This was a huge disappointment. Not sure who provided all of the previous generous reviews. Made of cheap plastic. Hard to assemble. Final product is a mess.

I ordered a 6'x6' set up that cost $260. Started putting it together and realized it was missing some necessary parts for the door. I reached out to customer service and they said the parts would be delivered in 10 business days. After that time passed, I reached out again and let them know I didn't receive the parts. Their response was that the parts were permanently out of stock (are you kidding?), and they were so sorry for the inconvenience that out of the goodness of their hearts they would refund me $20. $20! I paid almost $300 for this thing that is now useless without these parts, and somehow they have the audacity to offer $20 and say we're even. So stupid, it's mind boggling. This company is a joke. Thanks for nothing, Jennifer.

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I received an entirely broken dining table, and the process to try to get a replacement was horrible. Their phone lines don't work, their chat representatives are not only unhelpful but downright hostile, and their email communication is either late or nonexistent.

It has been over 3 months since my original purchase, and I have yet to receive a fully functional table. Through painstakingly slow email comunication, I was able to get two replacement tables and several additional parts, all of which have arrived broken (the box does not even say fragile on it) or worse, incorrectly made - screws don't match, drill holes or entire wood blocks are in the wrong place, and items are covered in bird poop! And worst of all, the customer service agents are rude and unapologetic, unwilling to resolve the situation or compensate me in any way.

I don't understand how this company is still in business. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing elsewhere.

I ordered this reclaimed wood storage chest/coffee table and it is stunning! The inside has smaller sections, so it doesn't hold large or bulky items, but I am using it more as a decorative piece. The chest is solid wood with hints of blue. I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

I order a 19' x 19' x 4' dog pen which was reasonably priced from VidaXL and received it quickly with no problems. I assembled it in reasonable time. But the roll of wire came unrolled and separated which caused an issue in time on assembly. It was a headache to keep from separating from the roll.
