my doorstep by April... It never arrived. I found out by actively tracking my order that my item was re-routed and was never shipped back to me ever again. No email from Walmart or from the third-party seller to notify me of this.

Sent in several inquiries for my order or a refund with no response from Walmart or the third-party seller. I finally was allowed to connect with an online chat agent in October (7 months later after the initial order and several requests to either reship me my order or provide me a refund), and I was informed that Walmart simply can't do anything about it because I quote "it was an market place product your refund will be transfered from the vendor that's why it's taking a bit long because seller is not that quick response." "But the seller is not responding that's the reason you are waiting for so long." (verbatim what the agent told me). I was also accused by the agent for not contacting the seller, even though I have the email records to prove otherwise, and I was yelled at in caps lock by the agent. I have never received such terrible and unprofessional customer service anywhere else.

Walmart is a LARGE company and yet they can't provide something as simple as a guarantee and protection for its customers. From such a large company, you would assume that they have vetted their third-party sellers and made sure they are reputable, or at the very least be willing to provide their customers with refunds when their own third-party seller disappears off the face of this planet.

Learn from my experience. Do not buy from Walmart.ca. They don't care about protecting their customers from scams and fraudulent sellers!

Moss went above and beyond to help me find was I was looking for at Walmart Marlborough mall in Calgary. This guy definitely deserves a raise. Very approachable and will to help unlike some people his age who just point to where it is, he took the time to walk me to where the games were to show me where the game I was looking for was. I will definitely come back to this store again with Christmas on its way. I have 2 young childred so I know I'll need his help finding stuff again. Thank you Mosa
