This covid pandimic had show not only how they don't care about their customers but also their employees. Forget about pride, you can barely maintain self dignity working for this company. I personally think they have a law suit comming for them, again.
We went in to your Lewis St. Lynn MA store. They were out of gloves and hand cleaner. Associate was friendly and honest. God bless you and keep you all safe.

There is nothing sadder than a pharmacy that won't fill a prescription for a rescue inhaler because they contacted the wrong doctor. Time & air wasted but on the other hand l was very happy with my order l placed with (presspharmacyshop.com) this guys are 95% legit and the got a great customer service will definitely use them all time thanks.
I typically do not take the time to write a review such as this. However in this case I was so disappointed that I felt compelled to do so. I had a simple prescription I needed refilled My doctor is located about 30 miles away but I live just a few minutes from Walgreens. For some reason this was an issue. After several minutes of discussion the pharmacy staff agreed to process. But no, the insurance card I had was missing some code so no good. That was resolved but now they needed additional information about my medical history- for what reason I was not told after asking. Then the boss said I needed to go to a pharmacy near my doctor. This made no sense to me so I wanted to discuss further but was interrupted by the pharmacist and bluntly told she was NOT going to fill, go elsewhere. I know this seems like something is missing in the story but it is not. I was embarrassed being spoken to like this in front of her staff and other customers. Needless to say I shall never step inside a Walgreens again if my life depended on it
Naturally they did not have normal stock item, so had to special order! Order process stated item 2 day shipping, ordered, paid. Found out 2 days later item had not even shipped yet! Item is supposedly 2 day fedex, will take in excess of 5 days. Am undergoing cancer chemo and radiation, head and neck cancer, item ordered udderly soft lotion for damaged skin all around neck. You should see me now, black, peeling, and extremely painful! If I knew it would take so long, I most definitely would have ordered elsewhere!
Just about everything I have bought since 2013 has either not worked, or been crap. Rechargeable batteries-garbage, sink strainers, rusted after 2 weeks. Still using the ones from the dollar store. Perfume spray difficult. Vitamin C smelled like fish oil. And my latest pain, I am 67 and can't buy wine or beer without an Id.
In the next 2 months I will be switching my prescriptions to CVS where they deliver.
I'm not worried, I won't be missed.
WENT TO RETURN AN ITEM ON 2/28/20 WHICH WAS BOUGHT ON 1/28/20 TO A WALGREENS STORE, 1ST THERE WAS A HITCH AS IT WAS FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION SO A MANAGER HAD TO BE CALLED OVER WHO SAID THAT IT WAS PAST THEIR 1 MONTH RETURN POLICY. DUH! SO I WENT TO THE ORIGINAL BRANCH 3 MILES AWAY WHERE THEY TOLD ME RTN. POLICY WAS 30 DAYS AND THE FELLOW (WHO CLAIMED TO BE A MANAGER) SAID THAT HE COULDN'T OVERRIDE IT. I LOOKED AT MY RECEIPT OUT OF CURIOSITY AND SAW NO RETN. RULES WERE WRITTEN ON EITHER SIDE SO I ASKED HOW IS SOMEONE TO KNOW THE RTN. POLICY, SO ANOTHER MANAGER CAME AND I ASKED HER IF SHE AS A CONSUMER EXPECTED A RECEIPT TO HAVE THE RTN. POLICY ON IT, HER ANSWER WAS THAT SHE WOULDN'T KNOW BECAUSE SHE NEVER EVER RETURNED ANYTHING, SHE JUST THREW AWAY THE ITEM EVEN IF IT WAS DEFECTIVE/UNUSABLE. I CALLED THEIR 800 # UPON GETTING BACK HOME AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION. SHE EXPLAINED THAT A MANAGER' CAN PROCESS A LATE RETURN BUT NOT AN ASSISTANT MGR. WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE? ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S ONLY 1 DAY PAST THE CUT OFF DATE, AND NO RTN. POLICY IS PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT? IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THEY JUST WANT TO DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM BRINGING BACK THINGS. VERY UPSETTING, PARTICULARLY THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OR COURTESY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. THE PHONE C/S AGENT DID CALL THE STORE AND AUTHORIZED THE RETURN. BUT I DO HAVE TO GO BACK THERE AGAIN. THE SAME HELPLESS MANGER WILL BE DOING THE RETURN THIS WHOLE AFFAIR TOOK 1.5 HOURS OUT OF MY EVENING AND FRUSTRATED ME VERY MUCH. TO BE FAIR, I MUST SAY THAT WALGREENS.COM REP WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL
I understand that you can't get any controlled substance filled too early and the earliest I ever try to get my medication filled is two days. I have never had a problem with getting it filled two days early until now. The reason why I like getting it when I have just two left is because I have been to a pharmacy that doesn't have the medication and it must be ordered. Usually within two to three days they will have it. Now, I have to wait 29 days to get it filled. What happens? You guess it, they didn't have the medicine and told me they won't have until three days. So they don't give a $#*! if you run out. They do this because they don't give a crap about you, they are worried they will get popped with another huge fine because if you wanted to abuse the medication, you could do it as soon as you get it filled. So, you dummies want us to wait 29 days, $#*! I will wait until I run out, just have the dam medicine when I do.
Yesterday I called in a friends Rx. Was told it would be ready in 90 minutes. We ran errands and it was at least 2 hours before we arrived to pick it up. Went to the drive in to pick up.Of course it was not ready. Sat for at least 15 minutes waiting.The clerk in the drive thru claimed that she had to take it to her supervisor up front to look it over. Then she said they did not have it in stock at the drive thru and she had to get it from the front. This is all while there are cars wrapped around the store waiting for service.
I had already quit using Walgreens because they never had all my meds in stock so I had to keep going back to get them. They have now lost another customer.
Above and beyond in customer service from store associate Carmen Duarte at 3099 N State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes. After being in the hospital for an hysterotomy I went inside the store to get assistance with my son school project. The project required a family tree and being that I cant draw we went inside the store to purchase a picture to put on a poster board. Carmen was able to assist me by not only advising what to purchase but took the time to draw a tree. I will forever be grateful as a single mom for her help.
Walgreens is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to there staff in the pharmacy lacks customer service they have none you get text from the pharmacy to say your prescription is ready you go to pick up up your prescription it's not ready so then you have to wait an hour or more they keep you waiting in line they do care about there customers the staff in the pharmacy need to change when they closed rite aid that was there first mistake the staff there had customer service and filled your prescriptions quickly they need new staff in Walgreens in Purcellville VA
I ordered a skin care product on line on Thursday, October 24th thinking I would have it the next day. They certainly charged my credit card immediately but now are showing delivery will be Monday, October 28th. From now on I will go to the local store to purchase products. This is ridiculous!
Rude and obnoxious crew. I would rather pay twenty dollars more in a different store than be subjected to an open hostility from these ugly people.
I've ordered a few things through Walgreens online before with minimal issues (people at the front couldn't figure out where the packages were), but this most recent time has made me decide never to purchase anything online through them again.
I recently purchased a scale for shipping purposes back on September 27th and the email said that it would take 3-7 business days to ship to the store. I waited and waited and never received a 'delivered status' email or phone call. I went in on Oct. 14th and the cashier clerk said that it was still being shipped. I checked my tracking status and it showed that it was delivered to the store but was being sent back? So I called the Walgreens help number and spoke with someone and they said that it must have been a glitch and that I should receive it the following Monday. Never heard anything.
I checked the tracking status the following Tuesday and it said that it was shipped to Georgia? (I live in Chandler, AZ). I called the Walgreens help number and they said that they couldn't give me a refund that I would have to dispute it with Paypal Credit (who I bought it through).
I called Paypal credit and they said it could take up to 60 days to get a refund.
LONG story short. Don't order online through Walgreens- they're not consistent and will not refund you if your packages are never delivered.

Adjust coloring of the print, and was very gracious. What an asset she is to Walgreens!
The pharmacists at Walgreens on Smithtown Bypass are incompetent. Go to Walgreens on Main Street in Smithtown for less hassles and aggregation.
Went to pick up Prescription called in 3 days earlier there were 6 people in line ahead of me 30 minutes later when i got to the Register there were 8 people waiting in line behind me.
Poor Cashier was swamped, No help. Others in the pharmacy did not come to help her. No sign of Pharmacy Manager or Store Manager. No Customer Service. Did not used to be this way
Worst place ever. Lady mad is wait 3 hours. While my kid had a broken arm. Crying the whole time. She didn't care.
Ordered contacts and they sent not only the wrong color, but mixed sizes in one package. Called them to report this and they guaranteed me they would resend the next day and I had no contacts to fall back on. It took them 6 days and I never got the contacts. I called again and they essentially told me it was my fault? Left message for national account manager, no response. Never, Never order from them. No wonder they are 1.2 billion in defecit. Learn that while waiting on hold fro someone to answer.
Answer: Absolutely not. Bottom of the line products marked up. Corporate concentrates solely on cutting costs, stock prices and separating as many suckers as possible from their money.
