The chairs we ordered came in a timely manner. Beautiful looking chair. The hardware that was sent with the chair was inadequate and we had to buy new. We tried the chairs out over Christmas around our table and there are only two of the four left standing. The wood cracked on the legs of one of the chairs and the whole side of the other chair completely fell off. We needed to use these in a public setting and would not work at all.
I did try to call customer service and was greeted with someone named Diane to leave a message. There was not a business greeting just Dianne. I called a second time thinking I had the wrong number but the same response. I did leave a call back message on the first call with no call back.
First storage is very very clumsy and very week. It's like a toy storage shed for staging. When I unpacked the item found out 5 pieces were broken. I already had trashed the box and everything otherwise I really wanted to return this. Now I am using it since almost two months and doors are giving me so much trouble. One side door middle hinge is already broken. I will never recommend this item to anyone. Bab bad very bad experience.
There was a mix up on an auction result on vidals end. I was notified I lost an auction by email but my account showed I won and I did have the highest bid. When I notified the company I was given the runaround. After a month of going back and forth they gave me a small credit with their company. I didn't receive my auction item
Order came damaged and missing one box of order. NEVER responded by phone or email to correct situation. Cancelled payment but spent $60 to send the mess back. They should have reimbursed us.
I bought the shoe cabinet worth $236. One of the parts is wrong so the drawer cannot be installed. I requested for a replacement part and was told that it will arrive in 20 days. 60 days passed but no replacement part. Followed up on the request but was informed of the mistake that request was rejected because it was out of stock, and offered $30 for the cost of part. It is a very unfortunate and disappointing experience. Not satisfied with product and customer service.
I ordered my item a month ago, and it still hasn't even shipped. This is taking too long, and I wouldn't have ordered it had I known it took this long to get it.
This was the worse shopping experience known to mankind. I am trying to return ONE ITEM and no one has been able to give me direction. It's been over 2 months of constant emailing with NO RESOLVE. I have been sent self addressed labels so that the package would be From ME and TO ME making it impossible to send back. I have communicated with at least 15 people who can't seem to get one thing right, ‘how to return an item'. They even made an arrangement to have someone pick up the item and then said they do not have that service. NEVER AGAIN. I am working to make their incompetence public.
I won auction with my bid it said i lost but sent in screen shots if my bid and winning bid nothing done at all ridiculous

Shipped fast and easy enough to assemble. But, legs aren't straight and the top is two separate pieces that don't match. Good enough at this price, but not fantastic
I ordered a rabbit hutch and received a similar hutch, but not the same as what I had ordered. I sent a complaint, but have had zero response.
I'm very disappointed
We initially ordered a greenhouse with plastic panels, hundreds of aluminum brackets and a million screws. The frame was so flimsy we didn't go any further knowing it wouldn't stand up to any sever weather. I found this one and it seems to have it all! It was simple and fairly quick to set up. We put the frame together on the patio and then walked it out to the spot where it would be put to work. Slid the fabric over the frame, secured it as suggested and in addition to that as well. It's a perfect size, easy access, along with 4 windows for ventilation. I would by another one of these in a heartbeat!
It was super easy to order a product from VidaXL. Their processing and shipping time was refreshingly short and fast!

Worse experience ever! Customer service phone # is not valid. You call, they put you on hold and after 5 mins the call drops. Chat is a machine that defers you to contact them via email. Don't get me started on their customer service email option. I filled out a form that the merchandize was damaged and I need a replacement. I was asked to ship the damaged box, but the return label had my address on it. What is the point of shipping the 25 pounds box to myself? I reached out to the customer service several time asking for the correct return label. Every time I was told it is correct. Just for fun, I shipped it and guess what? It arrived the next day back to me. What a joke?! Complete waste of my time and energy. 2 weeks later and no replacement was provided. Never ever again!
It is not weather resistant. Things started coming apart and I had to build a new roof. I tried contacting customer service and they made it so difficult to find my order that I just gave up. I would not buy it for outside. Maybe inside is safer
The product was better than expected, fast delivery, outstanding quality.
My baby is 2 months old now. I've been manually pumping for that long. Now that I have an electric pump, things have been so much easier. Thanks to vidaxl, my breastfeeding experience has been so much more exciting for me. The pump I chose is perfect for getting the job done. Thankyou, vidaxl, for all the steps you took to get my free pump sent out to me.
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
