It came smaller than I thought it would plus it's two pieces it was very misleading in the ad. Kinda sucks.

I paid and never received the product. Now I have to go to my credit card and try to reverse the charge. If i could give 0 stars I would.

The item's I have ordered from them are as advertised. Quality, and delivered in a timely manner.

Smooth buying and shipping process; arrived on time.
It's a sturdy and efficient tool. Perfect to make holes maximum 3 feet deep.

All of the screws fell out of the box somehow, I was able to find all but one... the instructions were vague and not helpful... pieces were labeled on the instructions, but not on the individual pieces. It came with an Allan wrench but you will need a Phillips ‍

This table is really beautiful and shipping was super fast. The only reason why I am taking away 1 star it's because table is short. I had to add something underneath to add the height.

The company had fast delivery. I purchased the awning that installs with tension bars under the eves. The product is made in China, and the quality is low. The instruction could have been written in chinese, it was worthless. It does looks nice when installed, but won't last a couple of years.

The outdoor storage box/basket is working great and well worth the value when compared to alternatives! Easy to assemble and is functioning as advertised. It is also lightweight which is nice... we will have to see how it holds up, but so far, so good!

I order two door awnings. After I placed the order I noticed the receipt only had one line item. I waited for the shipment and only received one of the items. The price I paid was for two so I got ripped off. Will be filing a claim with paypal

I like the simplicity and look of the table. It is sturdy and sitting at the table feels comfortable. There is also a charming lightness to the tabletop as it is made of mesh. One can see through it and sees the ground. I bought the table for the garden and despite its large size it is not obtrusive, it fits right in. It is a part of the garden.

Love it. Assembled without parts having letters/labels. But a handy assembler should be able to put it together without issues.

The dog kennel was not up to snuff, chain link fence was very weak. When stretched it allowed our dog to push through, believe it this happened. Would have been better to build one myself.

Product seems ok on shipping and first sight but instructions are horrible and very hard to make sense. Missing screws and nuts. But Vida's website is the one of worst to use for the customer and really needs to be redesigned to be easier to Track, ask questions and all customer facing functions. It's as bad as the instructions. If the website and product instructions fixed I would give 4 stars.

The merchandise arrived when promised and upon opening there was damage. Contacted Vida and received instructions on return. The whole process was simple and i received my refund. Reliable company.

I purchased a beautiful reclaimed wood chest for 1/2 the price on Amazon and other sites. I thought there was a catch or it would be delivered a month later. However, item was delivered in less than 10 days (option: free shipping) And it was exactly what I wanted, no catch at a lower rate. I love the product, price and service.

It was a little hard to put together but it is large and big enough for our pool toys and bouncy house. The lid stays open and the liner is nice if you want to keep it dry.
