I just ordered a full set of shocks for our Mercedes G Wagon and Luis took a lot of time to walk me through the different options for our truck. He saw to best pricing and was my contact straight through to payment. Ultimately, we decided on the Bilstein B8 5160s, which we are looking forward to reviewing next. Great service!

Kevin was very helpful and responsive. I considered several products from Vivid, from Exhaust System, Wheels, tires and several options within each category. Kevin was very knowledgeable about products, responsive on details and answering my questions. In the end I only got wheels, but Kevin still treated me with the utmost care.

The orders take time as they don't come V. R. they come from the vendor. I been in touch with Auston throughout the ordering process and he great to work with.

So far Vivid Racing has done a great job of clarifying the product functionality even versus other similar products. Then after leaving my cart intact while I determined my specific needs they processed the order quickly and efficiently. It's my first time shopping at vivid racing I've liked the large selections of products also the pricing on some items are the same or even better then on other sites. Also when I contacted customer support about a problem with my shipping address they were friendly and very helpful.

We had the best experience with Vivid Racing. We were looking for a supercharger for our tundra and not only was he able to find it and get it shipped fast, he saved up 100's of dollars. It's an overall excellent experience and would highly recommend!

Had a problem with a part tyat was back ordered and they managed to replace it for another equal that was in stock.
