I had to call vivid seats to order the tickets over the phone because the online option wasn't working for me. It said that I would get a discount but it wasn't applied at the end. I didn't have to wait on hold forever and the person who answered my call (Jason O'Donnell) was super friendly and helpful. He told me that for some reason the discount wasn't being applied online but he was happy to do the purchase over the phone. He was very efficient and helpful, he made sure I got the discount and knew exactly what he was doing while he was doing it. He checked to make sure he was purchasing the right tickets for the right time and date. It was a pleasure to have his help and I would recommend vivid seats to friend.
