I called in to ask a question about seats. The rep, Jake, spoke in a professional manner and was very friendly. Jake didn't linger on the phone. He handled all my request in a timely manner and toward the end of the call he verified all my questions and concerns were answered.
I made a last second purchase for concert tickets and it was so easy except that I'm an idiot and forgot to use the 4 digit security code on my Amex card. I called the 800 number on the website, got through immediately and a gentleman named Alex did the transaction for me in minutes. Professional service still exists today!

I submitted my order verification but for some reason the box that I checked to get the the tickets delivered via UPS was left unchecked, so if possible could I have that done because I did want to authorize that. My experience was frustrating. The online site would not work, so I had to go to an agent. The ticket prices were nearly double the face value and included high additional charges and handling fees even though the tickets were downloaded. A smart phone is required to show the tickets at the event. I was not able to cancel my order even though I called within 10 minutes of the order. I will not use this service again.
