I ordered a parking pass for the Houston Rodeo. I selected Overnight delivery. But I won't receive it until the day of my event ( 3 days after purchasing)in which my mail doesn't come til after I had planned on leaving. They won't refund me because the pass has already been shipped. So as a college kid who actually works for her money losing $70 is a lot of money. Worst experience I've had buying tickets and it was my first time buying anything from here. I will never purchase anything from here again. Never had a problem like this on Stubhub or Seat geek.

I've used vividseats.com a number of times to purchase tix. This time I called because I had some questions. Mark Jackson was absolutely amazing. He gave me tons of great info, did not pressure me at all and even allowed me to sleep on the decision and called me in the morning. Great experience.
The May show I had tickets to canceled due to Covid and was rescheduled for almost a year and a half later in Oct 2021. Vivid refused to refund the tickets I paid for with my credit card plus 100+ credit I had with them.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company which got back the money I paid but Vivid refused to return my $100 credit I had from a previous issue with them. I had to fight for what was right and then they stole my $100.
I deleted their worthless app, unsubscribed from future emails, and still receive emails so I will report it as spam.
I will NEVER use them again and I recommend nobody else does either.
I had issues online purchasing tickets for a concert, calling to speak with a representative is more complicated than it should be these days, I was on the line with someone quickly and he, Quentin (as in Tarantino) was humorous & helpful. Would highly reccomend.
