Nice unit. Took a long time to put together. A couple of pieces were dented although there was no visible damage to the box. Middle door screw does not line up with the hole making it difficult to fully align so door is on crooked. Too difficult to repack and return so just keeping as is. Poor quality assurance. Should discount!

I had just purchased a new, larger television and I was in need of a larger tv stand. I looked in several stores and everything I saw seemed kind of expensive for some particle board BS. $300 for that cheap crap? And they all looked very generic, no style. I started looking online and found a few things that I actually liked on some other websites. I almost purchased from one of them. At checkout, it told me that my purchase was from an individual seller and not the original retailer of the stand, and therefore would probably not be covered by warranty. I REALLY loved this particular piece, so I searched for where I could buy it directly. Lo and behold, it was VidaXL. I had never heard of them but reviews of the company by customers were all very positive regarding the quality of product and the customer service received. And that same stand was $20 less than from the individual seller. I was a little spooked that I couldn't get an exact shipping date but I went ahead and ordered. It came within 3 days. It was fully assembled, I had only to put the feet and knobs on. It's 100% mango wood and it's BEAUTIFUL! I get compliments on it from everyone. I only wish they had some matching end tables. I would absolutely order from them again.
The coat rack/shelf that I bought is a superior product. I looked all over for something that used natural wood, was sturdy, and had a large number if hooks; all of the similar products from other brands were double the price of this item. I live in an old house with wonky studs, so I did have to unscrew and reattach the wall hangers on the back, but this was relatively easy with a drill. I would definitely purchase this again.

We have a dog who likes to slip out the gate when someone comes in... We have a pretty entrance and this is a perfect second layer gate. We are going to use the wider gates as side fence panels since we want them to look as finished and sturdy as this. Really gorgeous and well made item!
Assembly instructions were completely inadequate. Put things together several different ways to make number of nuts and bolts come out right.
Trellis #*******, Invoice # *******, Product not produced as advertised. Very flimsy, will not support two climbing roses without beefing up attachment areas for containers and re-enforcing Arch system. Only held together with staples and small screws. The bolts to attach arches to up rites give a false appearance of a solid construction. Construction of product must be with heavier dimension lumber. I had to repaint Trellis with added waterproofing to extend the life of the product. Product not advertised with honest photos or verbiage.
I like the quality and the product. The sink is small and perfect for my bathroom remodel.
Great quality product for the price. The instructions are not the greatest. But if you have good logic and have good intuition you can assemble this. It is all in front of you. My solar unit came damaged, and that was the only negative.
For the price I paid and experience I am disappointed. The parts did not come with labels. The metal bent easiy. We still can't figure out how to put the drawers in. And where is the customer service number?
