When we got to the venue we were told that our tickets were invalid. Vivid Seats refused to honor their 100% Buyer Guarantee. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM VIVID SEATS. You will be left standing outside the venue with invalid tickets.

You call their office and the voicemail says their offices are closed but to try when they are open 7 days a week 7am to midnight. Surprise, same message during those hours

Multi complaints for invalid tickets

Looks like BIFF2 had the same problem with tickets they purchased for Hamilton in Chicago, like we did for Jimmy Buffett in Chicago... tickets were invalid! BBB, News, and every social media outlet here I come... tired of being S*IT on and ripped off. Vivid Seats is a SCAM and has not heard the last of me

Long story short we were denied access to a recent concert, went through all of the protocol, that day and called vivid seats, received a call today to our claim was denied, and no refund. We were not allowed entry because the tickets were transferred to someone else supposedly is what we were told at the box office, and this is my fault, so sorry your out of luck. While the barcodes were scanned at Wrigley Fields a RED STOP sign appeared, while on the phone with vivid seats while outside the venue at no point to the CSR tells us do this or that, all she said was you have a 100% guarantee and the seller will be liable for 200% of the cost. Now I am being asked well did you get something from the box office stating you were denied access? Are you kidding me? I will file a complaint with the BBB and consumer affairs, this is just not right, and take this to my local news here in Chicago. I will not stop till we are refunded. We work hard for our money and to think I will just sit back and take sorry your case is closed as a final answer, is NOT going to happen. I intend to put this review of VIVID SEATS on every social media outlet I can find. These people are scam artist. Also Jarrell is the most rudest MANAGER I have ever spoken to, in all fairness a CSR name Michelle was the most helpful in finally getting someone to call me back, not with the right outcome.

Do Not Use! Beware!

I ordered Yankee tickets through this website. Needless to say, I paid an exuberant amount of money to never receive a conformation email.or the tickets I paid for. I went through an extensive and exhausting process of calling in, giving a new email, and continuously never getting a conformation for my tickets. After my fourth call into the service center I asked for a refund and was told the only way that would be possible was if I screen-shotted the absence of tickets and sent it into their designated email they provided. I called in one more time because I waited all day to hear back from them and they told me they never received the email. When the attached evidence was visibly in my sent inbox. I was walking in circles and constantly avoided the service I deserve. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Yep, just adding to the list of people... I bought tickets to Hamilton in Chicago and was turned away at the theater, saying that my tickets were duplicates and were not legit. Might not even be VividSeats fault, if people resell the same ticket through VividSeats and other sites at the same time... Beware of buying reseller tickets... I'll never do it again

I chose tickets for one show time, and they sent me tickets for another time. We were denied entry obviously and Vivid Seats said TOUGH LUCK! No refund for their websites error.

If you are Canadian, DO NOT purchase tickets through Vivid Seats. Our game was rained out and the game was rescheduled at a time when we were no longer in town. They do not let Canadians to sell seats on their site. (Although we are more than welcome to purchase them). Horrible policy. No help given.

Avoid at all costs

Incredibly high service charges and overpriced tickets from face value. Was the first time I used the site and assumed a fair price when compared to Ticketmaster... my mistake.

Also, nearly impossible to speak to someone to resolve issues. This whole thing felt like a scam.

Do not use VividSeats. They hid an extremely high service charge in the checkout webpage which you could not see. They did this deliberately. I called customer service to cancel the tickets, they refused to do so. I will never use VividSeats again.

Watch out

I will never use this site again for buying tickets. I had an issue with the order I placed and customer service could not have been any worse (especially the live chat, they were extremely rude). They refused to refund my money even though the seller had the tickets listed improperly. I was supposed to receive a call from their customer service line in 48 hours after talking to the Live chat line, three days went by and I never received a call. I had to call them and they gave me some kind of B. S. excuse of being too busy. They told me they couldn't refund the money because the ticket I purchased was sitting in the same place as the higher priced ticket but it did not have the same benefits as the higherpriced ticket (I paid double the ammount of money for a crapppy ticket because I was under the impression that I bought the higherpriced ticket). I most def. Over paid for these tickets, the fees were ridiculous, and they refuse to give money back even though their seller was completely in the wrong. NEVER USE THIS SITE. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING!

I ordered tickets to Aladdin over the phone for that same night.The person taking my call took down the wrong information and put the person collecting the tickets as the cardholder instead of myself.
As a result my order was cancelled without any notification. The seat prices went from $80 to $300 by the time I found out. I called multiple times and each person read the same scripted line to me and ended the call by saying "we aren't getting anywhere" and hanging up the phone on me.

No resolution.
No apologies.
No customer service.

I have now missed out on the opportunity to go see this show on Broadway while on my short holiday all the way from Australia.

The big robbery

I both 2 ticket to see Barcelona vs real Madrid, 400 each one, the site charge me another 200 each one per ticket when I pay, call immediately to stop the transaction to late, they said I should notice the 400 extra charge before pay, no ever buy for it anymore

We purchased tickets for a Toronto Blue Jays & Cleveland Indians game months ago. We received an email 24 hours before the game to inform us the tickets we purchased were "cancelled". How does that happen... the game isn't cancelled. They were rude, short and offered no explanation or options to replace the tickets, only a refund. They have horrendous customer service and I can't believe that they had no explanation. DO NOT use them

Bought two tickets to the J Cole concert in vancouver July 18th unfortunately there was a problem getting him through the boarder so the day of the concert it got postponed one day to July 19th leaving me unable to get work off. Ticketmaster was offering full refunds while vivid seats could care less and wouldnt do anything for their customers who purchased tickets. On top of that tickmaster was now selling the J Cole tickets for a MUCH lower price so I had no option but to sell my tickets for under half the price of what I Purchased them for which was a huge loss for me sice they charge you in US currency! Over all super dissapointed with this company and will NEVER use them again.

Purchased two first row seats at classic west in dodger stadium. Supposed to be at the left end facing stage. We were so far left of the stage we were practically in the parking lot. We paid PREMIUM rates for these tickets and could barely see the stage. Vivid promised to respond to complaints but never has. This organization is a fraud. I feel like an idiot having been sucked in by these people. I will never use them again and highly recommend you use other ticket sources as well;
