Order arrived within a few days. Very well packaged. The bench is strong and stable. It's a very pretty piece of furniture. I would definitely purchase from this line of furniture from them again.

The package arrived with a broken piece of lattice. The packaging was flimsy and apparently not sturdy enough to prevent internal damage. It is not worth the hassle of filing a claim.

I purchased 2 tents from them. One I returned within the 30 days and 2 months later I still have not been refunded my money. The other tent I put up to see how it would look for my wedding and then had it in my garage until I needed to use it. When we went to use it on my wedding day the poles bent in and wouldn't support the tent. When I contacted the company they offered me a $35 refund or to replace the broken parts, which aren't in stock and they don't know when they will be back in stock. I paid $152 for a pile of junk and $88 never refunded. Not worth it. Do not buy. I wish I didn't!
Had a problem with my order. They organized pick up for return and I had my credit a couple of days after the return being received. So all in all it was a great outcome. Good to deal with an honest company...
I received my order in damaged box and the items were broken in pieces. The replacement were also damage and when I contact their customer service they offer me a partial refund of 20$( my original payment was 177$). Do not order anything from them because you won't get your full refund for returning the item. Not satisfied with their service at all.
I emailed this company about a month ago about returning this product and haven't heard anything back. This product is very cheaply made, the cushions constantly fall off and when we sit on it the pieces slide apart. I was very dissatisfied with this product and could not get an answer back. Do not buy this it's way over priced
I tried to order an item but they said that it wouldn't be available for months. I canceled the order and my money was finally refunded THEN two months later this business took out $125 from my account AGAIN. It has now been 3 weeks and they still will not refund my money.
It was simple to order and received the item quickly. Only thing I am not happy about is the rubber piece that goes around the base was off when I received and although I try to put it back it continues to come off
Got it no problems. Installed it no problem. It cured my problem with my chlorine maker. Much more flow then intek stock pump.
Our hand pump arrived with a broken part and missing bolts. I had hired a landscaper to install it but had to send him away with the job barely started. My husband bought materials, fixed the pump and finally installed it after much thought on how to make the system work. It's great now, but way too much headache to reach this results.
POOR CONSTRUCTION... holes were misaligned. My husband had to drill holes and use our own screws to connect pieces
DAMAGED PARTS... a large, side piece was bent so the lid could close properly.
INEFFECTIVE... the plastic insert holes were misaligned causing rips in the plastic. The zipper was difficult to zip. Water got into the plastic insert and our cushions got wet.
CUSTOMER SERVICE... offered a 1% refund, which was ridiculous. We settled on 50% and decided to use the piece of junk for storage in our garage.
BOTTOMLINE... don't waste your money!
