Since my last review of this so called uk online store, I still don't have my refund nor do I have the dress! I have been sending emails daily with no response from them what so ever! I feel for anyone who have been duped by these low life, good for nothing bunch of crooks! I get married in 103 days & still don't have a dress but I don't have any money to buy one either because these people have what little money I had. I just wish I'd looked them up sooner

This company doesnt even deserve a 1.ive been fighting with company for at least 3 months now to get a refund. It took me 2 months to get the returns address and now that i have returned the address this company is ignoring my emails. If i were any of yous looking to buy a dress from this company i would recommend that you stay clear. The only thing there good at is taking ppls money. Theres dresses look nothing like the pictures

Ordered a wedding which arrived was too small contacted customer services for a refund to be told that they were going off for there chinese holiday which was fair enough. I was given a date that i would be contacted but never heard anything.ive now resebt a few emails and i still havent heard anything.its clear that this shop dont understand how important it is for a girl to have a lovely wedding dress. There just interested in talking peoples money.

My mums wearing this to our wedding next year... Not typical mother of the bride but she recoiled in horror at the thought of a pastel dress/jacket/hat combo! MIL to be will prob go for something more typically mother of the groom though... suppose it all depends on the personality/style of the individual - I think they'll both look amazing despite being opposite ends of the mother of bride/groom style spectrum!

Hi, please do not buy from this site! They sell cheap dresses and claim they are hand made. They masquerade as a UK site but they are based in China. They over-charged me by several £ AND I had to pay some kind of exchange rate/transfer fee, THIS IS NOT STATED AT ANY POINT WHILST GOING THROUGH THE SCREENS TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT.

My dress looked nothing like the picture and was so huge it looked ridiculous. The sizing is wrong and the materials are cheap. As another reviewer has said, they refuse to let me return the dress - for any reason at all! So I have spent £100 and cannot get a refund. Really cross.

Eventually found a perfect dress (maternity dress for a friend's wedding) in Topshop for £32 - wish I'd seen that first!

I tracked this site via pin, was attracted by the first view of beautiful lace dress, but which shocked me is the price is unreasonable low, so i called them and confirmed, well, communication was good, they were very polite, i made my decision to have a try. Ordered one piece lace wedding dress for my cousin, so i awaited and received the package from a TNT courier, opened it with expecting, gotta say its pretty sweet, i've ordered a lot online, and this one is definitely man-made, and the lace fabric is just astonishing me, cause they are manufacturers, i may put more investment in.
