I can't shop on your website anymore because you have a large number of obese models. It's not appealing to look at and it shouldn't be encouraged.

I have shopped at Victoria's secret for over a decade now. I've had their credit card for years and just got some ridiculous charge I will be canceling my credit card now I have past due on my report because of it it's such b******* I paid the card off there shouldn't be some ridiculous interest charge since I paid my card off Victoria's secret you can f#ck off. I spend almost $100 on the bombshell bra and they used to last so long my last one I bought is already falling apart and I just bought it in July I'll be looking for a new place to spend my money.

Amazing products that makes every woman feel so confident in her own skin. Very thankfull and happy with the lingerie too.

I've been VS customers for years and the experience I had with their store today and their associates were horrible. I came in just to exchange a size up for a gift my friend got me. I told them that specifically and they said yeah we could do it for you and then exchange should be easy and no extra charge should be there. Then they proceeded the return first then when the exchange happened, they made me pay I was like for what? It was an exchange and they asked for from my card. They said if i want to do from friend then she has to be here and do it. I was like WTF then why didn't you tell me in first place. And their attitude didn't want to help them customer at all. This is how I'm being treated after being their customer so long. I would bring my business somewhere else. So horrible.

So I've shopped at Victoria Secret for 30+ years and will no longer due to their non-return policy! They have closed all the stores near me, so I have to order and do returns online, work a full time job and care for a parent, have tried to reset my online account to place a return on a $55.00 bra that does not fit properly and of course I can't get into my online account and can't reach a rep in time to complete the return within the 30 day time frame! So all these poor customer service issues will make me shop elsewhere and I've been a devoted customer for 30+ years spending 250-300 every 6 months, so I will take my business elsewhere and will no longer even consider Victoria Secret any longer for myself, my daughters and granddaughter! Keep up the poor customer service and you will continue to loose customers! A rep offered me a $15 coupon for my next purchase and I told her that is not acceptable and I don't need it as I won't shop with you any longer, Talk about an INSULT!

The worse customer service ever!. Phone representative not helpful at all. She was xtremely rude representative..

What Victoria's secret doesn't realize is that people will pay a lot of money for a comfortable bra. Their bras used to be amazing. Now they're garbage. An overpriced for what you're getting. I wouldn't take one if somebody gave it to me because the only place of Victorias secret bra belongs is in the trash can

I was contacted in June by Victoria's Secret associate and asked me why my payment was like I said I didn't realize my payment was late so I said how much do I owe he gave me the amount and I said I want to pay the entire balance. I hear nothing from them for two months. I got a call saying that all $30 because on the day that I paid the entire balance was past the due date and it created a two dollar interest fee that now racked up a $28 late fee so I owe $30 I refuse to do business with crooked companies and Victoria's Secret will have seen the last $30 that they will ever get out of me. The card is in the shredder as we speak.!

If you order from Victoria's Secret Online outside of the U.S. then you are stuck with items that don't fit, unless you want to pay shipping costs for the return. Pissed off that I didn't know this before hand as every other store I order from allows you to return in store or has free shipping returns. I get more and more disappointed with this store every time, no wonder their sales are declining so much. Won't be purchasing from their online shop again.

I bought 3 bras from Victoria secret ncs I loved the fit. With 3 weeks all 3 had broken zippers! Very disappointing especial with the price I payed for them.

I'm happy to learn the truth about this company, it all makes so much sense. I won't be needing anything from vs your line is no longer jax song has cooled you down. Luckily it came in time for me to give myself permission to say this brand is total $#*! now

My friend went to the location in Downtown Montreal & was horrified with the service.
She is an exteremely mild-mannered person so for her to express herself about this to me the way she did... I can only agree with her 100 %. They took no time to explain anything to her so she eventually just returned her purchase.

I don't like Victoria's Secret that much, even though it is so popular. I think it is quite overpriced for the quality they are offering. The designs of the lingerie and clothes are very average, as well as the scents. Parfumes are long-lasting and very sweet, which some may find good. I think it just might be not my style.

It's sad that the Victoria's Secret website started to use gross fat tub o lards to sell their clothing. The sad fact is most of their customers are fat so they need to Market towards them. When I shop for clothes I don't want to see the sweatshirt on some gross model I want to Envision it looking nice on me and it's very hard to do that When these overweight models are depicting them why oh why do we need them to model the bikinis? Hey guess what? I'm not thin either
