Let me just begin by saying I am a genuine customer from Scotland and this is not a review from the company lol.
I had previously left a review on sitejabber before my dress arrived but it won't let me update so here is part 2:)

I ordered my dress from this site after seeing some good reviews, I was so worried about ordering online because it seemed too good to be true but the dresses I had been looking at in shops were £1500+ and I just refuse to pay that for a dress for 1 day
Anyway after I ordered my dress I felt physically sick after seeing terrible reviews on other sites, I knew buying my dress online would be a gamble but no one wants to throw money away. People were saying all good reviews were from the site themselves and that the company is scam. WELL my dress came today and it is honestly gorgeous, the detail and the look of the dress is so much more than I ever expected. My dress will need altered slightly but this was expected as I have a funny figure but the money I have saved is still £1000+

Wow! I am so incredibly impressed with the quality of this dress! It arrived in a little under two weeks & I was pretty nervous when I opened the box. The tulle layers are so soft & the lace detail is very fine & elegant. A friend commented that it is nearly exactly the same as a dress her friend paid $3,000 for in terms of the quality which made me pretty happy! I'm not totally in love with the neckline but that's more a personal choice & it should be relatively easy to alter given the simple cut of the bodice under the lace. Thank you VIVIDREDD for this beautiful dress! I can't wait to wear it!

I can't believe I ordered a dress, had it made and it was shipped to me very quickly. On arrival, I became anxious because of the negative reviews that i read about this company, I'm due to marry in 44 days time and although i was pushing for time, I relied on these people to do their job. I ordered this dress with confidence and beleive you me, to my surprise, vividress, did NOT let me down. I will give them 11 out 10 for their hard word, and getting my dress to me. I will and i do recommend vividress.co.uk to anyone who wants to buy their wedding dress on-line. I wish them all the best, and where i doubt in my mind, you -VIVIDRESS - came out on top, well done. I'm pleased with my dress. Very please, The dress is even better than the picture described, thank you so much for everything.

As many other brides out there I was very cautious with buying a dress online. After reading the reviews here and getting a friend to confirm the quality of vividress. I went for this lovely model in full ivory. It was better than in the photos - I loved the intricate details, the way it made my waist look so much smaller, it was holding perfectly in place hugging in all the right places and was so comfortable I did not even change into the second dress I had for the night! Thanks vividress, highly recommend.

I highly recommend this dress and jjshouse, it arrived within 3 weeks and was custom made. The veil I have also ordered here and it was perfect to match the dress.

I will be back for other dresses and thank you for making me feel so special on my wedding day!

My dress was delivered yesterday very very quick delivery. The dress is absolutely gorgeous! Quality 100%. I love it!, I too was alittle apprehensive about purchasing on-line. But I am so so pleased. The dress that I ordered for our daughter arrived yesterday. Thank you so much, she is so pleased with it. Her words when she fitted it on last night - It's everything I wanted my wedding dress to be, I really love it.
It needs slightly altering but that's not a problem. Our daughter is not getting married for a few months yet, we ordered early. She will look beautiful on the day thanks to VIVIDRESS.CO.UK. We will definately be ordereing the bridesmaids dresses from you!

Having got the delivery date 17th September we were pleased it would be here in time for my daughters wedding on 2nd October. But that didn't happen it came on the day before at 3 pm after contacting vividress time & time again during the day's running up to that day it was very stressful to the point we had to buy a another wedding dress just in case it didn't turn up they did say that a £15 cheque in way of a apology would b sent Yes that's right we r still Waiting! But the dress was amazing!

I was nervous about ordering a dress again from the internet because my 1st experience was not so great (not from this site) I ordered this dress, it arrived yesterday super fast! I did the custom order and made it 1/2 inch smaller so hopefully I would have incentive to lose a little weight! When I opened the package was nervous, but it soon gave way to screaming with excitement! Its beautiful I was giggling and grinning from the beauty, then I tried it on and it fitted, a little snug and so that's my plan but it fits it's gorgeous and I love love love it! Thank you so much for VIVIDRESS! Its even more fluffy than I realized which I love! I can't wait to walk down that aisle now!?

Would highly recommend this dress! Like alot of people, I was worried about the fact that they were based in China and I would end up with something horrendous and getting ripped off. Far from it! I ordered my wedding dress just after xmas and received on October 15th! Had full tracking information and contact with the makers throughout this time. Honestly couldn't have made a better decision! I had been looking in wedding dress shops in the UK, some going for £700! And the quality of the material was no where near as nice as this dress. Very princess like and all for the cost of just over £100! Absolute bargain! I got my dress custom sized and it fits nicely. Cannot wait to wear this in November x
