Vivid Seats are a safe venue for all of your ticket purchases. They guarantee your purchase and answer all of your questions. The live chat takes a little time though for a response.

Matthew was helpful, knowledgeable, and my purchase a pleasure. I have never received tickets in the mail. However, reassured me that Vivid does this all the time. A standard procedure not to worry.

CSR was very informative and helpful. A delay in the transmitting caused he and I to talk over each other fairly often. We had to repeat ourselves pretty frequently. We made it through, but it was not simple.
