I just had a grocery order left in between the
Lobby and outside door to our apartment building without letting me know it was there unattended where anyone could have grabbed it. Only reason I knew it was there as I opened

Tried to purchase a gazebo online. Walmart.ca price shows 298.00 but note below shows available at store location near me. For 198.00 pick up in store. Unable to order online for pick up at that lower price. Called both stores and offered to pay for it before pick up, as its 100km round trip to both store. Needed to know if can put aside and offered to pay for it before making the trip in to pick up. SORRY unable to do that. Called customer complaints thinking they would understand the issue. Sadly not. Can't believe a company like Walmart unable to take phone orders. Web site only offers 298.00 price. Even when picked up at store. Where website shows are on sale for 198.00. Price of gas lately… I'm sure I'm not the only person that has same issue..

I dnt even want to give one star.we place an order for a playpen, the transaction is succesfuly made, after a couple of days they send the time of pick up on a store when went to store they said they cancelled our order because the item is not available, without notifying us that our order has been cancelled.we call the customer service and they told us that they cannot help us to get the same order on the same price.and if we encounter same experience again then they will help us, i think is not gonna happen again coz we are not ordering from wallmart anymore.

Manager of Powell River Walmart, Christine, told me to go to Seven-11 if I wanted a faster service. Her two sales associates were chatting with customers about private matters and not willing to help me to get me what I needed.

I listen to Christine's great advice and went to Seven-11. Koodos for the great advice goes to manager of Powell River, BC, Walmart!

I will not foot a step to that snail place!

Zero stars! Unfortunately I can not give minus mark to Christine and her snails.

Placed the online order (Order #*******563) to gift someone on May 2nd, the delivery date was May 4th. After 10 days passed there is whereabouts of the shipment.
The customer service has no idea about the order status except a sham apology. Even the team working on the order has not reverted back to update on the status of the order.

Terrible service.

I received a damaged freezer over 2 weeks ago, and contacted Walmart right away. I told them that if they would make a price reduction to cover the damage, I would keep it. They agreed and gave me a reference number. That's the last I heard from them, maybe they're waiting for the 30 day return time to run out. I'd like to move the freezer to my basement, but don't know if it's going back yet. The customer service sucks... I'll buy elsewhere from now on.
000 stars for Walmart.

Walmart credit card was charged $1875. No help getting my money back. Talked to 2 customer service reps. Both gave me a different store. I have had Walmart credit card for over 15 years. I'm very disappointed in Walmart customer service and very upset, they aren't helping at all

I Purchaed Nintendo Switch on Walmart.ca and learned the merchant supplied by third party called VIPOUTLET. After 10 days item arrived, and in my surprise the pack was opened or it was return of sales.
I purchased it as a birthday present and package was not presentable at all.
Issue was escalated to Walmart and they referred me to third part (vipoutlet) to deal with my complaint which I found it very slow and should send chaser emails to get response.
Once I saw the quality of service both from Walmart and vipoutlet I decided to return the item.
It took two days to send me return label. After handing over the item to Canada post. I asked for refund. Walmart replied since the amount is over 150 CAD refund should be processed by vipoutket.
Vipoutlet replied after item arrived in the warehouse refund will be proceeded and takes 7 business days.
In Amazon the above process is constant and as soon as item accepted by courier company refund will be processed. And courier label can be printed right away.
Walmart has a very passive role dealing with complaints and forgets if it was not Walmart brand people didn't buy from such unknown portals.
I never buy from #walmart anymore.

I bought a BBQ frome wallmart canada on line from third party I spend 671+tax when I receive it there was damage I call customer service they promised me some one frome the sales said will contact me within two days and no one called I re call them again and now they said some one will contact me within 72 hours so don't by any think from wallmart online shopping because no trust with the sales and wallmart and ultra canadian they keep saying wait some one will call you looks like I just lost my money

Very disappointed in the quality of the crib and walmart's customer service. I bought this crib and it was supposed to be all white and you can see the yellow primer in multiple areas. If you read the reviews to many cribs sold by walmart you will see that this is very common. I called and complained and was told that I could return the crib and then purchase a new one. I did not want to do this because it is a huge hassle and it seems likely that I would order a new crib and just get another one that is painted poorly and be in the same position. I asked to be reimbursed for the paint that I would have to buy to repaint the poor quality one I received. I was asked to take pictures of the crib and send it into walmart customer service. I was then told to resend the pictures pointing out the very obvious yellow colour in multiple areas of the crib. I did this and then received a call apologizing for having me send in the pictures because that there was nothing that they could do for me. Walmart does not care that the products they sell are of poor quality and will just waste your time. NEVER BUY A CRIB FROM WALMART!

Awful service

Tried to order bed frames twice. Both times they cancelled my order with no explanation. I called and they said it was a problem with my credit card and to call my bank. So I did. There was no problem with my card and I used it elsewhere.
Tried calling again and each time I talked with someone they were terribly sorry but did nothing. Was told I'd hear back. Both times they left a message and the quality was so bad I could not understand the message at all! I was told to try using a different card or to purchase a gift card from a Walmart store.
When I finally decided to try a different card, the price of the items went up.
So I called again and the guy said he couldn't help me but he'd pass it on.
I got another message I can't understand but think I made out that my credit card is the issue.
I am done! I will never order from Walmart again. Absolutely atrocious and they are clearly way to big to care about whether or not they have my business but they now don't.

Is the worse service that I see in my life. My order never been delivery and they wash hands saying I need a police report to return my money for one sectional sofa that lost. Police see cameras never been delivery no one cant to help me online they not stop to say sorry for the inconvenience.

You need to pay deposit to use the cart which I've never seen in other Walmart stores, looks like customers in Richmond Hill are all irresponsible and never return the cart to the base. When you pass the front door with the cart, the alarm will be sound most of the time and receipt will be checked, looks like you steal something every time.

DO NOT USE DELIVERY SERVICE!

I have tried many grocery delivery services and this is b far the worst. I've had far more issues than I ever should and the help lines are incredibly unhelpful. I constantly am missing items(that I've never been refunded for), I constantly have had my groceries delivered to the wrong house and constantly struggle to get them delivered properly. I've also had very poor experiences with their delivery drivers just throwing my food all over my front lawn and driving off leaving everything in a messy disaster. Anytime I call the help line i can barely hear them even with my phone on speaker at full volume held right against my ear. All in all id say this is by far the worst grocery delivery service in Canada so if you want only half of your groceries to show up half the time this is the service for you otherwise id recommend using literally any other grocery service available. Also it my be cheaper than some other delivery services but the price you pay in lost items and time are definitely not worth it to any degree. You will save more money with other services cause you'll actually get what you paid for.

Georges jeans failing

I have bought Georges for years-multiple pairs. In the last 3 months, 4 pairs have ripped at the same location- the right rear pocket. Customer service responded by saying, "I have not heard of that before".
Customer satisfaction at its finest. I do have pictures, if anyone cares more than she did. I don't generally keep receipts.
