This is a scam rip-off site. Totally unscrupulous. They add unexplained additional charges, and Customer Service is non-existent. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. There are many better sites, I have used Stubhub before, it's great.
Absolutely terrible. Map of theater does not show obstructed view and I bought expensive tickets w/o realizing my error. Evidently this is disclosed in fine print after you click on "Buy" but before finalizing. Never, ever use this company. Customer service was useless.

We put some seats for sale but we had an issue uploading them due to a barcode issue. They first charged a $900 penalty fee for not uploading the tickets. $900?! You have got to be kidding. Rip off. I'm pretty sure they are violating at least one state's consumer protection laws. Their arbitration agreement is based out of Illinois and Ill. Has strict laws for ticket resellers like them. I will be following up with the Ill. AG's office on their practices.
Misleading pricing and horrible customer service. I was making a purchase on ticketmaster.com which i have used many times. All of a sudden i was on vivid for checkout and in small print ENORMOUS services fees were listed once the process is complete. I called immediately to stop my order only to spend 2 hours on hold, disconnected once and ZERO help from the costumer "service". I also emailed and received NO response
I thought these guys were legit, like stuhub. I ordered tickets for a game in Chicago, and got a confirmation email and everything looked rosy.
Then I got an email saying:

I called their customer service and they said that this was routine. FOLKS, NEVER PROVIDE INFORMATION LIKE THIS IN AN EMAIL TO ANYONE. Email is insecure and easy to hack (just ask Hillary C.)
I would suggest looking elsewhere for resale seats, if you value your home, your credit rating and your life.
Purchased tickets and when they were delivered electronically, the tickets sent were different than what i selected and paid for. I called immediately. Customer service rep agreed that the tickets I got were not what I paid for, but said that according to their policy they can provide whatever tickets they want, even if you select and pay for a specific section and row, as long as they consider what they deliver comparable in their opinion. I did not consider the tickets I received to be comparable, but the extremely unhelpful customer service agent told me that it doesnt matter if I am happy with the tickets they substituted. They can, in their sole discretion, give me any tickets they want, regardless of what tickets I selected or paid for. Extremely bad company! There are alternative suppliers that guarentee that you will get the exact tickets you pick and pay for. Why would you choose a company that doesnt deliver what you picked and paid for?
On Wednesday of this past week I had purchased two tickets to Jerry Seinfeld. As I was going through the online order process and entered my credit card information it immediately process the transaction without a confirmation. There was no disclosure of service fees and once I receive the email it process the transaction for four tickets instead of 2 and in u.s. dollars not in Canadian dollars. I immediately called them to mention about the error and sat on hold for 20 minutes in which a recorded message asked me to send them an email. It has been 3 days since I have sent the email and decided to call and wait on hold. I sat on hold for 3 hours today as well as tried 3 online chats with a customer service representative but was disconnected after 5 minutes. I would be extremely hesitant to ever use this company again and I will personally not access their site in the future. Buyer beware and I hope the save someone else and aggravation that I have received from Vivid tickets.
What a complete disappointment. Purchased 2 60$ tix +vip- for $379. At this point I called to ask about the VIP package - as it STATES on the listing. Oh no the lister just decided that the seats were good seats so he sold them as such. WTF seriously... I just hope when I take my little girl tomorrow to the concert the tickets are at least real... NEVER EVER again will i buy from this company. Should be illegal!
To say I was very happy with my ticket purchase would be an understatement. The tickets came on the exact day that they were promised and everything went smoothly. I was very nervous leading up to the concert having read all the negative reviews. Good job vivid seats!

They promise a pair of seats but what they should say is "WE WILL NOT TELL YOU BUT YOUR SEATS WILL BE IN DIFFERENT ROWS"

Paid $389 and immediately after buying realized we had the wrong date. Vividseats refused any type of refund or reissue although we were months before the date of the event. Once our requests and appeals were exhausted we decided to go ahead and attend the concert as purchased but they refused to send tickets at all, cleaning that anything disputed would not be fulfilled. In the end they kept our money and the tickets. This company has terrible reviews and now we know why.
View was completed obstructed they said it was not their fault because the venue did not disclose the information! I ordered tickets to the Seahawks game for this October from vivid seats. I had a flawless transaction up to this point (the game hasn't taken place) and a great experience with their customer service.
I just bought 2 tickets for $250 each and the ticket charges were a whopping $132.10! The site didn't show the total of $632.10 until after I purchased the tickets. When I went on their "live chat" to inquire, they didn't respond at first. I then tried again and was told what the ticket charges were $62.10 each ticket plus $3.95 each ticket for "instant download." When I asked for a refund due to the exorbant charges per ticket, they told me no refunds and that I can resell my tickets on their website. I was then disconnected from the instant chat before I was done discussing the matter.
Your $76 tickets will turn into $103.13! No REFUNDS. Someone else's name will be on them. Buy them elsewhere! Hope I saved someone all the aggravation that they caused me!
Bought three floor tickets to the Bonnie Raitt and James Taylor concert in New Orleans. Paid $1,440 for the tickets. Got to the venue and got in the door. Went to the gate to be scanned in for floor access. Got a big fat red X. Could not get into the floor. The box office researched tickets at the venue and found out they were tickets up in the nose bleed section. I called from venue and lodged by complaint. They couldn't do anything for me. I called the next day and filled out their paperwork but haven't heard anything back. I have initiated a chargeback through my credit card company.
