DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I have ordered a wedding dress, standard UK size (not made to measure or anything). When it arrived, it just does not fit me - it looks horrible on me. I have contacted company asking for a return address and they are refusing to provide this to me plus they have rejected my refund request. They quote their shambles company policy, which by the way is against the law and distance selling regulations, which state an online seller must accept any returns within 14 days of customer receiving the goods and provide a refund. I have contacted them 3 times now and no success - no further responses apart from initial refusal of refund. Absolute crooks and thieves. In addition, they charged me more than they invoice says. FOR EVERYONE IN THE SAME SITUATION: use a chargeback scheme, which will allow for the money to be taken back from those criminals.
I am pursuing this matter further, I hope they burn in hell.

The dress is absolutely beautiful, even better than I thought :) a very nice surprise! The service was really good, the customer service rep. Was always helpful and answered all of my questions fast. So I can definitely recommend vividress co.uk :) Now I feel even more excited to wear it on my wedding day. My bridesmaids are very happy too.

I would like to say that I am very much satisfied, and would recommend your site to my friends. I love transparent neckline. These details are delicate and the dress is good enough for a wedding. But the dress was slightly big but it is OK now. Anyway thank you.

I ordered a maternity wedding dress as the picture was stunning and there were a few good reviews. It arrived within three weeks. I wouldn't have used the dress to clean my car with. The cheap material used made a terrible shine, the fitted under layer of the dress was in no way suitable as "maternity" dress. The design was so loosely based on the original I bearly recognised it. When they say shiffon they mean net! The plunging neck line on the dress they sent me was nothing like the picture and would make me look cheap.

I have contacted the company in line with their return policy and now they have gone silent on me which I am taking as a refusal to refund my money or send me the return form which i need for the address.

The dresses are a very good price but you know they saying "too good to be true" well this is definiely the case. Please don't use this company as they produce a cheap copy of the dress they post pictures off.

Horrendous company, horrendous dresses.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful maternity dress from this site for my friends wedding. Being heavily pregnant I was finding it extremely difficult to find something. When I came across this dress I was weary to begin with but saw some of the reviews that were good so went ahead with my order. When I received the dress I was extremely disappointed. Absolutly nothing like the pictures on the website, completely different shape, style, colour etc. Before ordering I measured myself to make sure I ordered the correct size. When I received it you could have fitted 2 of me in it. Absolutly hideous. When I emailed for a refund I had a reply to which she told me to give it a try and wear it as I would get lots of complaints (I think she meant compliments... although complaints would be more accurate) she told me that the dress was slightly different when she checked with the factory but it was more beautiful than the original picture. I couldn't believe the email I received. Anyway moral of the story is that I have been emailing for over a month now with no contact back what so ever and I'm still 90£ down and still have the most hideous dress have ever seen (no exaggeration)! Please do not buy from this website as I would hate for it to happen to anybody else! They know you can't do anything about it when they have your money! I was stupid enough to fall for this. Do not make the same mistake as me! Thank you :) p. S has anyone been lucky enough to receive a refund? If so any pointers on how to do so?

My dress arrived in the mail recently and I was really happy with my purchase! The construction is very well done and the dress is very simple while still being elegant! It's exactly what I wanted for my small wedding! The 'train' is somewhat different from what I expected from the photos but I can get it shortened as it looks silly being as long as it is seeing as I am not nearly as tall and skinny as the model in the picture! :)

I like the lace fabric of the dress and the mermaid style of the dress attracts me a lot. I feel I have made the best choice ever.
This dress is beautiful! Very nicely made, fits well. There was one portion of lace hem that was longer than it should have been but it was easily corrected with a few stitches at the waist. It only took a couple of weeks from the time I ordered it to delivery. I am very pleased with the product and the service. Thank you VIVIDRESS SHOP for making this experience a pleasant one!

I brought this beautiful dress along with a petticoat as I felt it need the extra poof.
I had my wedding day on the 5th June 2015 and I can honestly say I was so nervous about getting this dress. But when I opened it up and tried it on for the first time I was blown away with how beautifully it was made. I got it made to my measurements I gave and it was perfect!
Delivery was so quick even to England!

The bridesmaid dress I bought from VIVIDRESS all makes good!
Really impressed with color and quality of fabric and stitching. They look so well made, lots of layers and a large amount of fabric used. We ordered the custom size, and although I was worried about doing this the fit is great. I do have a short upper body so I may get the straps made a little shorter though this is minimal seeing as everything else is perfect. Would definitely buy from VIVIDRESS again and recommend. Delivery time was as expected. Thank you very much!
