The furniture was easy enough to put together but the size was smaller than expected. All the pieces were provided and the directions which were difficult to follow.

We purchased 2 units for less than 1 would cost from other dealers. The cushions are a lower quality but easy to replace. Look great next to the pool. Would recommend highly.

We was looking for a low cost tent. I searched online and found this company. Do I wish that the quality was better yes the Velcro is narrow the frame not quite as heavy as I would like to have, But we got what we paid for... I love the design and it stayed up all 6 days I needed. There is no middle Pole to support side walls. Another change in the design I would make.

When I unpackaged the product there is no assembly instructions or hardware to to assemble the shed with. This makes it difficult because now I have to go to a big box store for what I need. Thanks... NOT

This is not a solid product. Plastic parts that break easily used in adjustment settings. Similar products use metal fittings. Buy another brand made without plastic.

I haven't had a chance to use the tool. Quality appears to be what I expected.

Doing business with vidaXL was easy and trouble free.

Everything OK except one of the steps in the assembly instructions was unclear. Attaching the metal plate to the arm rests should be done before adding the legs to the metal plate. It took a while to figure that out, second chair was done in half the time.

The covers were easy to put together without any issues. All parts were intact and without any damages which is not usually the case with MDF. They were attractive and modern.

Will likely toss it out because I'm still trying how to close it. Horrible instructions on how to wrangle all that wire. Hate it

The goods came on time and was all in order. The instructions were not great but setting up these things is not rocket science if you go about it methodically. I took out a star because some of the furniture had (removable) stains that made me feel like these may be recycled from returns - which I cannot confirm but just a tad unpleasant.

I needed 4 extra teak chairs, pronto! For my 60th birthday party. They got here on time and the quality was much better than I expected!

We ordered a bunch of lockers for school. Half of the lockers arrived damaged.
Not good quality or customer service..

I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. We received one box right away, and then realized it was just part of the order. Now here it is going on week 3... still have not received the rest of the order!

Product came as described. Packaging could have been better. Both ends of the box were damaged but fortunately the partition was OK.

The TV shelf is exactly what I was looking for. It is very well made, the price was good and the shipping was very quick. Very pleased.
