One piece of wood was broken where the hole was drilled. The metal piece designed to hold the middle of the bench does not function well because several screws can not attach well to the cheap wood. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning. I bought new pieces at the hardware store. I bought the bench because I liked the design. I would have paid double or triple for good quality. Oh well. Lesson learned.

The arbor we bought came together until we tried to attach the decorative arms. The pieces we either misshapen, or the wrong length. Very unhappy.

Terrible instructions. And no markings on each piece of equipment.

I bought 4 items costing almost $400 when they arrived they were defective and could not be used I contacted the company for a return label and a refund, they refused they offered to send me parts the problem is it is half of all the items that are bad or give me a partial refund of $10 and I could keep their junk what a joke

Poor quality, flimsy, pieces didn't fit well, had to clean out holes for pieces to snap together. Ended up using gorilla tape to hold it together to keep back from falling apart. Would not recommend this product.

I want to return it. My contractor could not assemble the piece missing parts, not fitting

I bought this, it was difficult to assemble, once it was done it didn't want to stand up, very unstable. The wind broke the gate within 5 days.

Loved it, loved it, loved it. At first I bought a chest for my living room but it was too small. The company provided me with a free shipping label. I found the best chest as a coffee table. Their company was the only place I liked for merchandise. The coffee table is made of durable wood that was refurbished with these beautiful colors with in. I just purchased the end table to match. I can't wait to receive it.

VidaXL had exactly what I had been looking for at a reasonable price, shipping included. Product delivered quickly with no issues.

Received the zinc top potting bench. The zinc surface was bowed and the back piece split where two top screws were set. Rather than the hassle of returning it, I disassembled the top, glued the splits and used a broad putty blade to separate the zinc sheet metal, flattened it and reglued it. Expected better quality; can't imagine what quality control process was in place that released this in an unacceptable condition.

It was a little hard to put together but, once together its a great piece.

Everything went great all products were very good quality
I would buy from them again in future

I recently purchased some radiator covers from VidaXL and am very pleased with the products I received. My only disappointment is that the smallest radiator cover available is 44 inches in width. I need two that are 30-32 inches in length and have been unable to find them. The covers I purchased are wonderful. They change the look of the room. I chose the shaker style and they blend with our primitive home perfectly.

The bench was easy to put together and is comfortable! Very pleased with this purchase.
