I ordered 5 tickets for a Braves game through Groupon and authorized my Paypal account to be charged, NOT the card I kept on file with Groupon. However, when I went to claim my tickets, I realized there were 10 tickets instead of 5 and Groupon charged both my Paypal account AND my card on file. I tried to resolve this through both Groupon and Vivid Seats, and while Vivid Seats was more responsive, their solution was for me to claim the tickets and try to resell them myself. Groupon has basically stolen money from me and Vivid Seats could easily return the money and resell them themselves (since that is what they do anyway), but instead they are holding to the "fine print". I will never purchase through Vivid Seats again and will make sure to spread the word.

The cost of two tickets: $62.56 - the actual charge on our credit card: $120 which equals a "service charge" of $57.44! The East Hill Church should be ashamed to be a part of this and if Michael was aware of this then so should he. Needless to say we will be spreading the word among our fellow Christians about our experience. Having said that we still look forward to the concert on a "grin and bare it" sort of way.
