Myself and my daughter on holiday for her 21st birthdaty! We were in Santa Monica last week. There was confusion about body spray free if full price accessory bought ( we bought make up bag) assistant TOLD us this offer had changed and so I gave her the promotion frame attached to shelf? No apology but TOLD to get body spray off shelf as was still valid? Have to say staff in PINK absolute opposite so very helpful! My daughter remembered that beanie and scarf offer if over an amount spent (sorry I could not remember exact amount as had jet lag (as most of your customers will have?) again assistant in Victoria's Secret said NO! So we went to PINK assistant who checked my daughters bill and told other assistant (Victorias secret) was valid and so beanie and scarf that were " out of stock" we're "found "thank you assistants of PINK We may now return!
Just got used to my bra. And they discontinued it. No underwire it was so comfortable. Now what if they bring the Knockout back. 5 stars!

I love Victoria's Secret as much as the next girl, but after becoming a mom - I am not as big a fan as I once was. They have ZERO nursing wear. I have opted for You! Lingerie who are a nursing lingerie company and they are about the same price but much more comfortable and have sales more often. Get with the times, VS!
I was at the pink store yesterday with my teen daughters. The sales lady Danielle finally asked if we needed help after ignoring us for 10 minutes while she spoke to nonbuyers, maybe her friends. I asked what the deals were on bras and panties and she just pointed and said " over there" Never helped. We always shop at the boardman ohio location and they are very helpful. The cashier asked who helped us and I said no one. $160 sale from us on just bras and panties and I will not use that store again. I will stick with boardman for now on.

Well, I think Victoria's Secret used to be better. The quality seems the same but there is a lot of cheaper brands on the market for the same quality now. Even though I still buy from VS, I have found quite a few places to buy more extravagant things with cheaper prices.
