I'm disappointed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE IN VICTORIA SECRET. READ THIS PLEASE I bought a gift before December 14, I went to the store and it was not in stock so they recommended that I buy it and that it would arrive at the house. But today is December 29 and I still haven't received anything. In the chat, an assistant told me that I should contact Lasership directly, which is the company that is in charge of the delivery because the package is already in their hands and Victoria's Secret has nothing to do with it. But I've gotten tired of calling and nobody answers the phone in that place. In short, I feel cheated by Victoria's Secret since I feel that for making a sale they put me in the hands of an irresponsible company that also has terrible feedback. I don't understand how Victoria's Secret works with lasership.

Item ordered on the 13th delivery date of 24... 8.00 shipping for 1 bra and as of the 26 still do not have the item. It has been sitting in the same "in transit location for 6 days! When called customer service i was told I have to wait until the 31 before filing a claim. All i want is the $8.00 shipping refunded due to the fact that's it taken over 13 days to receive my item form the the day they sent me the shipping confirmation number and they were NO HELP at all. Ron actually hung up on me! In the future I will be going to to the store to make my purchases! If i ever purchase from them again. Disgusted with thier customer service.

So I placed and order and by mistake there was an error in shipping address. I realized it while it was was getting processed. Called customer service as "modify or change order" will just direct me to call them. As per customer service there is no way you can edit, cancel or modify the order or even change the address. USA customers get 30 mins to do all that and even if they have to return it's all free but international customers don't have any option like that. Tough to believe right - yes we as international(even in canada, I am from ontario), don't have any choice but for them to take our money and don't provide any service. I don't believe what this company believe in putting this kind of policy. They think they are too big to fail - this should be end of Victoria secret ad they don't value their customers at all they are biased towards Americans and no other country.

Be careful if you order online as this company says you are on your own.

I made the order. They canceled me. They took the money. I called, they told me that I returned. I waited two weeks and nothing. I wrote to them where my money is. They said they sent me my order. Not only did they not inform the e-mail. It is still a mess in the company. I was waiting for the money and here they say the package was sent. Fast shipping was paid. Which was supposed to be today and will only be in December. When the item is no longer needed. On top of that, no shipping status or anything on my account

Victoria's Secret would not credit my VS credit card for the difference when I placed an order where I was supposed to get a discount if I ordered two of same item. Reg price $46.95 and $59.95. The price was supposed to be $32.99 and $32.98 but somehow the items went on two separate orders that didn't allow me to get the discount. I called customer service and they refused to credit my card for the difference, instead wanted to send me a $5 coupon. I don't know why the 2 different original price on the 2 items since they are same thing just different color. With the prospect of more VS stores closing it seems as though they would bend over backwards to make card holders happy instead of doing this 2 different order scam where VS gets the original price and not give the discount. This will be the last order I will place with VS and I will be sending the orders back for a refund. I thought I'd give VS another chance by placing the order as their products have become dull, uninteresting and overpriced.

I purchased two items online. The quality of the bras is amazing. The materials used to manufacture their products are the most comfortable I have ever had next to my skin. Nothing bad to say!

I just ordered from online 3 bras from 3 different lines. I unpacked it and the toxic smell off gassing from the bras was so strong that I started sneezing. This is supposed to be worn on our naked body! Did they spray it with an anti flammable? What reason is there for a fabric to smell like this. It is unacceptable. I never experienced this before so they must have gone down in quality. Will never order from them again. Hope this smell goes away after a wash. If not, they better let me return.

Placed a order with Victoria secret on June 20,2020 with a rep and she was giving me prices that were not the prices on line. However I was transferred to a supervisor without my knowledge I waited for 20 minutes for the young lady tocome back to the phone instead I got a rude lady name Sheryl id number *******. She was rude didn't know what she was talking about told me I couldn't use my 50.00 dollar reward card along with my 10.00 reward card which yes you can I have been told by other reps you can use up to three rewards in one single transaction. Ive done so before. Also she told me that if I didn't place my order that I would lose my reward altogether because I had given her the numbers already therefore I felt I had no choice but to place this order. This women sounded very bitter and went on and on with the rudeness. I really felt she didn't want to help me because of my race. The list goes on what was said to me. Sherly needs new training I go thru hell with every damn rep at vs.

I recieved an email from victorias secret with an offer code that i have $15.00 waiting for me and when i went to use it, i wasnt able to do so because it said the offer code is not valid. I tried to use it on the same day i recieved the offer code btw. I called them and was put on hold for 10 minutes only for the person on the other end after speaking to the supervisor tells me "sorry my supervisor said that you can not use the offer code because it cant be verified?" really? What a wase of time. They bombard my email email with their bull$#*! emails and i cant even use the offer code that they sent me. I will not be buying anything from victorias secret ever. What a rip off.
