The customer service here is second to none. I had a credit from a Covid-cancelled event in 2020. I was not able to apply my credit. My rep helped me through the process and placed the order for me. He was professional, friendly and truly cared about taking care of my needs. Kudos to Charlie!
This company took my money and never emailed the tickets. I tried to call them on several occasions to be told that they were the third party and would need to get in touch with the seller. Well that seller never materialized and I was unable to see the show. I hope this helps anyone connected to this site for concert ticket sales. DO NOT USE VIVID SEATS TOTAL SCAM
I tried to purchase tickets to the New York Jets at Green Bay Packers game at Lambeau Field on Aug 21. I was excited to get to get tickets because I am active duty military and rarely get the chance to watch my Packers. Two days in a row I was met with "internal server error" and was not able to purchase the tickets. When I tried to use the live chat option, I received a message saying that it was not working. I finally called the toll free number and spoke with a nice person. I told him the tickets that I was trying to purchase and was told they were still available. When he told me the final price, it was WAY above what the price was on the website. I had to settle for different seats that were further away from the field than I had hoped. So even though the representative I was spoke with was courteous and helpful, I am very upset with the overall experience of using Vivid Seats. This website will never be my first option to purchase tickets in the future. I'd rather use any other means to get tickets than attempt to use Vivid Seats.
Purchased concert ticket to NKOTB for our daughter for her birthday. We had a house fire the end of January that totaled our home and everything in it. Contacted Vivid Seats to request a re-issuance of the seats we purchased. Paid almost $800 for 2 tickets! After MONTHS of back and forth, with them giving us hope that we could have our tickets replaced, they contacted us to say NO. We are now out almost $800 and Vivid Seats refuses to do anything to help! Will NEVER buy from these rip-offs again!

When ever VIVID Seats comments or writes on someones review comment is all lies. There are more complaints about customer care reported on the Chicago Better Business then any other ticket sellers. Vivid seats just lost a major court settlement and has to pay back to anyone who's concert was canceled or reschedule.
Perhaps the most frustrating online experience I've ever had:
1. Baseball game tickets not delivered on time -- missed first three innings trying to find tickets.
2. Vivid Seats makes you go thorugh a separate Ticketmaster account, but failed to deliver the tickets to my Ticketmaster account until 8th inning.
3. Made aproximately 10 attempts to work over phone or by chat -- extensive wait times -- to find tickets while game was going on -- all completely frustrating, incompetent and futile.
4. Now I am attempting to make good on Vivid's prominently featured 100% money-back guarantee for tickets not delivered on time, of course, using the oldest "bad faith" trick in the consumer playbook, Vivid Seats' website provides no information on claims, contacts, or FAQs about how to make such a refund claim, and it doesn't fit into any FAQs or other pre-programmed interfaces. So good luck finding how to make good on that money-back guarantee!
5. While working through Mariners ticket office to find replacements, four guys were at the mariners ticket counter next to me with the exact same non-delivery issue -- with Vivid Seats!
USE ANOTHER VENDOR--VIVID DOES NOT MAKE GOOD ON ITS AGREEMENT WITH YOU.
It was great to buy the tickets with Irene. She was patient, kind and fast! Great experience, she listened to all my questions and doubts and waiter for me to make a decision.

Multiple concerts canceled pre-covid without a refund - I had $419 stuck in their account for 1.5 years - went to use the money but another concert was cancelled this coming month (07/2021) so my money was stuck again. Refused to give me a refund despite vivid seats cancelling on ME. My family decided they wanted to go to a concert at Jiffy Lube and the price of the tickets ended up being $100 more than through Jiffy Lube but I need to recoup some money so I bit the bullet and used my money at an inflated rate. I will never use them again after this concert is over. I reported them to the BBB too.
Vividseats is the worst! I was looking for tickets for a local baseball game that were suppose to go on sale that day. When I went on the team's website I saw there were no seats available so I assumed they were all sold out. My 86 year old mother really wanted to go to this game, so I was desperate and ended up going through Vividseats and purchasing 3 tickets for a total of $196.05 for seats that are only $18 each on the team's website. The tickets actually went on sale the following day and when I went on the team's website I see the seats I supposedly purchased are still available, so the seller doesn't even have possession of these tickets yet. I tried contacting Vividseats by e-mail, live chat and by phone (where I was on hold for 36 minutes) and kept getting disconnected after I started my conversations. I even had PayPay try to resolve this issue for me with no luck. Please be careful when using this site--I was just scammed out of $142.05 and I don't want to see anyone else have to go through this. Lesson learned and will NEVER do business with Vividseats again.

Changed their refund policy after purchase while in a pandemic. Won't refund Canadians their hard earned money. Guess they haven't noticed the borders have been closed for over a year
Jason was friendly and accommodating! He helped me purchase tickets as a gift for Father's Day! As soon as I hung up, I had the confirmation, receipt and instructions on how to send as a gift, sitting in my email box. Plus, Vividseats.com has the best prices available for the tickets I purchased, I shopped the competitors. I will definitely contact Vividseats first the next time I'm purchasing event tickets.

This is a scam website where they charge you three times face value. Forget trying to get a refund. Their customer service team is really nasty. Stick with Ticketmaster.
Ordered tickets for concert for my son - concert postponed twice due to COVID. Son passed away - they will not refund my money. After everything I have been through, they are horrible for keeping my money and giving me the run around. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
