Bought the periwinkle blue jogging pants in a large with the large white with pastel studded t shirt & hoodie. They couldn't have fit more perfect. I'm short & a bit heavy so was hesitant. I will go back to purchase more. You will not be disappointed. The T shirt fit up around my neck & was not low cut like many other t shirts. I also wanted cuffs around the ankles of the joggers & got just that. Loved the shirt & t shirt were studded. I was very impressed & that's not easy to do. Previous reviews convinced me to purchase & I'm thankful for the reviews. Thank you Victoria Secret!

Be forewarned the changerooms close 45 minutes before their advertised store closed hours. The staff lacked the initiative to inform their customers of this unusual (imo) retail practice.

I used to be a big fan of Victoria's secret! But lately they're gluing their pennies If you're going to the gym take an extra pair cause they unglue on the side... They are very cheap quality and very pricey very pricey you're better off ordering pennies from Amazon that that are made well...

Stole my money

I placed an order with this company a month ago and they delivered my package to someone else. Not to my address! I contacted them and asked for help but they won't help. They told that my personal address is a freight forwarder address and they can't help. I asked many times to check this information on the internet but they won't. Now my personal address is a freight forwarder company Sounds funny. I will never buy from this company anymore.

Ah the old Macy's trick we are having a (daily) sale but exclude everything you want.

VS is not including UGG shoes with 20% coupon... whatever everyone is doing it - always a gotcha... probably made for them at cheaper price

The worst!

Do not get a credit card with this company. It is absolutely ridiculous that it takes them several weeks to do a system update and you can't call to make payments or even talk to a person. VS-you aren't charging everyone late fees because you can't get your system backed up.

29th June 2022. Unfortunately we had most unpleasant service ever in Vancouver from the girl who we found out is the manager! The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful but waiting for the checkout we went to the next free one and were told in a unfriendly military ton "this is closed go back to the line"! Wow first of all I am not her staff and even staff should not be treated like this! I own a shop myself and excuse me, there is a nice way to say this too. My husband and me had quite a full bag of items but desicided to leave it with her because of the situation with her and said " we are not buying this because of you customer unfriendly attitude.
Then the real fauxpas happened. Response of the manager girl was
" GO ON I DON'T CARE".

So we left our shopping bag at her desk and left. On the way went out we meet the very nice sales agent and told her the story, I asked her for the name of the unfriendly girl. She said she can not tell me her name because it is her MANAGER and the stuff is suffering under the arrogant and condescending character of the "MANGER" girl. I am not spending my money in a shop where I am treated unprofessional, unfriendly and careless.

Charged Me TWICE

Today, I recieved a package from Victoria secrets, when I just recently recieved one. I assumed it was maybe others that the company didn't have in stock at the time. Then I happen to notice some of them were the same exact ones, I went to look for a # to contact them, to then see I was charged twice. I call to see what I can do regarding the situation, I didn't get I'm sorry or any type of apology. Instead it felt turned on me, which is completely wrong. I was told I will need to take it to the post office or the store to revieve my money back, so now I have to go out of my own way, to return items that I revieved twice because of their company website, during the Semi Sale. Then I don't get my money back till the items are returned, then it will be 14 days after that. I'm disgusted by the customer service department, no symphony.

Een paar keer prima besteld en ontvangen, tot ik een order van ruim €100 plaatste. Ik ontving geen mail. Er was dus geen ordernummer, maar mijn geld was wel via Ayden doorgesluisd. Tientallen mails en screenshots gestuurd, maar konden niets voor me doen! Nooit met een oplossing gekomen. Geen enkel begrip of service. Ik ben helemaal klaar met Victoria Secret. Dus mijn advies... neem het risico niet!

I washed a pair of new hipster panties and the waistband was shredded. I took them in because obviously they were defective, this has never happened. They would not replace. Sad.

Needed to return two bras my daughter had sent to me took them to the store for exchange 10 days later still waiting and getting a run around about two bras all I needed was one size larger first they tell me have to wait 14 to 22 days for a gift card now they tell me I have to wait 30 days will never shop here again.
