I see the above comments, I feel very surprised, first, because of this station concern about is really high, and second, I with everyone feel very different. Last month, my sister wedding, because it was the work of my sister particularly busy, so decided to order on-line wedding dresses, the process of have the orders of particularly simple, my sister let dimension to provide customer service, probably the day less than, customer service gave my sister a confirmation e-mail reply, and then a week later my sister received an e-mail delivery, say we will do the wedding dress has been issued to the company by courier, over the four days, I was just in my sister's home, the courier make parcel gets here, we'll be opening and my sister tried on a wedding dress, very satisfied, very suitable for my sister, my sister is a custom-made Slim fishtail wedding dress, from the above lace, I can see out, which was custom-made clothes at the time was very hard.

I ran into this site via google search, they seemed nice, price not high, cool style.
I made an order from them, maybe im fortunate, received package in a week,
Well, this is my first online order, im happy with it by far.

I will gladly let all future brides know NEVER to shop with VIVIDRESS they can NOT even make a dress they advertise look the same, they try to put the blame on the size you are and make out its you, despite the fact they didn't use enough material in the first place, this is not a very good place to shop, and now I have seen all the other bad reviews I can well believe it, I shall certainly let all future brides to be that are on our english web sites for weddings know NOT to shop with vividress as they will be very upset and disappointed with there work.

DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY ARE FRAUDS.
I am so sad at having discovered this site after I placed my order.
Dress came in a reasonable enough time but what they tried to pass off was awful. It was not what was advertised AT ALL, was badly sewn, ill fitting and torn!
Was an absolute shambles. Was so disappointing.
After emailing repeatedly, they eventually said they will issue a refund after they received the dress. That was the last I heard from them and it has now been over 3 months.
I have sent countless emails to no avail, threatened legal action but still no use.

I paid over £145 and have lost out completely.
It makes me so angry knowing these people are getting away with it.
WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE FRAUDSTERS!

They are stealing our money.

Sadly I have only just read these reviews after an equally disappointing experience. I ordered a maternity dress for a wedding that I was attending. Firstly it did not arrive within the time scales they had confirmed. Then after chasing them and it finally arrived the shock and horror of what they had tried to palm off. An extremely bad, cheap imitation of what they had advertised on their website, ill filling and badly tailored. When I contacted them via email and telephone they agreed a refund but that has not materialised. Instead they have sent me a further invoice for delivery after I spotted on the delivery notice they sent me the value of the item was $29.99 US dollars although I had paid just under £140 including shipping and delivery cost. I have contacted the trading standards and watchdog and would encourage others who have had a similar experience to do the same. This company needs to be shut down and never allowed to trade again.

I have just received my vividress and like most of the reviews on here it is absolutely awful. It's disgusting that this company are allowed to get away with selling badly fitting and shoddy dresses to the UK. Despite me ordering a size 10 the dress under bust measurement is 1 meter in diameter! It's a maternity dress - the measurements on their size guide must be completely wrong - either that or they do not know the difference between a womans waist and her under bust measurements. £100 down the drain. I wish wish wish i had checked reviews before ordering. DO NOT use this website!

1 day after leaving this review, my bank have contacted me - apparently someone in Singapore has been using my visa debit card details to make fraudulent transactions on my account totalling nearly £200! Needless to say - I'm fuming!

I ordered a mother of the bride dress. Despite giving my exact measurements, the sleeves were very narrow and I could not pull it up past my elbows. They will not accept returns and you will never have an address to return anything. I asked for some fabric so that I could recut the sleeves and maybe make use of the garment. They said they would send me some. This has never happened as they wont even send me a registration number for the parcel. This company do not accept returns and do not give refunds. I am stuck with a garment which is disproportionate. I cannot wear it, I don't think anyone else could either. It is at your own risk if you order from this company.
