Yall where to send me return labels, never got them. My product(grill)
Was trashed when received. Ask to return it, nothing ever happened.

Poor craftsmanship, the wholes on most pieces for mounting hardware did not line up. Ended up using the wood pieces only and throwing away the poorly fabricated metal frames.

I TRIED TO BUY SOME OF THEIR PRODUCTS FROM ANOTHER SELLER BUT WAS HAVING ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS BUT THEN I WENT RIGHT TO vidaXL THAT'S WHEN I LEARNED WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE! I WILL ONLY BUY RIGHT FROM vidaXL NOW! WITH THAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES THEIR GREAT PRODUCTS TOO I CAN'T LOSE!

The gazebo is nice. A lot of the metal frame was bent up and it took time to bend them straight, and I would like to have heavier curtains for the winter..

Of Christmas 2019! Once arrived we put it together, fairly easy, to make sure all the parts were there... and, they were. We disassembled, so that it gets no actual use until after Christmas! It is going to give us so much usability on our small deck next spring... we cannot wait! It's going to be fun to decorate around.

Looks nice although a little sloppy on the detail. Some rough edges and spilts on a few slats and it does not sit flat. It wobbles.

I would order from this website again if I needed any more furniture. The delivery was fast, the coffee table was already assembled which was great. I just had to add 2 handles.

I ordered 2 they were shipped quickly. The website was good and helpful in getting the right measurements and color. The processing of the order was smooth and correct. When I received the shades and opened the box each one had some dents. Probably caused by shipping. Otherwise satisfied with product.

Rusted 1st day, flimsy gates don't line up straight, fake latch does nothing, it doesn't hold gates together, wind can blow them open. Overall cheap crap that should have cost $40

The Furniture arrived and I could not believe it! It is so Unique, and stunning! Great packing, no damage, and Fast shipping! This will be my New go to Place! I have one more bathroom to do! And this will be exactly what I order! I Don't need to Look anywhere else, So glad I found Vida xl!

Missing screws, my husband had to buy screws. The diagram a bit difficult to understand as to parts not labeled.

Very good efficient order delivery etc. Why does it cost so much more for the smaller size of 46" than the larger size?

I have won several auctions from them and all items where new and in perfect condition will continue to bid and buy products from this company.

Took a little work to put together and figure out the instructions.
Holds all our excess pots from gardening that don't fit in the big shed.
Used a piece of plywood to additionally protect the roof.
Painted it the same color as big shed and blends in nicely.

These little tables are great. I bought 2 of them. I don't know how they stand up in the weather because I like them so much they haven't made it outdoors. They just happened to fit into places indoors. They get a lot of use in here. Well made, sturdy, and I love mosaic tiles and colors. They come in different colors so I just might have to find a place for another one. It might even make it to the patio.

I am disappointed in the cheapness of the wood used to makethe products. The shed literally fell apart in the rainfall.

The furniture looks nice on the web but it was very hard to fit the pieces together. Pieces came bent and broken
