Good luck getting your product in any time before 2 weeks. They don't give you any updates, even you can reach someone. They tell you it will get there soon. They are rude and you sit on hold for a long time. I guess I am spoiled ordering online from other places it never takes longer than a week to receive my product. But this place doesn't care how long it takes. Good luck getting a refund too. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops and then wait, wait wait. No bargains here.
Really like the site and get the required information in a while.
if you don't have a car, or are usually too busy ~ they are pretty good for the basics. to make it worthwhile buy at least $35 worth to qualify for the Free Shipping
I have ordered from Drugstore.com on numerous occasions. Each transaction was a breeze... from ordering to their prompt delivery. On one transaction I was shipped an incorrect item. I contacted them, and the issue was remedied immediately.
I ordered one time from them. Everything I ordered was shipped together promptly. Reasonable cost and good service.
I was turned on to drugstore.com because they are the only ones who sell the lip balm I like which is natural ice. Best stuff ever!
I order a cream for my face. That worked good on face and they also provided me some good tips for acne.
I have used Acuvue Oasis for over 15 years with a local optometrist. However, I tried Vision Direct on 2 separate occasions and both times my contacts dryed out quickly and felt like they were falling out of my eyes. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS WITH ANY OF MY CONTACTS ONLY FROM VISION DIRECT. They somehow manage to package the contacts the exact same way but they are generic. I am upset because I paid more for these contacts! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
Love the values I can get at Walgreens. Especially with my Walgreens card. Service is always good.
I didn't think I would ever grow to love Walgreens. But over the years they have changed! Evidently they experienced a growth spurt and started appearing on every corner in my city it seems. Then lots of 24 hour Walgreens started up. Not to mention, the holiday hours they make accessible to people. I can remember last year around Xmas when most stores were close except Walgreens and Sams club. Yes, Walgreens has moved to a whole new level, from what I can see. They also run great sales from time to time. Great place to pick up personal needs and other items.
I normally buy contact lenses from my local optometrist. This site offers the exact same brand and product for less than half of the price! I much prefer the convenience of ordering replacements online and getting them delivered to my door rather than having to pick up from the optometrist and wait in line to get them. The prescription was perfect and the end product was exactly what I wanted. It took three weeks to get delivery, which is slow, but I didn't mind.
Just received 7 ordered items, including a very large (33.8 fl oz) bottle of mouthwash and 2 hair mousse. I will never order from Drugstore.com again! Both caps were off the hair mousse and one of the dispenser tops was broken off. Why? Because they just threw everything into a box, unwrapped, put some minimal bubble packing material on top and shipped. The box was large enough that everything rolled around the bottom totally unsecured. My last order was packed the same way -- a large bottle of liquid laundry detergent in with several small cardboard boxes and two small tin containers of tea bags. All but one of the boxes were deeply bent and even one of the metal tins. I called them and they offered to refund my money if I returned the damaged items to them. It was not worth my time and I wrote it off to a one-time careless and sloppy packer. It was not an anomaly! Obviously this happens all the time. I guess they figure most people, like me, won't bother to return items, and they don't care if people are happy with the condition of their order.
The first pair I ordered came on time and was very good. I ordered a second pair and it's been three weeks that they have not delivered. They have been contacting the lab supposedly and I have been trying to cancel the order without much success. The misleading thing here is that when I visit my account, the message says " Shipment #1 - We're preparing your order for shipment'. Which is a lie. There should be a punishment for companies that lie to their customers. For update, a few minutes after I posted this review, I got a message from VisionDirect that my order is now ready. Let's see...
Really bad shipping policies and terrible customer service. Recently ordered large order of items we needed. Order shipped from New Jersey. I live in PA. Short ship time to PA (2 days) ten Lasership holds package 20 miles from my house for 11 additional days! Drugstore.com doesn't care. First they don't even read my original message- send back form letter about 1 day delay with Columbus Day. When I wrote back - they continued to spout policies about no guarantees. How do they think they will compete with Amazon if they partner with substandard shipping and brush off customers.

Answer: Absolutely not. Bottom of the line products marked up. Corporate concentrates solely on cutting costs, stock prices and separating as many suckers as possible from their money.
