Worst customer service I have ever received. After getting an I'll fitted dress from them that was in incorrect fabric colors, I emailed them immediately to process a return and refund, this was over two months ago. I was told they don't accept returns and the only refund they would offer me would be £20 for an almost £200 dress. When I asked to speak to someone higher up I had to go through the whole process again and they stopped responding to my emails. Worst customer experience I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT PRUCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This company 'made' my wedding dress 'custom' made with my exact measurement OK keyword 'custom', my dress came 5 inches too long, sleeves where about 6 inches off on both width and length the material is hard and difficult to work with. I have to alter the dress now which will cost me £140 but VIVIdress is only willing to refund me £30, this company is a no no... PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM... its a wedding not a blinking birthday party...! NOT HAPPY

Also 'Claire' if you reading this you need to sort out whom ever does all your measurements BEFORE making/completing the dress... NO WAY was any consideration put into my dress at all...

I would like to start by saying I am in NO way connected with ViviDress, this is a genuine review. I have to addmit I was a little nervous about ordering such an important dress from website, esp when I read some of the reviews on here. But it was defo worth the risk!
My dress arrived within the delivery time, I had very good comunication with customer services when I needed to check on the delivery.
When my dress arrived I was beyond happy with it. There is a very slight difference on the back of the dress to the one pictured but it is in no way a problem. It is boned inside so holds you beautifully, the material is lovely and I am just so excited to wear it on my wedding day.
I ordered a size bigger than I actually am to allow for alterations, I personally would advise anyone else to do the same rather than made to measure.
I am truly so so happy with my dress!

I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from this site, made to measure with measurements taken by a retired dressmaker so they were very accurate. The dresses arrived and are absolutely HUGE! Trailing along the floor, huge on the bust and waist and despite providing photographic evidence of this I am still having to send photos of the actual dresses and the measurements do they 'can compare and see where the fault lies!' It is a shame I can't upload the photos to this site to show you first hand why you should steer clear of this company at all costs. I now have to find 3 new dresses, battle for a refund and all this with my wedding just around the corner. Please do yourself a favour and don't waste your time or money using Vividress. 'Claire' if you happen to read this please hurry up and sort your customer service out and refund the people your company has let down including me!

After mis-shipping an item to me that arrived a week late and opened, I requested a full refund and return of the dress within the 7 days that they advertise on their website. I have been dealing with someone called "Claire" who offered me the "super-rush" delivery refunded but ignored all other requests. I am now about to take the company to Trading Standards and also Customs and Excise as I do not believe they have been honest about the value of what was in the parcel. This "business" should be removed from the internet and honest people should be entitled to a refund if they do not receive their orders in the promised time frame. Appalling.

This dress was ordered as it was my daughters birthday. I was worried Incase it didn't fit as she is healthy and she is 9 I ordered 11/12 as I wanted it to fit around her waist. And I went with the helpful reviews the dress it more beautiful than the picture 4/5 layers it's has under the dress looks like a pantomime dress beautiful fluffy dress. And loooooooks very expensive. Everyone loved the dress at the party. Thank vividdress so much delivery was very fast and in a beautiful box thnx again

Love, love, love this! Went to a formal wedding and this shined! I received so many compliments. Great value for the price! Great material. I am 5'4 128 pounds. I originally ordered a medium because of the pics the dress. I immediately ordered a small. Quick shipment. First one came within 2 days (not prime eligible) second one took a bit longer but arrived just in time, still ahead of schedule though. Held up all night. No pulls it holes

My recommendation to anyone even thinking of buying a dress from Vividress is to look elsewhere and avoid this company! They are con merchants. I ordered a dress using the made to measure facilities. When the dress arrived they clearly had taken no notice at all of the measurements given. The dress was far too long and didn't have any shape in the waist at all. I have tried to get a full refund upon returning the dress but 'Claire' (clearly not a Claire as they are Chinese not English) has stopped responding. I have found it so impossible to get the wedding dress of my dreams within a budget and they have cast a nasty shadow on my big day now. Awful organisation and awful people.

I ordered a wedding dress from Vividress and didn't like it when I received it. It didn't look like the picture on the website at all. I even sent vividress pictures of it and explained why it doesn't look like the website. They wouldn't expect the fact that o wasn't happy because "they didn't do anything wrong" so I had to exchange the dress. When the new dress arrived, I had an allergic reaction to it two days before my wedding. I had to be seen by a doctor who confirmed that I reacted to either the fabric or a substance it was washed in. Then having returned both dresses for shipping cost of over £100, vividress now won't get back to me and I have not seen the refund they promised to me in writing saying they would refund me the money as soon as they get the dresses. Parcel force confirmed that the dresses have been received. Outrageous customer service and fraudulent merchant. Would urge everyone to stay away from this website, especially because the dresses look nothing like the pics on the website. Stay away from Vividress!

This dress is very pretty. I ordered an 8 and it fit perfect. It was however way too long and if I had kept it a hemming was in order. I didn't love how it fit in the waist but that may have been fixed with a cleaning ironing. The shawl is removable and I liked it better without it. This is a cheap dress so it isn't very thick and just hangs. The lace and upper part were very pretty. Had I not run into a prettier dress for the same price I would have kept it and I will buy a prom dress again on vividress.

So, like many others have said before me, I was very worried about buying my wedding dress online after reading many people who'd been scammed by these sorts of sites, but I decided to take a risk with vividress.co.uk because they seemed to have a fairly good reputation... And I must say it was totally worth it!
The dress I received today is absolutely gorgeous, I'm genuinely shocked at how lovely it is, I was so prepared for something to be wrong with it, but it's exactly what was promised, (see link: https://www.vividress.co.uk/vintage-wedding-dresses-style-yw*******.html) and is very well made with beautiful material, silk lining, built in bra, tulle, lace details ( it's actually quite heavy, there's so much fabric)... It'll need adjusting a little, but I expected that. The dress was delivered very quickly also, 30 days after ordering, on there site it says it can take up to 45 days so... Overall, I'm very happy with it!

My only criticisms, and really I'm nit picking here, was the lack of communication, after I made my order I received a confirmation email of my order and that was it, I checked every now and then on 'my account' on their site to see if there were any updates but till this day it still says 'processing' on my order status... Like I said nit picking...

I would not trust the good reviews on this site as they are quite clearly planted - for example, there is one that is the same review (same exact wording!) on two different dates attributed to two different people. They all have obvious (incorrect) Chinese English - I am good at spotting the tics as I used to live in Hong Kong! The non-genuine reviews all have the name of the company in capitals - as in "VIVIDRESS". Pretty naughty and has certainly put me off using the site!
