Victoria Secrets is a great place to shop for the latest trends in lingerie and the young women fashion on the campus. The stores are fun to shop at and the staff has always been helpful to me. I can always find some lingerie or girly stuff that i need to have. I also have used the call in order service and the customer reps were cheerful and very helpful. Great place to shop at!

I had 4 back surgeries in about 1yr time And I wear a medical back brace to help me walk The Victoria secrets in Ala Moana mall in Hawaii You have to get in the store through the mall (open air) the outside door to the parking lot is locked but on Ala occasions Except! For today of course I bought to bra's and several panties and after my purchase I ask to be let out the customer maindoor to the parking lot and the guy said the manager won't let him so the manager Leah came up there And told me she knows I'm hurting but she still cannot open the door I have to walk all the way around to get to my car. I told her everyone else always let's me go out even when it's locked knowing I have a hard time walking. This was absolutely horrible knowing I was in so much pain i came in to get my stuff and then just wanted to get to my car but she said she can't help me I guess I Won't be helping her out Iam NOT! Going there any more. She doesn't care about helping the handicap@ all If it wasn't for that OPEN drawn on the bottom by my feet that I almost fell over that made my Back Hurt even MORE! But she done care about things like that

1. Items were placed in bag and as I was checking out you began deleting items. Get your inventory STRAIGHTENED OUT. If I'm checking out then the items should be in stock! Give your customers a 2 minute clock to finish entering information before you sell to someone else! That was ridiculous and your "canned" employee replies didn't help! Two separate items were removed while I was dealing with checkout!
2. Either offer the discount or don't. If I log on to my account I should not have to go back and forth to my email to type in your ridiculous long code!. If you've sent me an email discount then it should AUTO post to my order or it should be a SIMPLE click. You don't really want to help your loyal customers with discounts! You act like a fraud company just offering bait and switch. It's a shame because I love their brad

So I bought this super super cute PJ set. That was so soft and I loved it. I wore it one time washed it and now it has a judge hole right down the middle and I spent about $60 on this one item. And now I don't know if I can get a new one but I know the same thing will happen or if I could get my money back. I was so mad!

I always prefer Victoria's Secret for the easy and comfort wear. Find perfect fit for myself. I love the material of the clothing, it's super soft and never feels harsh on the skin. Great discounts are available all the time. I am so much happy with my purchase.

I visited the San Juan, PR location on 3/6/21. While standing in line being the next person to be checked out I noticed the two front cashiers making conversation and shortly after the male cashier directed me to go to the BACK of the store in the fitting room of all places to be checked out. I was told they were sending other customers back there to check out as well which was a lie. I noticed when walking up the cash register was closed and a sign had to be moved in order for me to insert my card (which indicated we were the first ones to be checked out at this register). The cashier who checked us out assured that everyone would be checked out the same if they were next in line but while leaving the store, I watched and noticed that she in fact did not call another customer to the back as the lines were still long, she went to assist another customer in the front of the store. I surely hope colorist and discriminatory ways are in fact not in your policy. I would have been happy to wait in line for the next available cashier at the FRONT of the store instead of being sent to the back being that I was the only BLACK woman in the store and not fair/light skinned Puerto Rican. Meanwhile, it took this company a month to return my calls and get back to me only to tell me nothing could be done for me but a gift card lol. I had to leave 3 voicemails and continually call and get the run around until Brittany Gunnaway could make time to call me back on two different occasions (which she continually missed the deadline she set to call back) only to basically tell me that while my experience in the store wasnt ideal there was nothing more that she could do. Please stop spending your money with this company who REALLY only cares about your money and doesnt truly value you as a customer or hold their employees to a higher standard when it comes to discrimination of black women.

Waiting really

You want me to spend my money at your store after you tell me I have to wait in a line outside where you have the waiting circles one foot apart not six feet and only letting a couple people I. The store at a time I will not order or shop Victoria secrecy's ever agai. And I have three daughters who I use to take shopping g T your store never will that happen again your store and your policy is horrible when you have people waiting outside less than a foot apart

Quality of clothing is getting worse, while L Brands closed a bunch of VS stores. They tried to appease the body shamers by hiring more "body positive" models, it didn't work. Its not like watching a fat woman dance ballet where you just watch unbelievably, its just cringe for VS, and best for something like Lane Bryant or Torrid. If you do find something online that strikes your fancy I would suggest skipping down to an actual store closest by. Rather then going online, because its not convenient as customer service online is really bad most of the time here.

Terrible costumer service!

This was the worst company I've ever interacted with. Lack of costumer service and problem resolution.
They oversold a bag I ordered and paid for it, and after they were committed to deliver the bag to me with a small delay (as they claimed they had already ordered it from their vendor), they completely canceled my order the same day. After this, they put the same bag available online for sale, and when they were asked why this happened, they said they received a few pieces and put them on sale, after they had cancelled mine of course, which I paid for it and obviously was their mistake to oversell it in the first place.
Of course, they did not offer me an alternative bag to replace my order, neither they prioritized me for the specific bag I ordered.
Issue got too long to be resolved and, when I asked for a refund, they refunded me a wrong amount and I'm still waiting for the rest.
This service was a compete ruin of their reputation.

I placed an order 5 products on the annual sale time 5 days ago and 4 of them have been canceled (%80 of my order) today. I connected to VSASSISTCHAT to fix my issue and VS agent said it is a system error and it happens often on VS website. She offered me to send the same products with different colors after we discussed little bit. ( she offer me free shipping for next purchase which I never pay). I went VS website to find the same products I bought to swich with a different color ones but I couldn't find some of them. I connected one more VS agent to ask for help and she told me there is no offer on the system and I asked for an email address to send these screenshots to them. I already wasted a lot of my time until this moment but it wasn't fair for me and I didn't want to give up. I already have been disappointed with VS CRM system but I still had hope someone who is in charge there will help me. I talked to someone who works for customer service and se said she is truly sorry for making me disappointand and they have processed a refund to your original form of payment for this item. I had amazing experiences during 3 years which I used to buy. My first and last bad experience with them. You can see how is their real service and customer policy when they make a mistake and make you pay the price of their mistake.

I tend to get a little paranoid when shopping these days with COVID-19. I live in The Bronx, and I'm in my senior years, however since I'm home my husband and I will run safe errands for family members. I went to VS at the coop city location in Bay Plaza to return an item on 01/22/21. I ask to speak to the Manager on this busy Friday night. The Manager was wonderful she actually help me shop! She also got everything on the list that I needed for myself and daughter. She was smart, patient, and beautiful; and she was still directing staff (multi tasking) while assisting me; the customer!

THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NO PRODUCT, I tried talking with them they HANG UP on me twice, now I'm speaking with my bank because seams they are a SCAM, the bank cannot give my money back saying Victoria secret got my money an I need to wait them to send them back.

Victoria secrets saying I didn't pay nothing, so now I don't have my money or my order.

DO NOT BUY from VICTORIA secrets they are playing with your money!
