Sold me an exhaust system for a $180k car that ended up needing permanent altering to install. Was supposed to be straight forward bolt on. When i asked for pics or instructions for install they couldnt provide anything that showed the issues. I then requested to return for a refund and they denied me. Have to take legal action against them. They are dishonest Stay away from this company! They have a ton of other bad reviews as well
Advertised a product as IN STOCK but over 30 days later now, no tracking number and absolutely NO notice from the company about the delay. Customer service was absolutely useless and the "Customer Service Manager" (Tiffany) who has been responding to all the reviews here did absolutely nothing to assist and just said she could cancel my order and has NOT responded to any messages I had sent her.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I ordered dakota digital parts that were back ordered, I knew that and was ok with the lead time. 6 months later when the items shipped not everything that I ordered and paid for I received. After reaching out to vivid racing I was told that there was a glitch on thier end and I didn't actually pay for the part that I never received. I sent them my receipt showing that I paid the money but was told I was wrong and I basically lost 100 bucks. If you're reading this do not do business with them. I've never been treated this way from a business.
I purchased a tune 3 years ago and never got it installed due to cancer, they kept blowing me off, and not letting me send ecu in. Figured it out and sent my file in, they come back and said it cannot be flashed and needed to be upgraded and a hand held needs purchased also. I still want a tune, but not from these people. Customer service is the worst also. I was hung up on 3 times and you can only chat with someone that knows absolutely nothing. Another bad lesson and money I saved up for and now gone
A tracking number was not provided during 10 days, so I was forced to cancel my order and request a chargeback.
I ordered a digital dash took about 8 months for them to send it out I reached out to sales man I told him I was moving I gave him my new address and they still sent it to my old address so it goes there signature required supposedly so it gets lost I reach out to them and they were doing investigation but never heard anything from them again do not order from this company all bad
Vivid Racing does not have accurate descriptions for some of their items. I ordered mirror adapters from them because their description said it was for a pair. With shipping it was about $20 cheaper than every other site, so I didn't mind paying the higher shipping costs. When the part arrived it was just one adapter. When I spoke to customer service they said they would need to contact the manufacturer to get the correct information. The manufacturer confirmed it was for one adapter like every other site. I would return the item for credit, but I'd lose the shipping expenses and I would still need to buy the part from another website.
I ordered a Carbon Fiber Spoiler for a 2019 BMW M5 and the fitment and quality was not very good. When I called customer service they told me they couldn't help me even though my sales rep was on vacation. They also refused to let me speak with a manager or to help get a resolution.
Bought a part that was listed to fit my car. Didnt fit, sent back, they recieved it broken and blamed me for trying to force it on which i most certainly did not. Spend a few dollars more and shop elsewhere. Then they want to send me back a broken carbon fiber piece. Naw yall can keep it.
They price matched a product for me which was awesome. Their sales rep sent the invoice total and I paid for the product, which also included on the invoice a 75$ shipping fee. 2 days later I get a call from another rep with Vivid Racing stating the shipping fee would now be increased by 355$? This increase in price is suspiciously close to their original listed price of the product prior to the price match. The product was already bought and paid for in full, and then what feels like a bait and switch to increase back to the original price. I don't know what mistake was made, as if this is the first windshield they have ordered and delivered to a customer, but it feels like a scam. I offered to split the difference in cost as mistakes do happen, but I won't be paying almost 400$ more for a product I've already bought and paid for at the agreed upon price which also listed the shipping cost. I wonder if this is a standard practice to falsely advertise price match guarantees to earn customers business, just to tack the profit margin back on after their committed. Don't really appreciate it, I would advise anyone reading this to order from another company.
These guys sold me a product they don't actually have in stock, then wouldn't let me cancel my order when they told me they had no idea when it would be back in stock. They're a joke.
Ordered a set of oracle grill lights. Had a bit of a mixup at first with a part not working. They since replaced the part And is now working
I have been trying to get my money back on a battery I ordered 3 months ago. They just keep passing the buck and trying to keep my money rather than refunding it! They offered me a discounted price when it is back in stock! I guess I'm just supposed to sit out this season waiting on them. I had to go a different direction and just wanted them to return my money.
Ordered something was supposed to be here in 2 weeks. Was told it would be delayed i canceled the order and 6 months later it shows up and i canceled it. Now they dont answer the phone. They suck
After I placed an order they sent me an email stating that shipping could take longer than expected and I had the option to cancel my order. So after taking a few days to think about it I canceled my order as they were over 6 weeks out. They confirmed my refund request and said the process would take like 3 business days only to hear back a week later that my refund request was denied... LOL what? I have started a dispute with my CC company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchase a item from them for my car, waited a few weeks, then received an email saying that my item was shipped and that I need to respond weather or not I received my product. I responded that it had not been delivered yet and immediately got another email saying that my order was cancelled and will be refunded, weird but decided ill just buy the part from someone else once I got refunded. After a few days I emailed that I hadn't received my refund getting a response I needed to wait 5-7 business days for it. So on the 7th day at 9 pm still no refund, emailed again and woke up to an email saying they sent the refund and I need to contact my bank for any further issues. I Called my bank and they have no record of any refunds or pending refunds and still fighting with them to get my money back... very horrible experience 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
On 2/11/22 Purchased tires from Vivid Racing. 419$ Never received the tires. Have called the number listed many times and all you get is a recording. I've also sent emails with no response. Do not use this company
Bought tires that they said were in stock but were not! Now trying to get a refund but can not seem to get ahold of them via e mail or 20 minutes on hold

Never reply back to you or give you the same BS run around on the phone. It's been months and I still haven't gotten replies or my refund.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
