I have been a heavy heavy user of VS products over the past decade. I was addicted to the coupons and rewards bonuses. I probably would have just gone on spending $10k a year at Pink, VS, and their other branches of clothing forever except some things have changed that broke the spell they had me under. First, the quality of the items became so inconsistent. I would purchase a robe and it would be great, then when I bought another color it was terrible! I know they outsource so you never know what you're going to get. I've had expensive items fall apart after a few months of normal use. I took about 6 months off from shopping with VS but they sent me some coupons and I was back at it. Now I notice you can only use two coupon codes at a time and not three. Also, none of my coupons work unless I call in and have someone help me. It seems like they are trying to make it extremely hard to use the coupons that locked me into buying from them for so long. Turns out I'm addicted to discounts, not the clothing from VS! When I can't use the coupons on the first try, I just close my browser and use the sweats I bought last year. *shrugs* VS? Bye, girl!
I miss when the clothes said PINK all over them. Down the legs, on the butt, all over the hoodies. I miss the sequence & glitters on the sweat pants & hoodies, I miss the sequence covered backpacks that said PINK, I miss the adorable comforter sets & PINK bedding & plush dogs you could buy. I miss when the clothes were actually cute & the sweat suits were worth spending money on. Now they have clothes that are plain & bland thay don't even say the name of the brand on it. If I wanted a plain t shirt I would go to Walmart. After all we are paying for the name so therefore we want the name plastered all over our cute pink outfits again! & bring back the adorable duffel bags that had sequence & pink logos all over it. Bring back the velcro sandals not the cheap non velcro sandals that rip apart after a couple wears & give your feet painful blisters. Also why would I want to wear a hoodie or shirt that is also made for men in that exact same design & color? They have the same 2 boring black "pink" lettering that they have had for years. There isn't even anymore sexy/cute & girly color options. No one is going to spend money on plain Jane stuff/ clothes with no print/logos & ugly colors/stripes etc. Bring the cute pink outfits back! The quality has went down & the prices up.
Placed an order for more than $200 for Christmas gifts for my two daughters. All I wanted to do was look at the order after I placed it. Doesn't matter why I wanted to see it. It didn't show up under my account, it wouldn't come up when I put the order number, and all the idiots from customer service would tell me is that the order was there. I told them I know it was there because I received the confirmation but I wanted to see the order. Then they told me it would ship out soon. I told them I didn't care I just wanted to see the order. The next day I tried again and all they would tell me the second day is that I would be happy because the order shipped. Again I told them I just wanted to see the order and they ignored me the half a dozen times I asked them. I asked them why I couldn't see it, I asked them if this was a problem with the website, I asked them if this is the way it is with every order, I asked them why I couldn't see the order, and they ignored me every time I asked a question. The second girl then made me confirm my email address made me feel like I was someone else. Yeah I was another person who just wanted to look at someone else's order. Really? They wasted my time and then they just disconnected. I usually Place orders with them every year and I can guarantee you I will not next year. I haven't gone back to Walmart and 9 months because of an incident and I will not be back at Victoria's Secret. Ignorant and rude just plain ignorant and rude. I have a good mind to return my entire order which I will be able to do because of that. Wasted over three hours of my time.

I really like to buy online, and I loved this store from the first time, I order cosmetics, clothes, lingerie, and it is chic quality. Shipments are fast. I have not yet regretted what I buy from them. And I always recommend you because managers respond quickly
I made a purchase of a Plush Long Robe online, later received a e-mail stating the item i not available. So i call customer service spoke to a person by the name of Tonya. She reprocessed my order saying it will arrive by nov 17th. All the while trying to sale me a bra (which i had no interest in purchasing) a few days later, i receive yet another e-mail stating "item is no longer available". I dont understand why at the time i purchased the item, it was showing available on-line and at a discount? Then again when talking to customer care? But just continues to become unavailable after only a few days of placing the order. Needless to say i will never receive this item.and can not understand why i was not aware of this in the first place. I feel like it is a waste of time for me to keep getting the run around on a item i will never get.
Don't even waste your time with this company. I've had a credit card with this company for 18 years and out of the blue the closed my account. They give you no warning, it just pops up on your credit report as closed. This is a card that I have had for years and use it here and there. Victoria secret decided that I don't use it to THEIR liking so they closed it. They try to bully people into purchasing more than they are comfortable purchasing. This is the type of business I do NOT want to do business with and you shouldn't either.
The toxic chemical smells in some of their bras makes me violently ill. I will be returning the item and never ordering anything from them again. Even after washing it's worse and stinks up the entire room. Smells like poison.
I like not only lingerie that they offer, but also the means for body care. Theyu are very good and their scent is tempting and strong.
I always loved their beauty products, body mists, lotions and perfumes, the pink products are great as well. Online has better seasonal sales and discounts then in-store! Also, the company puts out new products and scents every season, while there is a clearance section on the site where you can buy products from previous collections two to three times cheaper!
I have been paying this credit card on time for the last 3 to 6 months. They keep reducing my available credit! Which causes my credit score to go down! Every time I make a big payment, these idiots keep reducing my credit! They should have allowed this company to shut down when the pandemic first happened! When this company goes in a hole again please do not save it because they are crooks! I have called the bank I believe it's commenity Bank who makes the decision on who gets a higher or lower credit limit. They act like they can't do anything for me! Do not apply for a credit card with this company! Do not apply for a credit card with them. It's a sham of a company!

First I was a loyal customer for many, many years...
Very disappointing, ordered a GC online to be emailed to my husband (same day), went to order couple days later & could not find the GC # to enter, called customer service & never got a resolve, it took over an hour, I gave up, months later tried again, 3 hours later, no resolve, literally had all payment information, anything they wanted. I called again last week & it took over 7 hours to finally get a credit for the amount I purchased the GC for, never ever again will I shop with VS. Absolutely ride customer service, some just hung up, others had such a language barrier it was impossible to understand one another.
Store locations have declined as well, they've really become pathetic, it's a bother to actually ask questions & you can't smell anything before buying, make that make scene... pun intended. Why do you buy a scent without smelling a scent? Stupid.

Apparently, VS has become a company that sells underwear for only black women. Every ad Ive received in the mail for the last several months has featured almost exclusively black models. If you wanted to be inclusive, you would feature models of every ethnicity instead of just one. Its beyond obvious that you dont really care about the black community or you would have used black models all along... no one is fooled by you suddenly changing your ads to 95% black. Also, please dont use men dressed as women in your advertising. Women used to want to buy your lingerie to feel sexy, but when you only feature one race, or use men posing as women to advertise, its really a turn off.
I've been shopping here for decades And they've always had great customer service. Sometimes I have to take a little extra time explaining something and chat multiple times, but they've always been helpful and fixed their errors. As you can see, I make big purchases and always spend lots of money here haha.
If I could leave a review with 0 stars I most certainly would. I placed an order on 8/16. My VS cc was charged for the order of over $400. I received an order confirmation and then 30 min later received an email advising they were unable to authorize my payment for my order. Contacted their Customer Care Center and was advised I needed to speak with Comenity Bank. Contacted Comenity Bank only to be told that i was charged for my order and it was approved and i needed to contact the customer care center. I was transferred from the customer Care Center to Comenity Bank 3 different times and hung up on 1 time. Finally after 2 hours on the phone trying to figure out why my credit card shows the charge for my order but yet VS says the order was not paid for I thought i had finally gotten somewhere and i was talking to someone with knowledge of what was going on. This was not the case and I ended up ending the call as i was quite furious at this point. The representative (Kayla) with VS was not helpful at all as she just told me over and over that I would need to replace my order and use a different card. Why would i use a different card if my VS credit card was already charged?! After all of this I am left with an over $400 charge on my VS credit card and an order that I will not be receiving because VS customer care says it was not paid for! I have shopped with Victoria Secret and used my VS credit card multiple times over the last 2 years and this will be my last! Terrible Terrible Customer Service
Victoria's secret is the best perfume available in the market. They have quiet unique fragrance and last for quiet a long time.
It's third time when this happened! I placed an order at the VS store, it did not come, I called the support service, they told me the order was canceled, but they forgot to send an email. Now these products are not available and they cannot send anything to me. To my arguments that if I knew that the order was canceled, I could order again when everything was in stock, they simply apologized for not sending an email. Three times I already had this problem! Once they sent me dirty things. Customer service doesn't solve anything
Since you switched to lasership nothing but problems getting my order. Called lasership to find out where my package is because got a text it was unbelievable. I've been home all day. Camera's don't show lasership here. Only regular postal carrier. Customer. Service for lasership are very rude. Hope soon you will got back to ups or fedex. As long as you ship with lasership I will NOT be ordering again.

Answer: It's scam and vs and pink aren't worth the money due to both brands extremely cheap bad quality products and they have extremely low online sales and in store sales too. Nobody guys their crap online or in stores and they have fake phony reviews on the vs and pink website, fake phony reviews lying about how "great" their crappy cheap bad quality products are. Those reviews on their website just written by company and employees, not by real actual people cuz nobody buys their crap.
