Single bamboo blind ordered was based on web site photo and proved to be accurate. However I needed a total of 3 and so immediately ordered 2 more but it is now listed as out of stock with no indication when it will be back in stock. Very disappointing.
This is what I bought vidaXL Garden Storage Cabinet with 4 Shelves Black and Gray and to say it was cheap and flimsy would be charitable. The backing is like cardboard and the cabinet is thin. It cost slightly over $200 although now less and it's worth about $29 tops. I'm very displeased with the product and would never buy anything again from a company that sells such garbage.
My item was sent very quickly and was of great quality. The patio table was made in Italy, which I was very pleased with.
It was easy to place the order on line. I appreciated the quick response from cutomer service. Delivery communicated clearly, conditions, time and date.
Bought a day bed that came in 1,000 pieces. Trying to put it together with the 1 page instructions, obviously made by Chinese people, is impossible. There is nothing on YouTube, no additional directions, no support, no guidance, no help. I will never buy from this company again. Garbage product, garbage service.
Love the item we purchased but one of the support bars was incorrect. One good, one wrong. I emailed customer support but got no response.
A key plastic part was broken, but that didn't become evident until halfway into assembly. The cabinet itself is wobbly and fragile. Wouldn't buy again.
Many neighbors and strangers walking past our deck are impressed with the awning. The sunset was always in our eyes and we could not sit on the deck from 5 pm until the sun went down completely.
I haven't received my package as of yet. I'm looking forward to it arriving.

Product was received dented and damaged. We tried to buy spare parts and barely made it work, although only a short term fix. This retractable awning won't make it another 30/60 days sadly. Complete waste of money.
The chairs look great on my patio but the instructions were not in the box. I found them online but they were not the best instructions at all.
Wonderful gymnastics product and fast service. No problems.

The furniture shipped very quickly, and looks amazing on my patio. Great colors, lightweight, easy to assemble. And all at a very great price!
- On 4/5/20 I ordered a sink: vidaXL Basin River Stone Oval 11.8"-14.6". The sink I received was not as advertised; it was triangular shaped and up to 10", with an inside diameter between 5" and 8". I requested a refund. I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to get return labels printed and return the sink at the closest UPS location.
- On 4/12/20, I ordered another model: vidaXL Basin, Ceramic Rectangular Black 16.1"x11.8"x4.7", and was very happy with it.
- On 4/24/20 I received an email stating that my replacement for sink #1 was ready for shipment. I emailed VidaXL, reminding them that I did not ask for a replacement but a refund.
- On 4/27/20 I received a replacement for sink #1. I sent VidaXL 2 more emails, explaining them the situation and asking to be compensated for the extra 2 hours I would need to drive to return them sink #3, which I never ordered. VidaXL ignored my emails and had me sent them back their sink before issuing me a refund.
Order entry system was good.
Delivery time was good.
Product packaging fair.
Product itself was of poor quality.
Would not purchase again.
2017 f250 - these tail lights look nice but didn't fit my truck very well. I had to sand them down in a bunch of places including the mounting lugs to fit somewhat correctly. I definitely do not recommend.
