Bought tickets to the Man Utd vs Man City game in Houston added an extra "service charge" per ticket of 80$ which is not listed ANYWHERE on the website. Called customer service for a breakdown of cost, couldnt properly determine where the service charge was indicated on the webiste and said that there was no chance for a refund due to terms and conditions. DO NOT BUY HERE, stick to StubHub or somewhere legit. The discounted ticket price is a scam because you pay the difference in "service charges" once you check out. STAY AWAY

I wish I would've came her first!

I purchased 4 tickets to an Atlanta Braves game and was told that the tickets would be e-mailed to me.

As with several other reviews on here, the tickets never came. I contacted Vivid (via chat and phone) and they said they were working with the seller to get the tickets sent to me before the event (didn't happen, shocker). I was told I would not be receiving a refund. Their so called "100% Buyer Guarantee" is just a marketing ploy.

I saved all my live chats with customer service so I could move forward with reporting fraud to the AG, BBB, and my bank.

Next time, I will read the reviews first.

To Vivid: There's a natural law of karma that vindictive people, who go out of their way to hurt others, will end up broke and alone.

I purchased the same front row seats as several other people. Kids were extremely disappointed. This was the first and only time using Vivid Seats. I've used stubhub dozens of times and never had this problem. Stubhub only from now on. Management at the venue said vivid seats are the worst 3rd party ticket site

Got robbed!

Paid $234 for 2 general admission tickets for new boy band. My daughter want it so bad so I thought that we got good seats for the money that we paid for. Well, it's not. I found out tickets were only $30. I will never buy tickets from VIVID EVER AGAIN!

Bought tickets in Australia for Jerry Seinfeld in Las Vegas 17th of June. On arrival at Caesars Palace, scanned the tickets to enter the show. Was told by staff that the tickets were fraudulent. Could not use the tickets, had to buy tickets again. Very embarrassing. So buy tickets at your peril. Finally got a refund after contacting them at least half a dozen times. They really need to get their act together in this department, very poor customer service after the fact. I would advise buying tickets at the venues, you wont miss out and the tickets will be cheaper than vivid seats. Tickets cost $335.00 aud and they refunded $303.00 go figure.

Was online with a sales rep. Named Nick.

Couldn't see sellers info or seat details. I randomly clicked on a seat to check for sellers details. Nick told me I needed to have an account to see any seat.

So with Nick online, we set up an account. It instantly purchased the seat, even though I just randomly picked a seat where my mouse was.

In 13 seconds I was ripped off. Even though Nick was on the line with me directing me how to set up account. Even though Nick clearly understood I did not want to buy THAT seat. They still gave me no option to cancel within seconds of the mistake.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A GROUP WHO CANNOT CORRECT AN ERROR. THEY WILL STICK IT TO YOU EVERY TIME!

We both 2 tickets for special day. Event postponed for 5 months later. We cannot attend the new date. Will not refund. Customer service actually said"read your contract" and" go sell it yourself".
Do not buy from these guys. Do not buy.

I bought tickets to an event in Dallas and live in California. The tickets are not set to arrive until the day I fly out. This means I run the risk of not receiving my tickets before I leave. I cannot believe that their rep refuses to email the seller and ask if the ticket can be shipped a day or two earlier. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I spent a lot of money on the ticket and spend thousands of dollars per year. I will NEVER order from Vivid Seats again. They have plenty of competitors who provide superior customer service and I'll be more than happy to only use them.

I was very surprised to see the high fees charged. I am purchasing from Canada and did not realize the amounts are in US$. My $161 ticket now costs me $280 Cdn with fees and exchange. Canadians - look for other sites!

I booked a 2:00pm Hamilton show, paid via PayPal. Once the payment cleared, the receipt showed the 8:00pm show and huge hidden fees. I called immediately to get the problem fixed and they said I was SOL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH THIS COMPANY.

On 5-22 I purchased 2 tickets to Paul mcCartney in Miami. It was a big deal for me because I had a new girlfriend flying in for the show. Trying to impress her I purchased two 6 row center tickets for the total purchase price of over 1600. 00. We were so excited that we were counting down the days. When the day final came we made sure that we had our tickets in PDF form and printed them out, taking no chances. When we arrived we were told that our tickets were no good. We were directed to the box office were we were also told our tickets were no good. My date started to cry it was so sad. Being an attorney, I will give them a opportunity to make this right, if not I will at least file for the pure pleasure of costing them 500 an hour to defend themselves. I'll keep you updated. Right now it's zero stars.

Bought 8 u2 tickets. Supposedly floor tickets by e-mail
So would be released by TM until the day before the event, but with their quality guarantee Inwent ahead and purchased. The show was supposed to 7/25 and tickets emailed 7/24. I called in the AM and they said seller had not released tickets yet - but fine print of guarantee was tickets to be released ANYTIME before show started. The venue was far from my house and I had 8 friends to distribute tickets to. I requested a full refund and they declined. The morning (late morning of the show), I had yet to receive the tickets. I got some sort of supervisor on the phone who promised a full refund. I have yet to see any evidence of it. I suggest that all of us that have gone through this experience find an aggressive attorney and file a class-action lawsuit.

They charge a crapload for surcharges which only show up in one tiny little box which is in the side column where you can't really see or think it's an advertisement so you don't look there. They also do not list these charges in the email receipt and do not allow you to cancel orders. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!

They advertised my tickets PREMIUM floor seat tickets. Once I actually received them, they said General admission. I paid $138 for $43 tickets. I've never been so upset over purchasing tickets. Im happy to pay, just don't FALSE Advertise to me.

I heard about a show I wanted to see, ONE OK ROCK, I searched for tickets and was not comparing prices. I bought a ticket from Vividseats, the ticket was $72.00 and service fee and electronic delivery brought it to $95.00. Next morning I was looking at the show listing and found out the ticket was really $24.00 with a $6.00 service fee. I learned my lesson, don't be impatient, shop around. I just didn't think the could be that much disparity between ticket sellers.
