I had trouble with my coffee table
Coming in an unsatisfying condition, when I asked for new parts my request was fulfilled right away and I was sent my parts immediately. Great service! Definitely will be ordering again

Used vidaXL to fit a new office with furniture. Very pleased with solid wood product that works with industrial look and will last well.
Upon purchase of a platform bed, we were notified that it would be delivered in two packages. Both packages had their shipping labels printed the day after, and the first one was then shipped according to the tracking information. A few days go by and we receive the first package, but the second was still only showing that the label had been printed, and not yet shipped. I then contacted customer support, who said that the second packages contents were out of stock and that we would have to wait another month for it to be in stock. We chose to return the product instead of waiting.

The table is beautiful. But the surface is not even and flat across. Because of the nature of the reclaimed wood, it is tricky to locate places on the table to set down a drink or vase. Still, it is a gorgeous table.
The tracking feature did not work for me. My furniture went from the carrier door to delivered. When I called to check on my order, the man said I had no such order. I forwarded the pics and invoice you had sent me. The tv cabinet is now together and it just what I wanted. You have not yet debited my account for the purchase. You probably should let people know that major assembly is required. Each part should have a letter to designate what part it is. Overall, not a bad experience.
It was delivered in less than 5 day and It is a beautiful dresser, but the manufacturer or however designed it was a whole mess. Most of the wholes were not aligned, they were off for 1 inch or a little less making impossible to screw down the bolts. I was able to put it together, but obviously is not working properly because of the situation mentioned before.
Was referred by a friend and I love the products. First time buyer, Definitely not the last. Got an item on auction for less than retail.
Trying to put this gate together you need more than a single sheet of paper that don't tell anything found vedio on you be part one missing most important part not there
Shipping is fast and instructions are clear, but product is flimsy and it breaks easily (even when picking it up from floor after assembly)

Assembly was a bit of an issue as the diagrams weren't super clear, but manageable. Screws were cheap and stripped easily. But given the price, the overall quality is decent and it's large enough for me and 2 pups to snuggle on while I read a good book.

I ordered a pool side solar shower from VidaXL, and I received a shower that clearly had been used. It had signs of rust in the faucets, wrench marks and teflon on the fittings, and scratches on the body! The box, that said "new shower", had several incompletely removed UPS labels! I returned the shower, following VidaXL instructions, and 11 days afterwards I have not heard from them neither received my reimbursement.
The tarp or sides are paper thin. They rip very easy and the poles are very thin and don't offer much stability.
