Ordered a part on 12/7/21, after not hearing anything about my order (other than it had been recieved by them) by 12/21/21, I reached out via phone and then email when I didn't recieve a return call. On 12/22/21 I called again only to be told my item was discontinued and I would be refunded my payment within 5-7 days. 1/3/22 and still haven't recieved my refund. I gave one star only because it couldn't be left blank. 0 STARS FROM ME!
I wish I read the reviews prior to my order, I ordered a wheel for my car I thought I ordered the correct size come to find out I didn't hit the right one so I reached out to get the correct size mind you the wheel was $900 all together so she says it will be almost $300 restocking fee plus I had to pay to ship back which was $500 meaning I was not receiving a refund or a new wheel because they are crooks when I went to ship back FedEx informed me that they could sent me a return label it's cheaper on their end it would only be $60 from them but they want you to be discouraged by the shipping price to keep their product and lose out! I finally sent the wheel back and it took them 23 days to say they received it and Inspected it after I called and had to get ghetto! This company is full of crap and I would never recommend them to anyone I told them I was gonna give a bad review she didn't care I see why they only have bad reviews!

First, to ask someone to take 2 days off work to receive a product that you didn't ask to be sent signature required? WTF? The worst part is that when you do finally get the product (late), they send NO INSTRUCTIONS!?!?! Their website allows a download of just general instructions. These do not work. This is a 2021 Bronco the vehicle they are advertising all over. Any thinking person would recognize that the people buying their product. Should come first. Finally, get off your dead butts and complete instructions for your products for the people actually buying your products. Worthless punks go do another useless YouTube video...

I placed an order on wheels 10 months ago and I've been told it was in port at LA then out at sea then in port then out at sea. Ive been given 50 different ETA's over and over again. I'll never do business with this company ever again.
Why do I say it's a scam? Because the website STILL HAS THE SAME LOWER PRICE on the tires!
The, I have to wait a WEEK to get my money back, IF I get it back before I can order what I want from a legitimate company.
I ordered a set of 4 wheels on their website. The order was cancelled. I decided to give them another try and ordered a second set of a different wheel. I received another email that indicated this order had been cancelled as well. After seeking help from customer service to understand what happened, I was told by customer service that it was my fault because of "my attempt at trying to buy wheels in the price range of $90-$150." Which was a complete farse. All wheels I purchased were $200+ each. They didn't even have wheels in that price range for the size I was buying. And why advertise products that in your words are very hard to find enough to complete an order for 4 for?
Ordered item, took too long to ship, I request to cancel for a refund and still waiting for my money. I got my money taken by them like everyone else. Waiting for my refund and will probably not see it for a very long time or maybe never at all.

I ordered a set of rims from them (a stock item) they held my order for a week then finally sent me an email about it. They claimed they needed to know the model and make of the car, I promptly told them no since these are off the shelf items not customer order. Then they never got back to me, I called, I emailed and still nothing. Finally I had to cancel the order (3 weeks now) and I still havnt got my $700 back. Totally unprofessional.

Impossible to get through by phone or email, will not return phone calls or emails. I ordered tail lights for my truck and they were delivered to me 5 weeks late and broken. I tried to call at least 15 times and had to listen to some stupid phone message for 15minits + then hang up after hang up. I would never buy anything from this company, EVER.

Four months ago I ordered a marine amplifier online and Vivid Racing promptly took my $432. I never received a confirmation email or item tracking details and never received the product. Numerous emails have gone completely unanswered. I've called several times, each time I listen to background noise with some dude talking about how great Vivid Racing is, then each time the phone line goes dead after a 10-15 minutes. Awesome.
I ordered 4 tires and a valve body for my transmission. I chose a tire that I have never heard of before but they had pretty good ratings and for the price was worth it. 2 days after my order was placed I receive an email stating the manufacturer raised the price of the tires there for they had to charge me more. I thought this was very odd so I checked the website and they still had the tires listed at the price I ordered them at. I was busy at work so I waited until the next morning to give them a call and handle the situation I waited for quite some time so I gave up and sent an email stating I would like them to honor the price they had listed. At this point the tires were still listed at the price I ordered them at. I got a response 2 days later stating per my request the order has been canceled. Still the tires are listed for the price I ordered them. Terrible customer service and seems like a scam at this point.
Bought a clutch kit for a bike was on sale for $120 so I bought six of them got an email that they will not ship them until I pay the adjusted price of 185 each everywhere else has them for $150.And it took me hours on the phone to get this worked out as they keep dropping calls.And I even called and verified the price before placing the order
I purchased a full exhaust system and only received half the exhaust. It's been 7 months and they say it was fully delivered. Im out over a 1300 dollars now for my exhaust. Do not shop there. They cut communication off after a certain peroid.

Ordered a downpipe from them, when it turned up it was horribly manufactured, with over 3mm of deflection in the "flat" mating surfaces.
When I contacted them for a refund, they offered to partially refund me, less a restocking fee and shipping, if I paid over $110 USD for return shipping.
Glad to know that they restock faulty items that get returned to them as well
I placed an order for taillights and when I received them, they were incorrect. I reached out to Vivid Racing and they stated they are indeed the correct item... The taillights I ordered were fully tinted and the ones I received looked nothing like what they advertised. I simply wanted a return and I have been calling, emailing and trying to chat with a rep for two months now. Do not recommend anyone to order through them.

I purchased some new locking lug nuts back in August. The package took about 6-8 weeks to come in. FedEx had a hand in the late delivery and the package was damaged and the order was missing the locking wrench for the nuts. No fault on Vivids part, however it is now almost December and I am still waiting to return the parts for a refund. I've called the VIVID number over and over again. No response. Online help was as helpful as the phone calls. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid around $90.00 for the lug nuts and just want a refund and return the product, yet I cant get anyone to give me a striaght answer. I will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I have also keep all communications between the company and I as proff of the lack of service. They are more than happy to take a payment but of the order is wrong or something is wrong, they seem to refuse to help out the consumer. THAT MEANS YOU AS A BUYER! I would look elsewhere to purchase your products. I have enclosed pica of the package as it was recieved below and they still refuse to help me with a refund. This is no way to treat a customer.

I tried to buy a set of tires from their site only for them to tell me that they have them mislisted and the actual price is 40% higher than what I had already paid and I could either pay the difference or cancel the order. I cancelled my order because this 40% price increase can be beat by most other retailers that offer that tire but I'm dumbfounded that they wouldn't just stand by their price that I had already given them money for. Now I have the better part of $1k that I have to wait 5-7 business days to get back so I can buy the same set of tires from another retailer.
While I had priced out other items from them for a turbo m30b34 build I'm working on, I'm going to take my business elsewhere because who knows what the ACTUAL price of anything is on their site.

Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.

Answer: I found a part for a project through Affirm and was able to order it without paying for everything up front... But just like Ive been seeing on reviews/issues, I might be their next victim
