The headlights I ordered works great and looks really nice too. Before these I had a problem with a different site that gave false advertisement and tried to blame me for the DRL lights not working. Luckily I found viviracing and they had exactly what I needed. Installed them myself and let me tell you they look quite stunning. My headlights arrived 2 weeks early! One of the reps kept named Luis kept updating me whenever he was able to. Thanks again for the great service and product.

I ordered a part. It came in broken. As soon as I saw it was broken
I called to return it. They say they are trying to contact the manufacturer. So apparently they're just a middleman. This has been going on for over a week. And I still can't get an answer. So they have my money and I have a broken part. I can't return because they won't return my calls or my emails to tell me how to do it. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Made and order on November 4 and it's not November 19 and nothing no email no update only thing they sent was to make sure I make the first payment lol

Vivid Racing understands the importance of delivering the elevated customer experience. They made sure I was notified throughout the whole process where my order was including checking in AFTER I received my product. Reachable not only by email but by phone by a real person if needed. Horrible scam that takes your money and leaves you with no product. They do not return money, scam your credit card and leave you frustrated. Do not order anything from this website or company. Complete fraud that should have to pay for their actions
Terrible from the moment the money went to them. Several calls to find out when the items would actually be sent to me. Took a month... they sent everything wrong and I spent over $1500 to apparently never see my hard earned $ again. They will keep sending you a return link to fill out, but never anything to return the items. Calling is a continuous run around, support and customer service is crap! SCAM ARTISTS!
I've been going back and forth with them since before Christmas 2021. They kept extending the delivery date from "their vendor." Now they won't reply to me. I've got multiple "case numbers" from customer service who were supposed to get back with me. I now email weekly with no response. It's an order over $100.

The seats are beautiful! Install was easy and I will definitely be doing more business with them.
They fried the ECU on my Audi TT after sending it in for a stage 1 flash. Claimed they were unable to communicate with the unit and eventually it was returned. It was fried. The car would not run. They offered no suggestions and stopped returning calls. The ECU is no longer available through the dealer. Eventually found another tuner to fix a used ECU. Car is finally running again. Expensive mistake to use them and they offered no solution or took no responsibility for destroying the computer. AVOID, not a reputable company.
I ordered two parts from Vivid racing om June 28,2022. I called around 8/20/2022 to say I never received my parts. I was told it was the manufacturers fault. About a week later I received one of the parts. I called Vivid again and was told the second part would be delivered about 9/20/2022. The part never arrived even though Vivid charged me for the part. I called back again and was told that the part was delivered to the wrong address and that was Fed Ex's fault. Bailey in customer service told me she would look into it and E-mail me back. She never did. I called again and was transferred to customer service again and I was placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes before they disconnected the call. Now they have $245.00 of my money and I still, after three and a half months, don't have my part. I will never use this company again. I do have proof of this purchase.
Ordered 2 parts for my mustang GT that said were in stock, 2 weeks later get email being delivered today, a week later still waiting and told it should be shipped soon, ask what's really going on representative hangs up on me
Awesome website and came faster then estimated delivery. Sounds really good on my car. Installation was pretty easy
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.

Answer: I found a part for a project through Affirm and was able to order it without paying for everything up front... But just like Ive been seeing on reviews/issues, I might be their next victim
Answer: You can eventually get a customer service rep but they won't do anything. They lie.
