We attempted to pickup orders in the last month and both times they cancelled it claiming a "system error". The 1st time the manager claimed he had never done a pick up order. This time the manager said that if we didn't "like it we could order from another store" and hung up on me. This happened at store #5014. The manager also claimed that all my coupons could be put back on the system. NOT TRUE! Once you use them they are gone for good. It's a fiasco. This manager was rude and childish and offered no resolution other than to reorder at 8pm at night like we can just run down there again. I think Walgreens needs to train their managers in customer resolution instead of hiring managers that treat customers bad just because we were a little upset our order gets canceled twice. Last time we spent 2 hours trying to Fix the mess and this time I wastes time on the phone with a manager that was rude. Crystal. That's all I need to say about this. I will never try pick up orders again.
Ordered coffee on Nov 30th. It was delivered on Dec 9th, and glass jars arrived broken in the box. Called Walgreens' customer service and they offered me either a refund Or a "courtesy" order, which basically means that they send it again, and I have to wait again 10 days (or more) for my coffee (a total of about 3 weeks since I first ordered it). It's not courtesy! I paid for 2 jars of coffee! It's not MY fault Walgreens couldn't deliver it in one piece! Why do their customer service representatives think it's ok not to give customers any compensation when they are not able to deliver their products as promised? Why shouldn't I, as a customer, be compensated for having to wait for another delivery, just because they don't know how to pack fragile items properly?
It print you earned points on your transaction and it not posting on your reward acct. Called customer service and no help! Get your system together. I will return my purchase and will never shop at Walgreens anymore including the pharmacy. I take my business somewhere else that will not confuse costumers with their BS rewards program!
They do not disclose all the information on the restrictions anywhere. They mislead you & say it's on the. Com but when you get off the phone with them to see it for yourself it's not there. They're purposely trying to take extra money from people who are not careful. SHAMEFUL.!
How bad can one place be? They shorted me on rx more than once. They are quick to imply you must be lying when they screw up. They had TWO accounts for same person which was dangerous and confusing to say the least. They were ready to give a family member the wrong vaccine but I stopped them. They rarely answer the phone, then are often rude. They never communicate if there's a problem. NEVER trust the automated service. It's almost always wrong. They're usually out of stock on meds but this time told me they'd order it, then didn't, then told me to call around and find stock because they're "too busy to find out". Wow. Done. I would have left before but I had SO many accounts. Guess what? I just transferred ALL of them. Goodbye Walgreens :(
Pharmacist Decker from Sidney, NY, was very rude. Extremely unpleasant experience in speaking with her on the phone. The most disappointing is also the fact that she is the pharmacist manager. Not once did the staff from Walgreens forgot to fax the doctor's office, and I had to call back the pharmacy numerous times, and therefore had to go home to my mom without her medication.
Poor experience - went to get my flu shot - gave them my Kaiser card - said I owed a co-pay (not true) - confused, but wanting to get the shot over with, paid the 26 for the shot - tried using my HSA card - the man at the pharmacy did not seem to understand this either - had to pay with my bank card - contacted Kaiser to make sure they were still a partner, and was it correct for Walgreens to charge me for the shot - of course it wasn't, but now I have to file a claim to get reimbursed - on top of that, the pharmacy tech was pretty rude, which is not my usual experience with this store - overall - a needless and ridiculous hassle for a customer when some better training would have avoided the poor experience
The only place to go for your hair system needs! I've been working with Walgreens for about a year and a half now and I've never had a problem with any of my orders.
I HIGHLY suggest you all go somewhere other than Walgreens. I have had so many issues with the Walgreens Pharmacy manager in Torrington, CT. Over and over, they send you texts saying your scripts are ready and then, because if you're disabled, you ask someone to get it for you, they tell your caretaker that theres nothing ready. It's a real pain in the butt when you have to go someplace multiple times because they lie to you. I called to ask if it was ready and they say it's ready.
The pharmacy manager will NEVER let you finish a sentence and refunds a mistake when not even given the proper insurance cause he won't let you finish a sentence.
I will use up my points and will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN and suggest you save yourself the headache.
I used the online site to do a drive thru pickup order. They never sent me a email with my receipt nor called me to pick up the order and according to their customer service they have no order at all. However they removed the money from my account and have refused to give it back because they can't "find" the order.
There is always a problem when trying to refill a prescription online. I will never use Walgreens.com again. There is no email address to communicate with them. Horrible service.
After reporting fraud to Walgreens corporate. Ryan the pharmacy manager is still allowed to commit fraud. He had someone call claiming to be a manager!
He manipulated my walgreens rewards card! Obviously the IT department could track this. They didn't.

This was the second BAD experience with Walgreens, Santee 9805 Mission Gorge.
The first incident: We caught the female pharmacist that filled the pain rx was SHORT. PILL COUNT DID NOT match the prescription.
She was besides herself that we counted the pills. When only half were recieved. Hmmm. She said why did you count the pills. Walgreens tried to sweep this under the rug with a 20.00 gift card. Please double check all prescriptions from Walgreens as they condone this type of activity. Needless to say this female pharmacist hasn't been seen in some time.
How funny. At this point Walgreens condones this behavior. Pretty sad buyer beware. CVS down the street on Mission Gorge and Cuyamaca accommodated with. Loved the service, loved the clerk and Beth the pharmacist rocks. Thank you CVS!
Really great reward programs. Nice selection of merchandise. Clean stores. App is user friendly & allows you to check stock at local stores.
They took my order a week and a half ago, then today cancel. If it wasn't in stock you should have stated that when I ordered. I miss the sale price. It's like that's what you had in mind. I will never order from you again.
Never received packaged, when I checked tracking information provided, it showed that package is delivered, I contacted customer service with reference number, and point-blank they refused to help because of the tracking info.
They didn't care since they had full payment that's why I recommend (presspharmacyshop.com) for their legit work.
With the pandemic I have enjoyed the convenience of online ordering. I understand that I cannot expect quick turnaround times from all sites. I do alot of shopping at our local Walgreens and had forty dollars in points to spend so I ordered items on their online store. Needless to say, I'm not impressed! Ordered on a Wednesday, after 3 days I shot an email to inquire on the order since there was no update. On day 4 Received an email with an invalid tracking #. Day 5 called customer service, after being on hold twice only to be disconnected twice I finally spoke with a person who was unable to give me ANY information. No tracking # nothing. Basically said just wait and don't call them back until Thursday (8days) if I do not see an update. Ugh... now I know...
After my horrible experience with Lens.com, I did a search and Walgreens came up. I checked their prices and they were cheaper than any other "Lens" company online. I ordered my contacts with NO HIDDEN FEES and received them in 4 days. Will definitely be ordering my lens from Walgreens!
Buyer beware! Getting my contacts through Walgreens has been a awful experience! I recieved a damage order. The lenses did not even last one month I paid for a 6 month supply. After I called I was told they would replace the order. I waited several weeks, And they only replaced half of the order. After wasting my time on the phone for hours, With their very rude representatives and so called supervisors I just gave up. I have spent a lot of money at Walgreens it stops today never again! Worse customer experience of my life! Anybody that orders Contact lenses from Walgreens is wasting their money & time! The supervisors refused to give me their name, Very rude and talk over you.
If you are a store manager at a Walgreens located in Orlando FL and your engaged to a William Moses be awear he has been cheating on you with his ex wife who's nickname happens to be Tammy he has been seeing her through out your whole relationship. They were together on May 14th, he had a delivery in her home town that day and they met I know this because she sheared this information with me and others because she still in love with him and from the looks of her text messages from past meetings between them he still loves her as well. He's a big liar and he has bad habits. Personally I feel you and my girl can do a whole lot better. I've known of him and his tiptoeing in and out of my friends life for many year's and you don't have to believe me ask his family if you have a close relationship with his mother talk to her she'll have a lot to say.
My wife and I were floored today when a twenty-something Walgreen store manager accused my wife of being a terrorist... she is Venezuelan and was trying to send $300 to her family in Brazil through Western Union... the store manager said she was a terrorist sending money to Guatemala terrorists... we do not know anyone in Guatemala and have never sent anything to anyone there... she is Venezuelan and I am a pasty old white man 66 years old and her family lives in Brazil... none of this makes any sense, but he insist she is a terrorist... Western Union is unaware of this action by Walgreen in lapeer Michigan... but I will write them now... I came here while seeking the correct government department for help... but while writing this, I realized that I must notify Western Union as well...
Answer: Absolutely not. Bottom of the line products marked up. Corporate concentrates solely on cutting costs, stock prices and separating as many suckers as possible from their money.
