I ordered a Steering wheel hub for my sc300 a year ago and it still has yet to be delivered to this day. I asked customer service both by call and by email and they were vague as to the reason but I basically got told that it was coming. They answered my email 2 months after I sent them and this was 4 months after I ordered from them. They had poor service with my order on their site as well. VR had finally updated my order saying that my order was "On its way" 4 months ago. Had a horrible experience with them.
I ordered some axle shafts for a Can-Am side by side off of vivid. I got an email with a coupon code so I went and ordered the shafts. After about a week I called because I had not got a tracking number and during that phone call they had told me the price had gone up on the shafts and I needed to pay more in order to get them believing them I did so. And then went on the manufacturer's website and found that the MSRP is still the same so I called the manufacturer and they told me that there is no issues with product things can ship quickly no pricing has changed. I called vivid back and told them as they would not do anything for me they scammed me into paying hundreds of dollars more for a product that I can buy direct from the manufacturer. Knowing these large companies dealer discounts that they get thet profited Megabucks off of me taking advantage of a nice guy. I disapprove of this company also getting a hold of anybody there is terrible and they bounce you around in different people until you basically just want to hang up after you listen to their annoying on hold recordings. I wouldn't buy a pair of shoelaces from these people buyers beware. The products I ordered were RCV trails series CV axles for a 2021 Can-Am X3.
So I get on the phone with Nick, and he's helping me pick some wheels and the offset for my 2021 BMW X1. He picks some, and I said that I sorta liked them, but wasn't sure about the offset because I didn't want them tucked at all. He then said, "if you get them, and put them on and don't like them, send them back and we'll get you a different wheel.
The wheels came, straight out of the box at Discount tire, the guy is mounting on and says, "this wheel is bent". They had put the other 3 on, and I didn't like them and they were tucked. Standing in Discounts garage, I call Nick and tell him that I don't like them and that one is bent. He says, "are they mounted yet?" I said yes that how I know I don't like the offset. He said "the bend could have happened just now while they were trying to install it, and since the tires are mounted, they can't take the wheels back". I said how else was I suppose to know if I didn't like the offset or not, and he said "sorry man". Basically told me to kick rocks. SH! TTY customer service, and I don't recommend giving them your money. They even had the balls to send me an email asking for a review. I replied saying "trust me, you don't want my review", but then I figured what the hell. I've never left a review before, so hopefully this one does the trick.

I was trying to get a set of lowering springs for my Forester. Seemed like everyone had them and then on one did. I ordered from two other shops first but had my orders cancelled. Then I put in an order with Vivid after their customer service said they could order them for me from the manufacturer. I wasn't optimistic but I put in the order. It took a couple months but I wasn't in a hurry. I had to reach out a couple times for updates. Sure enough I have a nice brand new set of Swift Sport Springs for my 2009 Subaru Forester sitting in my garage. I believe them that this was a special order. The box and springs and packaging look like they were made last week and drop shipped from Swift. I am very happy with Vivid and would certainly shop here again.
This is the WORST company to be buying anything from i purchased an exhaust it took forever to receive i had to call 3 different delivery companies to get my item dont get screwed like i did stay away from vividracing. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED ST THEYR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered parts and paid, almost a week later they asked for more money. I had no calls e-mails, no communication.
I would not recommend this company. To each their own though. I ordered a set of wheels, vivid racing took the payment, received a confirmation, and I decided I didn't want to wait 3 months for wheels, so I asked for a refund about 2 weeks later, which vivid racing agreed to. Since I asked for a refund, I figured I would have to wait a bit for the funds to show up, but they didn't. I emailed and someone told me the payment went thru on their end, and to check with my bank. After going over my bank statements, there isn't a charge for anything from vivid racing, charging, or refunding.
I ordered headers in November 2021. Was told a 8-10 week wait. All emails went unanswered. Finally got an answer that they're waiting on confirmation from me. 4.5 months later parts were not ordered and price increased.
I have waited five weeks, and no response or shipment. If vivid racing doesn't ship my order within a week, I will cancel my order. I will let PayPal Court deal with vivid racing.
I ordered a shift knob from these nobs and then when I called to see what's up with the order they tell me the price has changed and I need to pay more money because of their lack of updating the website. So unacceptable
Don't even know where to start. I ordered $700 worth of parts from this site and got a package worth $400 of the parts i ordered. I called and asked about the other 2 parts i never received the lady told me " one of those parts are on back order and the other part should be shipping out shortly from the second hand party." 2 weeks go by and still didn't receive the part or the shipping info. I called she said " im sorry it looks like it shipped ill give you the package tracking" come to find its been held at fedex because they've tried to deliver to my house 3 times. When my gf stays at my house and didnt see anyone? I called fedex and they said i'd need to get ahold of vivid and have them call and get it shipped to a fedex store near me. I called and she called fedex and i should be getting a call from them or vivid and if not call her back within the next couple days. A week goes by still no call, so i call again and talked to a lady and she told me "you need to talk to the girl that helped you i'll transfer your call" then it goes to her voicemail... Left a message never got a call back... When i finally decided to get my part from the fedex facility an hour away, it had already been shipped back to the manufacture. This place is a joke. Now this part is out of stock somehow. This place and their customer service is horrible.
I called vivid wanting to order slider windows for my 90 jeep Wrangler The girl at customer service said they had them in stock I ordered them, but she sent wrong windows Now they are not only making return them at my expense but charging me restock EVEN THOUGH WRONG WINDOWS WERE SENT by no mistake on my part SHAME ON THEM
Lets say if Amazon or Ebay were this bad they would be out of business my refund supposed to be on the way but after 2 calls to paypal still waiting for my 400 bucks
I ordered end links for my truck, on the 13th. Received information that order is processing and will be shipped end of week. Clearly they lack in communication by what was sent to me below

Ordered set of rims & and lug nuts, and the rims were no longer available, leaving no need for the lug nuts.
Vivid refuses to offer a pre-paid return shipping label for the lug nuts, and I am feeling (rightly so), that I should not be responsible, or put at ANY financial loss for their error, and have to pay for return shipping.
Two weeks later, and the rims are still listed on their website, despite the fact they have been made aware of the problem, and that they are no longer available from the distributor. WtF? Which brings also to light the fact that Vivid Racing, are little more than broke A$s middle men singin the blues... Small time playas with a flashy website... They just plain suck, and have no willingness, or business sense to admit their error...
Ordered part number GT*******xx20HS. Center hub size 66.6. They sent me Part number GT*******435HS hub size 73.1. They would not accept a return because it had a custom back spacing.
I couldn't even get a charge back from the Members 1st bank card. What the freak is wrong with companies now a days. We have no recourse to get our money back when it's so blatantly wrong!
Status available, after receipt of payment you get a confirmation by e-mail that the part must first be manufactured.
Delivery: Approx. 2 months (Not complete!)
Service: in case of conflicts you get no more answers, or it is dragged into the length
Return: Must be organized yourself and you do NOT get the cost back ( You have to pay the cost yourself and from Germany it is not so little)
Conclusion: Not recommended, as it already gets in the direction of fraud from the seller point of view. I do not recommend it to order there, but that must know everyone himself. I know in any case how high the damage is with me and it is not worth it as a buyer (Germany) to buy there. I have the suspicion that you often such items ( eg my order: B&M Shift Plus 2 Trans Controller) do not ship completely, but that is my suspicion. Criminal complaint was created because it is a suspected fraud.
Don't buy from these people, unless you want to get jerked around for a few weeks claiming shortages. Only to have them try and upcharge after you've paid for the items, and if you don't agree to pay they'll cancel your order and claim to start refund process...
Not sure if this is a real company or just another Internet scammer.
I purchased a Kraftworks supercharger kit with the AEM ECU. When the shop did the installation the AEM ECU was defective. Vivid racing didn't offer to exchange the ECU. I purchased a new and Vivid racing refused help in any way. I was stuck with a bad ECU and out $1600. 00 for the new ECU.
WAIT... It gets worse... I purchased a $700 clutch kit and after ~ 200 miles it started slipping and I'm fighting with Vivid Racing to help out with getting it replaced. Guess what? They are refusing to help AGAIN.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
Answer: Hello, as stated, these were wheels that were mounted, balanced, driven and the order is 2 years old.

Answer: I found a part for a project through Affirm and was able to order it without paying for everything up front... But just like Ive been seeing on reviews/issues, I might be their next victim
Answer: You can eventually get a customer service rep but they won't do anything. They lie.
