Im VS customer since 1998, I'm not a big buyer online, but this time, January 27,2022, I place an order with 17 itens, and for no reason, the VS cancelled my order, I called 3 days late to check my order, and it was cancelled. The customer service put a new order, and it was ordered to be delivered overnight, yesterday the order didn't arrived. Today I called and they say it was cancelled AGAIM, so the customer service try to redo it, and automatically was cancelled. My nice will travel to her country on February 3, and it was for her…. Today they said …. " I'm sorry, but it can't be delivered tomorrow"
Really? I'm customer for almost 25 years, and when I need to used my privilegies to help my nice, it CANT BE DONE?

I spend over an hour trying to get onto the website to see my statement as well as talking to representatives. There is a glitch in the system. No one knows how to help, but instead the reps are very critical. Blaming me, telling me that I never signed up. I have emails from Victoria Secret with my payment amount, along with a view my statement tab. No one wants to work hard, be kind or helpful there. It is a shame. It used to be a great place to shop!
I unknowingly opened a card... I was told it was a rewards card and I would receive 15.00 off my card they lied charged my card and their card. I sent bank statements everything kept disputing it... they have now put all this interest on the card which I have never used since and have hurt my credit. I am filing legal charges on them for criminal behavior. I will never shop here again. Soma is much better and treats you like a poerson

I was sent a 10.00$ birthday reward. It is valid til Jan 31,2022. Well, I asked the two girls what i could purchase with this card. They gave me all the wrong info, when I get to the cashier, she said that the coupon would not work. I was 10 min late for work(without my bday present and I live 45 min away) and am considering cutting up my Victoria Secret card bc I have problems in Merrillville IN every time I go into there!

I had a really great time shopping at the southland mall Victoria's secret a young woman there named Amanda help me pick something out for my wife and it was perfect gift. My wife loved...! If you ever want want easy and friendly shopping ask for amanda southland mall... she saved my xmas!
I placed an order on Dec, 31, it was canceled because I used my PayPal with a different email address. I can't pay with any other credit card and get an error message on the website. No one gives me a call back after a voice message. My sizes are no longer available, I missed the free shipping offer and no one cares, they even don't try to offer something. My favorite store gives me the worst user experience ever.
On line order service is very poor. December 23& 24,2021, I placed two gift card orders on line valued $200 and $300 respectively. Their computer system rejected my orders. Then I called customer service. After verifying my order they said they wanted to make a 3 way call with my bank to verify the authenticity. What the heck is that to place an order with your hard earned money! It is frustrating and time wasting experience So I quit ordering with Victoria's secret. So I don't recommend any body to place any on line order with Victoria's secret..

One star because I do not have the option of zero stars. Despite being a very loyal customer, having ordered various times in the past, my last experience was disappointing. I received my order at home and the package was empty, there were only some empty boxes inside that seemed to have been opened by someone and the products were missing. The package contained only 2 of the 12 items of my order and the rest were empty boxes.
But the saddest part is that when I informed via email the VS customer support about the incident and requested to send me again my order, I received the below upsetting response:
"Thank you for allowing us time to review your shipment concern. Upon further investigation, we have confirmed your order was the expected weight of the items you ordered and the packaging at the time it left our facility. The package was checked at various times throughout the shipping journey and continued to be the expected weight with the carrier until delivery of your items. Based on this confirmation, we are unable to process a refund or reshipment of your items."
First of all, it's not "my" carrier. The shipping company is THEIR selection and I have nothing to do with it. Therefore it is their responsibility to investigate what happened with my missing items and also arrange for replacement.
Furthermore, it is completely unacceptable for a company like VS, to treat its customers like this, especially when I pay so much shipment costs on every delivery.
If they collaborate with untrustworthy carriers where the packages get violated or lost then it is definitely not my fault.
Its one of the best world famous beauty brand. They have everything related beauty products available with great quality.
I ordered a nightie Victoria Secret on this site! I am very happy! The package arrived quickly, I really liked the quality of the nightgown. Soft fabric. It is comfortable to sleep in it and beautiful to walk around the house. As it's very important for women ;)

Today is Dec 5 th it has been 5 days since they said delivered your item Finally I have to choose return my money and Never Ever gonna do online shopping in Victoria secret. Their online service and deals are getting worse. One of the 3 items in my order was cancelled due to being unavailable. They should've ask me the customer if I want the remaining items especially if I wanted to wear the items as a complete outfit... UGH... they are always out of something or after I've ordered something, it ends up being available, even new stuff... smh... always something. I need to make up in my mind to leave VS. Plus the coupon and reward deals suck compared to anywhere else I shop. I have approximately ten 25 off of 75 cards. I didn't realize until I tried to use them that it's one per order... REALLY! Just getting more and more ridiculous.
Answer: It's scam and vs and pink aren't worth the money due to both brands extremely cheap bad quality products and they have extremely low online sales and in store sales too. Nobody guys their crap online or in stores and they have fake phony reviews on the vs and pink website, fake phony reviews lying about how "great" their crappy cheap bad quality products are. Those reviews on their website just written by company and employees, not by real actual people cuz nobody buys their crap.
