When I first started buying from vidaXL, their "available" stock showing on their web site was not in sink with their Warehouse stock. Then, in the last month or two they got in sink!
Now, when an item is not in stock anymore, it shows on the vidaXL web site. Once they got that under control, it's hard to find fault with vidaXL... good merchandise, at great prices and quite often Free shipping!
I was very pleased when I ordered this tent for a very important event. Yet, on the day of the event I discovered that there were several walls of the tent missing which caused the tent to 1) look visually unappealing and 2) not being able to be closed in all the sides. For this reason, I am asking you for a refund.

Item was the same as described and arrived as stated.
I sent a picture of the garbage can shed that I bought which was not functioning. I've asked to get a refund and the customer service wants me to disassemble the huge product and put it back in its original box and haul to the UPS store and return it to them in its "original" form in order to get my money back. This is almost impossible since I spent more than three hours to assemble the product. When I told the customer service that I can't do that the answer was we are sorry but that's the way it works. I don't know what to do with this broken product. Very very disappointed at the product but more than that at the dismissive customer service.

I received most of the boxes except one and now they tell me it'll take another month for the patio dining table pieces to get here. I ordered this table to enjoy this summer and now the summer will be over by the time I receive them.
Also, there isn't much room between chairs and it's impossible sit that close to Each other and eat in the table. Bad design
Our unit is leaking. We've reached out and we're first told they couldn't find our order and have to give a great deal of information. Then was asked for pictures of the problem which we sent. Then asked for videos which we sent and now we haven't heard back at all with any kind of resolution. A little tired of waiting and still have a brand new leaky unit :(

We ordered a pool ladder. The ladder was delivered quickly, was easy to put together, and is a nice addition to our pool.
I liked the design of this table because I needed one that when closed would be thin enough to store easily off season. The quality control on this product is poor. Some of the screws were stripped. Some of the holes did not line up. Some of the wood was cracked where the hinges had been attached and the gate legs did not function properly. I basically rebuilt the hardware on the table and attached angle irons on both sides of all attachment points. I am glad I persevered! I got a UV/waterproof cover for during the day as my deck gets direct sun which is debilitating for teak furniture. Just to be safe I will sand, oil and varnish the wood to protect it further.
Fast shipping of product arrived within two days delivery. The patio furniture itself is good quality; however, the umbrella flies away all the time and the cushions are not that comfortable. I had to buy an additional sturdy umbrella to hold on tight to the patio furniture and more fashionable comfortable cushions. The true value for this patio furniture should be $250-300 max because I spent over $550 total to make it look perfect including the actual patio furniture price.
Directions for assembly were not clear. The one page sheet had no written directions, just a fuzzy diagram showing the stages of assembly along with the correct hardware. Placement for the gate hinges and wood slats at the top was not marked. It was difficult to square up the arbor without knowing where to place the 90 degree angle supports against the arced arbor top. Through trial and error, the arbor did come together and looks nice, but it was a very frustrating process.
I love this chaise lounge. Makes sunning by the pool an truly comfortable Resort like experience. Lightweight, folds easily and stores well. Thank you for a wonderful product. At a reasonable price. Will order another. When someone can come to visit (corvid)
Package arrived on time in good condition and the awning is very pretty
I really would have preferred better instructions and a parts list. Ended up not using it.
