My item came with instructions that were detailed in letters. All the parts of my item (an outdoor pergola) were labeled with numbers. There was no way to decipher the instructions. I had to pay someone the same as the cost of the pergola to put it together, since it was impossible to figure out. After reaching out to customer service there was absolutely no solution or concern. More of a "good luck to you!"

Bought it for the deck, and it works wonderfully! I just wish I had more info on the product, like what winds it can withstand. I just retract it anytime it moves a whole lot.

Did not hold up lasted only 2 weeks. Not worth the money very disappointed would not recommend the cage the latches didn't stay on

I received my purchase in record time. Have not installed yet but hopefully soon. We are remodeling our bathroom and have limited space for a sink. I think this one will work great.

I ordered online and the problem come from UPS. David help me a lot. He spend a lot of time. Service is very very good even I did not receive the order yet.

The packages one tore into the tubes fell out laying on porch the ones that 3 are missing some of the long tubes bent I straightened the wire has mashed spot I need it bad try to fix

The box was torn apart on three of the four sides with pieces hanging out.
I sent the info. The next day and several pictures. I have waited a week and the only response was that they were received. I want the box and whatever contents removed and a refund.

The piece I ordered was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted it as a side table for the chair in my bedroom. The hollowed center works fabulous for stacking books.

Excellent product but with deficient instructions. We like the table very much, but expected the top to fold flush against the legs of the table for storage. The design doe not allow the top to completely fold flush against the table legs.

These arrived quickly, are sturdier than I was afraid they would be. A little tricky to set up by myself but my husband like the look so much he asked me to order more.

The product was exactly as advertised, well constructed, and fairly easy to assemble. Please be aware that the instructions are pictorial and they are very tiny. However, the parts are labeled and you can pretty much figure out how everything goes together. I would buy more products of this type from this vendor.

The item is great looking but was damaged in shipping. I had to take it to a metalworker to bend the iron back in place so it could be put together. I needed it for the wknd that I received it so I didn't have time to send it back and wait for another. It really is a great table! I would definitely recommend it.
