Just tried to purchase two tickets online and my card was declined by you so I called your 800 number and purchased two tickets for a total of $398 using my card. I immediately then got an email from you saying " You didn't complete your online purchase and if you do so now you will get $20 off the ticket price". I get this at the same time I get an email confirmation from you for my phone purchase. I should get the $20 off my purchase for all of the aggravation! The only bright spot in this transaction was Nick at Ext. 2802 who was quickly efficient. Your online service was time consuming and frustrating. I earned the $20 refund!

Second time I have ever bought tickets from Vivid Seats before, and not sure I will ever buy tickets from here again. This is not like other ticket sellers and reserve your seats for a certain amount of minutes while you check out. I called to buy tickets and gave them all my information FOUR times and the prices just ended up going up and up before I was only able to buy ONE ticket, and not two. First time I ever bought tickets off Vivid Seats, the tickets were duplicates and were already used. Took about 10 days to get my money back. I have never had this problem with StubHub or Ticketmaster and I attend pretty much 2 concerts a month. I do not recommend Vivid Seats at all!

I have used Vivid Seats exclusively for the past 3 Years. They are consistently the lowest price of Thier Competition and have reasonable fees that don't double the Ticket Price. Vivid's Customer Service is professional and thorough and always want The Customer to be satisfied.

I purchased tickets for an FGL concert in Columbia, MD. If you did not buy the tickets from the venue, they didnt assign you parking. So when I tried to find parking it was difficult. I called vivid seats and within minutes they found me parking for $12. What a relief! Thank you for helping me out and for the great customer service.
