Lucas made the process of purchasing these tickets very easy. I was a bit nervous because we are not at home and the tickets are being mailed to our vacation spot, but I have confidence in his service.

Did not receive Astros tickets. Spent 3 hours and 3 calls on line with them and they would not acknowledge issue nor give refund. Do not use. Their 100% guarantee is a blatant lie.

I was pleased to speak with someone and pleased that there was not a long wait. I do not care for services that require numerous key entries and long waits. Dante apparently knew how to deal with my concern and acted promptly.
