I bought a 4runner mudflap delete kit and they took my money but never sent me it. I talked to customer service multiple times but never got anywhere. 50 bucks down the drain
Order an exhaust from them and did not receive any updates after a week, so I went through the reviews here and started to worry if the shipping is going to take months (shipping to Australia). I sent them an email asking for tracking number and they replied within the same day and my exhaust came in the next 2 days.
Ordered some wheels and after having my money for three days sent me a email telling me they can't get the wheels they sold me and my money should be there in 2-5 days still waiting for (my) money I wouldn't do business with them again
Received the wrong part after sending pictures they omitted it was the wrong part. Call the next day to find out the status of course I had to talk to a new person sent more pictures, do you have the right parts have a nice day. (really) as my car sitting on blocks for a week now with no resolve. All this over a clutch cable hose
Ordered a part and paid for the expedited shipping of 2 days. Part came 6 days later, too late to replace for a track event. Attempted to contact them, left several messages with Customer Service, voice mail said would return call in 1 hour, never heard from them. Return policy on their website indicates a 25% restock fee for returns, unbelievable! I am telling everyone I race with not to ever use Vivid Racing, they are a scam and a fraud.
Crooks here, returned a windshield the 22nd of sept, as of the 11th of oct no refund, filed a paypal claim, stay away!
Honestly, between the disorganization and how long it took to get my order, I still can't figure out what I bought from them.

Lieing $#*!s. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM. They say your order is processed when its not. I waited 9 weeks for parts that were never even started.
I returned one of my items to and never received the refund this company has lost my business. I contacted them many times and would only respond by email 2 weeks after I messaged them
I got my part quickly and smoothly, they are a very knowledgeable and professional crew.

Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.

Answer: You can eventually get a customer service rep but they won't do anything. They lie.
