Victoria's Secret faces significant challenges regarding product quality and customer service, with numerous customers expressing dissatisfaction over declining standards in their merchandise, particularly underwear and bras. Many reviews highlight issues with online orders, including delivery delays, incorrect items, and inadequate customer support, leading to frustration and a loss of loyalty. Despite some positive feedback on specific products, such as fragrances and customer service interactions, the overall sentiment reflects a growing discontent with the brand's reliability and responsiveness. To improve its reputation, the company must address these critical concerns and enhance the quality of its offerings.

They do not carry enough plus sizes online or in store, I have visited many of there stores and online website. They have limited if any at all in sizes for women over a DD, this has been the case for over 13 years and it hasn't changed much in all those years... believe me I have been checking. Even when I was younger, skinner and wore a 32 waistband they still never carried sizes that truly fit busty women... which is funny & ironic because isn't that what there all about. Both myself and others I have shopped which in store have bad experiences with staff in stores, if your a larger girl they don't always treat you well, they either don't have sizes, try to get you to try on sizes that are to small or suggest you try a bra with a smaller waist or cup size than yours (this is the reason hundreds of women are wearing the wrong bra, not only do people not know how to measure themselves but also stupid pushy untrained sales staff try to make sales rather than fit you correctly in the proper size). I have had in one store a sales lady be so rude, suggesting we were to fat and to specific in what we wanted and that we won't find it in any other stores. We asked for a bra in one of 3 colors, in a size bigger than DD... WOW asking for so much OMG! She was sarcastic and in the end basicly told us we were too fat and go check there website. I suggest you spend a little extra and go to "Nordstrom", they will properly measure you, find you a bra in any style, size and color without complaint, they will bring a selection of to your dressing room and help you adjust the bra to fit perfect... you won't get this service or quality bras at Victoria's Secret ever!
I love the panties, etc. However, why must I pay shipping on my purchases of already overpriced goods? Most sites waive shipping fees on orders over a certain amount. And I know for certain that it doesn't cost $6.99 to send 5 flimsy pairs of panties to another state
I have a closet full of clothes- dresses pants tops, and have loved shopping for clothes with them for years. Now they have discontinued all clothes and shoes except for mainly workout things. The catalogs I receive now are more of a magazine photo shoot than a catalog.
They are clearly targeting ONLY the very young and not a more mainstream age range as before. No one with a career and and a solid income was considered with this change.
Over a short period of time VS will discover their demise as more and more women will no longer be ordering from the catalogs.
I was once a loyal VS shopper... loved their undies and lingerie. However, I no longer do business with them. I have found their product line now to be of cheaper materials, the quality of workmanship is inferior, and their garments do not hold up. It appears VS has gone the route of cheap labor (China, etc.).
I love going into this store just for no reason. I love pink all over the store, looking at bras and panties, and of course the perfume! There underwear have great quality. I got 3 pairs last for Christmas i still have them and they still look great. My favorite thing for there is the lip gloss. It's thick it Last on my lips and it smells good and taste good. The service is good and the quality is good.
I used to order VS stuff all the time, but now they don't sell all the cute dresses I used to buy. They got rid of a lot of cute clothing that I really liked. Now they seemed to be just focused on lounge clothes only. Even their swim suits are not as cute as they used to be.
I'm Italian, I purchased on our website for my wife two articles of vosri products, which were sent to me by eShopWorld.
I received the two articles both damaged and finished bad, not worthy of the fame of which covers the company, my request for a refund or exchange items had as reply from your request for payment of postage therefore having to wait further the arrival of OBJECTS which will by far after my anniversary reason for buying above.
That said I do not recommend at all... the purchase of goods given my negative experience and now complete distrust in the brand.
I get all of my bras and panties here. Love Victoria Secret, although it could be a little bit less expensive.
Of my top 5 favorite businesses to shop, Victoria's Secret ranks #1! I have shopped at Victoria's Secret for over 20 years! The quality of their merchandise is what has kept me a loyal customer. They also have amazing Customer Service, and I've never had an issue if I purchased something that didn't fit, it was always promptly taken care of.
One of my favorites about VS is bikini time! I love the fact you can order your bikini in your bra size! I also like the variety of items you can purchase! And the Lingerie is stunning. I also have about 5 different parfumes, Heavenly being my favorite, but I love them all!
Overall, some items may be a bit pricey, but the way I see it, you get what you pay for, and their overall quality proves how well their merchandise is worth it. I also Love their pink collection! I would recommend Victoria's Secret to anyone who wants quality in every aspect. Waiting patiently for their semi-annual sale! Happy Shopping! ~Jenny
So you have a computer glitch, which you are aware of, and duplicate my $50. Order. Now I have to repackage and take it to the post office in order to get a credit? Great customer relations. I offered to donate the pajamas rather than be inconvenienced by your error, which I will again say, you were aware of. But you were not accepting of that solution, which by the way, other companies would gladly have suggested.
Thank you for great service.
The only thing I wish is they stocked the stores better. Often sizes are out for the popular things everyone wants.
I usually bought my stuff here, but lately they overpriced and the customer is late, but I love the products
It is definitely overpriced. The quality is good and I love the variety of many interesting things, though the design of some clothes sometimes is not attractive at all. The lotions smell good, but they are not of the best quality, same about lipsticks.
This girl at the cash register was all around horribl. She was mean, snobby, and all around horrible. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had! My mom and I didn't know about the card you guys had going on (she didn't explain it.) So I tried trying in my SSN and my zip code. I didn't have one, she turned to this African american girl and started talking bad about my mom and I. She gave us dirty looks and treated us like garbage.
Before all of this happene.
The girl named Bree was all around wonderful. She was so kind, so helpful, so caring.
She had to help so many customers, she was getting all of us fitting rooms at the same time as answering question. She was very polite and always asked if she could do anything more for all of us (all of us meaning the customers she had to help.)
Seriously, if it wasn't for that $#*!y cash register lady, our experience at this VC would of been terrific! And that's because of Bree! I'm sure I'm not the only customer leaving today who thought this. I visited today Oct 16,2015.
VSC used to be stellar--for all things intimate--and also for clothing and shoes--but there seems to be a seismic management or executive shift lately, from corporate down--their selections are more meager and not as fashion forward. Their staples, e.g. bras do not come in as many options. The bottom line: I spend less money here, which is likely a better thing for me:-)
To high in wish they had bigger size lingerie in underwear in the stores
For most of what they sell, and the quality of some items, I think it's a little overpriced, but I'm a very frugal shopper.
The quality is great the prices are just rediculous for a bra and panties set it's like 75$ so be prepared to spend big bucks here.
"wow" is what I always say when my GF buy some lingerie there :))
Answer: It's scam and vs and pink aren't worth the money due to both brands extremely cheap bad quality products and they have extremely low online sales and in store sales too. Nobody guys their crap online or in stores and they have fake phony reviews on the vs and pink website, fake phony reviews lying about how "great" their crappy cheap bad quality products are. Those reviews on their website just written by company and employees, not by real actual people cuz nobody buys their crap.
Answer: No, not at all. It's all crap that's made in China, I'm assuming.
