I will never go back to the south park location! The lady that was working did not like us. We had two coupons for free panties. One said no purchase necessary. She took that one and rang up our items. We presented the other coupon and she said you can not use this without a purchase. Hello we just spent 159.00! So she said you can not get the free panty with out a purchase! But I said the coupon you took for the first order said no purchase necessary! I asked he to look for the coupon and she said it's too late it's in the garbage and I can't take it out! It's like adding two plus two! She treated us like we did something wrong instead of listening to what we were trying to explain to her! She laughed as we left! I am so disappointed in the south park Victoria Secret! I will never spend another penny in that store! Poor management! Makes me sick!

I placed an online order of 4 items, and order was shipped using USPS for delivery. I live in an apartment, and post office left me a notice stating package was oversized and would be available for pickup at local post office. Well of course it didn't fit in my tiny mailbox (it was 4 bras) - and post office doesn't deliver to doors of apartments. I called and requested refund right away, which was honored. I closed my credit card account too because this is the second time I've had this type of issue with delivery of VS order. They refused to redeliver using another parcel delivery service. Very difficult to work with. I'm officially done online shopping with VS, and I'm making sure everyone knows- especially if you live in an apartment with community mailboxes.

Victoria Secret sets unrealistic norms for beauty. Victoria Secret wants the world to believe that you are only beautiful if you are a size 0,2 or 4. VS norm beauty is if you have long blonde hair, thin, and tall. VS is known for saying that this is what all women should look like. They say this should be the color of their skin, and that this should be the size of their waste, and the list goes on. Many people have developed serious mental health issues, identity issues, as well as body dysmorphia trying to emulate the beauty standards that are not realistic. NY times said, "Big brands such as VS who are constantly promoting only size zero are setting a toxic beauty standard for all women." Victoria secret finds "Beautiful", from body shape to facial proportions, to height and weight. This is what VS looks for in their models to show their lingerie and fashion to the world. We attempted to do a television special for plus-sizes [in 2000]. No one had any interest in it, still don't."Back again to Mr. Razek, the only question that needs to be asked here is did they try that hard to make people interested in it. The did this tv special and no one was interested in it, so they said goodbye to plus size clothing and models. It's been 22 years from that tv special and still nothing has changed. There are woman fighting and dying to be model, the starve themselves so they can lose weight, they close off people closes to them so they can focus on a dream that will end up getting shot down because VS has "no interest in it". All it takes is just to have some respect to all body types. Not everyone can not fit in a size 8, yes you can work out and eat healthy to get to that point but for most people, it's hard to lose weight but still want to look beautiful confident in VS, and they can't because once again they have no interest in it. This can feel like shame instead of loving yourself. That needs to change, and it all starts with the unrealistic beauty norms.

I just want to thank Angie for an awesome job. She helped me as soon as she saw me walk in. Gave me all the deals they had. Offered to help me find what I was looking for. Asked if I had a PINK/VS credit card, I told her no so she asked if I wanted to apply for one. She helped me w that too. She was so attentive, kind & friendly. Made me and my daughter feel welcomed and special. Thx Angie. I went to VS on Sunday April 24,2022. Everyone who goes to VS at Ingram park mall, ask for Angie. She's the best there.

Chelsea took out the time to go through emails and find my coupons. She went above and beyond to help me. She gave excellent customer and service and this world lacks the communication and skills this woman has. She is definitely a keeper and hope she will be recognized for this review.

Victoria secret used to be cute and nice quality that would last so it was worth the extra money but now the clothes fall apart and rip and tear and don't last at all and they raised prices so now it's a complete waste and they don't even have cute stuff anymore if i can buy it at walmart and it last longer why would i bother paying so much

The employees there are always nice to me. They are very knowledgeable on proper fitting and the products which makes me sure that I have bought the right bras and clothing. THANK YOU

I spent extra in order to get free shipping then I looked they canceled the second part of my order and charged me for shipping without even a warning or email I called them up they said they were sold out but on their website even a week later it's still showing that they do have that item

Love this sequin bag! Very roomy with a black lining inside that has a zip top closure and comfortable handles. The sequins are super sturdy and definitely not cheaply made and are sewn on very well so to not easily falloff which makes this Victoria's Secret bag a standout in the sun!

Makes Victoria Secret look like it's run by thugs. Sales persons have street clothes on like sweat suits. One employee had one sweatpants leg rolled up and the other down. No salesperson greeting us at the door nor any shoppers was given to us. Other customers were asking others customers if we work there. Three women who worked at VS were very loud talking about dates and laughter loudly in a circle by the Pink display. When I got up to the cashier I waited and I and was told I'll get the next person in line when Cashier then said do you need help now and rolled he head and eyes. I told her rang up my underwear so I can pay and go. Cashier said you "don't tell me what to do", "and for that Im going to take my time" manager came out I explained my concerns and how rude cashier was and ask for her name. Manager never told me her name or cashier name nor gave an apology. I told the manager that no one helped me and how I was a former employee and when I work at VS you had to wear black dress pants and blazer along with a pink or light colored blouse along with makeup or lipstick and look and be professional. This was not the case today at this store *******. I felt like the manager nor the sales staff lack customer service.

I placed an order on the 12th, ordering 9 items. They didn't ship all my order. I have been trying to get customer service to listen to me, and nothing! They keep giving me this bull about my lotion being on back order, when it was IN STOCK FOR DELIVERY, when I placed the order. And it still says it's in stock. It's been 2 days and they have yet to ship my lotion! Their customer service is god awful, especially the customer service chat. 100% no help, and awful! They feed you a bunch of crap! And cancel your items without your permission!, for no reason! They said my lotion is preparing to ship today, but that was 2 days ago! And yet it's in stock! FFS! They are awful. Bath & Body are way better, and are more helpful. No wonder, Bath & Body quit partnering with them.

Dont buy any gift cards from victoria secret. I got a gift card for my bday and the money wasnt on the card

Today, I was going to purchase a cami and panty set for one of my daughters. It was 49.95 (full price). I was told I couldn't use the coupon because my purchase was less than $50. It was 5 cents shy. Any store that will not honor a coupon because of a 5 cent differential is not a store for me. On my way out I gave the coupon to a grateful shopper. In the end, VS lost today's sale as well as future sales and $20 less from another customer. All because of a nickel and a bad policy. I then went to Aerie where I purchased multiple items for my daughters for far less. Aerie's got great coupons.

Victoria's Secret seems like a brand that would maintain quality, but over the past 5 years, it has progressively felt cheaper and cheaper. I recently ordered a set of red plaid pajamas, and sizing seems a bit inconsistent compared to other similar items I've bought here in the past. The quality also seems worse compared to items I've bought in 2018 or at any time before that. Luckily I bought them on sale for $20 (plus a coupon I had) so they are decent enough to keep for the price, but for an original price of $70 +, I would have been highly disappointed. I recommend going in store to buy items to try items on and check quality especially before committing to an expensive purchase. It's just not the same it use to be.

Their items are so overpriced and cheaply made. You can honestly go to any other store and buy bras and panties that are a higher quality and a lot less expensive. The no show panties are so cheaply made that after a couple of washes they just rip and tear. Wireless bra's fall apart near the breast/cup area because they are glued together not stitched. I will be cancelling my card with them and shopping elsewhere because the quality of their product is so bad and they are SO OVERPRICED!

Bought something online and then decided I didn't want it anymore, was trying to "chat" with customer service(it's very confusing) by the time I got to say what I wanted the service rep told me " unfortunately I won't be able to refund your money, after 30 min we ship them out" it hadn't been 30 min 1st of all and I had been trying to cancel my order from the second after I bought it. Told her that and she said " when you receive it you can go to a store and get a full refund " mmk will do…& today they have free shipping on orders over $25 I got charged $8 for shipping and what I bought was $72. Nope! Bad bad bad horrible customer service. Never ever again will I shop there.
