I have never bought basketball tickets before. I was nervous to purchase these tickets because they were expensive and they were going to be a gift. When I talked to Morgan, he was beyond helpful. He was very patience with me and answered each one of my questions in a very happy manor. He did not seem annoyed at all and made me feel super reassured to purchase these tickets. He was very kind. I was nervous about the position of the seats and Morgan even reassured me the seats would be awesome because he had similar ones. It was so great to talk to someone so knowledgeable and kind. If I ever need to place an order in the future for tickets I will definitely be calling Morgan again! I was frustrated with the app and my inability to purchase tickets due to billing address issues. It's also super annoying to find the ticket price go up by 33% due to processing fees (can you just include that in the original price?). Customer service was very good in resolving issues but I would prefer a better app experience.
Also the inconsistency in price between mobile and web is annoying at best. I get that it makes Vivid more money probably but a ticket is a ticket and seeing it at 31 in the app and 35 on web just kind of annoys me.
